Their dump trucks are always unsecured, with debris flying out on the freeway, on 24 July it unfortunately happened to me, honking at the vehicle it did not stop and kept driving. The government needs to hold these companies overly liable for failing to train their employees to secure their load as it can lead to far worse damage or loss of life due to this reckless care of public safety and accountability. I'll be filling a report with every agency to ensure they are liable.
