I usually have one bag of trash cans about 3/4 of the way full usually get about $43. Today I had double that amount and received $45. I agree with all of the other reviews the scale is facing the opposite way, so you cannot see it. I felt bad Asking to see the scale like I didn’t trust them. All that hard work for nothing I will never go back to this place. Have three guys sitting there working how else are they gonna make money but to steal. All crushed cans.
God be my witness. I had some suspicion of my own about this location. Well today was documented and validated; they are "Big Time" thieves. Over past couple of years when I really needed the funds; how much? have they stolen from me and the company. Today Feb. 5th 2025 and with each of the 16 bags of crushed Aluminum and plastic bottles were weighed and noted. Total came out to 71 pounds of aluminum and 109 pounds of plastic weighed and documented off site. This time they ripped me off by giving the total in cash as $150.18 and a second receipt for $49.54. why two tickets? Because I called foul. The real total using $1.50 instead of $1.65 noted on posted board at location. Aluminum should have been $150.00 and $165.00 for the plastic. The real value should have been $315.00. Thievery of over $100.00 for them on my hard work. How many people a day? No taxes etc. That manager making more than a respectable careered individual. Shame.
Took in 40 pounds of cans, got paid for 30 pounds. They have the scale so only they can see it and remove the cans too quickly to get an accurate reading. They don't announce the weight when they measure it and don't offer you a receipt.
Thieves !!! absolutely avoid this place . The man weighed my items. I asked to see the scale since he had it facing him he said it didn't move and asked me not to get close to the machine .. he immediately threw the bottles to the back .. he asked me to sign a paper. When I checked, it said $20. I didn't agree with the refund he said to sign the paper or leave . I told him he was wrong and a dishonest person, and he laughed ..
This place is awesome! They had plenty of people to help separate your recycling and it was quick and easy! They were on top of it! I'll be coming back for sure! Great job!!
