The tow person was extremely helpful. Got my car towed right of way, it was with 30 minutes after I ring them down. Pleasant experienced back home.

Very professional! Jose didn't have a truck available for our Bucket Truck (Big), so he referred us to one of his partners, which was able to tow us off of the freeway and into the repair shop! Thank you again!

Driver Cross 3 lanes of fwy from the shoulder at 10-15 miles all traffic behind was coming at 60+ MPH this could have end badly just for not going to the next exit that is less than a mile away … Driver need training on safety… date 08/08/21

I was in a spot and needed to move my vehicle asap. The driver Bart got there quicker than expected. I was also having issues putting my car into neutral. He was able to help me do so, while being very patient. Overall great customer service and best price I could find!

I unfortunately had car trouble twice in a week, but CBM was quick to answer my calls and gave me a reliable time when they would arrive and they did just that. Folks, I highly recommend their service and the pricing was more than fair.

They were very professional. I live out of state and my son needed a car towed locally very easy to work with went out of their way to take care of me. And I really appreciate Jose for all that he did. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband’s car broke down on the fwy and we needed to be towed back to our house. After calling a few local spots, CBM had the best price and were available to do the tow right away. We were off the fwy and back home within 40 min of making the phone call! Fast, reliable and friendly customer service...would definitely recommend!

If having negative stars was a thing, I'd give them that, just because I think 0 stars is being too generous for them. Everyone except the driver who towed the car to my house is an embarrassment to this company. Plain and simple. Do not request services from this company.

A few days ago I was driving back home on the 10 Fwy and I ran over a piece of wood and I got 2 flat tires and i call CBM to check their prices and ETA requesting a FLAT BED for my BENZ they give me 35 minutes to arrive and the driver showed up in 20 minutes not only that he was very polite, professional, was an amazing experience i ended TOTALLY SATISFIED. I definitely will used them again and recommend to all you. THANK YOU CBM

Had to go pick up my stepdad's stolen truck from there. People were very nice about trying to help him get it started. We ended up having to wait for AAA for a tow back to our city. They gave him water and let him use the restroom. Checked on us often while we waited.

Vincent was awesome! Very professional! Took the time to help my crazy mother in law AND escorted her to a hotel near by. Payment options were kind of tough but Vincent is very nice and took care of us.

Had a very good tow experience with Bart. He handled my classic impala with care as if it was his. Highly recommend this company and dispatch is really good with getting your tow truck out to you as quick as possible.

I got my car towed at 3am Sunday and when I called to go pick it up at 11am the guy was nice enough to drive to he location and give me my car even though they were closed since it was Sunday. Other towings won't do that they'll make you wait until Monday. But not in this case. I give them 5 stars for excellent services. Thank you

CBM helped us out in a pinch at a moments notice when we needed one of our trucks towed. They came quickly and got our truck towed back to our yard. Great equipment and crew! We will use them on all future jobs.

Driver Samuel had no issues with tight turns or low clearances to promptly remove my rental vehicle from an underground garage. Appreciate his courtesy, too.

My car was token because I parked in the red emergency lane. It was totally my fault, good customer service. I paid and my car was released right away!

They are very unprofessional. This company is associated with our manager, there were several cars parked on the red emergency line and he only attempted to take ours(it was on) my brother in law bribed him and he took the bribe of $100 what a cheapskate. They do this often. As well as the thinking he has the right to tell people they cannot park in a space they are paying for, this company needs to get it together. Choose what employees you hire wisely.

CBM IS THE WORST TOW YARD IN MONTE THE ONLY OK THING IS THEIR OPEN 24 HRS. WATCH OUT FOR PRIVATELY OWNED TOWYARDS I KNOW ONE DRIVER WHO SMOKES POT .SO BEWARE

Bart is probably one of the coolest drivers I’ve ran into he got us off the freeway and was very patient and friendly.

Driver was friendly and honest. He got to the pickup location on timeframe that he told me over the phone.
