I have been a loyal customer for 13 years and have made substantial purchases for my business. Recently, I encountered an issue with a headlamp mount that was damaged upon arrival. Despite my history of purchases and never requesting a warranty before, my request for a warranty replacement was denied. I expressed my disappointment and informed them that I would no longer be making purchases from their store. Subsequently, they reached out to inquire about the sudden drop in my sales. I explained that the new supplier I am using has the same prices and superior customer service. In fact, they honored the warranty for my light to earn my business. Why would I return to them? I was not bluffing when I said I was done with their business.
PAC Auto Company is the best when it comes to ordering parts and attaining the best price. They carry a wide variety of parts and offer delivery which is of great convenience to my business. Alma is the best at the Orange location. She is precise, hard working, and has the best customer service. I always recommend PAC Auto to other businesses and will continue to do so.
There was a time that PAC auto was a dependable after market parts company that you could depend on. Does not seem to be the case any more. When you order parts, you expect the complete order to be delivered. Not one or two items. In this case, a vehicle needed two parts and that was the order given. However PAC decided to not send one of the parts and send the other. When they were called on it, they stated that they could not order that part and had issued a credit for that part. We informed them that they could pick up the other part that we did receive, since we had no use for just one. Forward a few weeks later and I get the statement from PAC stating that the part was still owed. I called and spoke to their parts guy. Stated cant take it back, its been past 30 days. Mind you PAC had admitted they made an error when they sent the one part and said they should have called us to let us know they could not get the grille. I asked parts guy to speak to manager. He called back, said manager 'Frank' stated unfortunately we could not return the part. Thats fine. Called for balance on account, mailed out check, and called accounting dept to close my account. If you are a shop owner, think twice before dealing with Frank and PAC. They do not seem to understand how the body shop industry works. Which may explain why their sales, workforce, and overall company growth are stagnant and non existent. Keep up the good work 'Frank' and PAC.

An awesome team trying to service the customers with the utmost professionalism and part knowledge! They make it a goal to get customers in and out with the correct parts!
Stood there in their foul smelling lobby for 10 minutes and was completely ignored by the people in the office to right. They have a door buzzer and could see me standing there, but never acknowledged my presence so I left. My part is inexpensive, but I will purchase for more from someone else who wants my business.
