Trevor made selling my Jeep super easy. When I posted it to KBB I was flooded with texts and call from dealerships offering me way less than what KBB had estimated.
Trevor was up front, honest, and also not pushy. He gave me a fair price, and best of all, the whole process took about 30 min once I arrived at the dealership.

Selling my leased car here made the process smooth until the very end. They were able to talk with the leasing company, and handle the paperwork. Bianca gave great customer service answering my questions and provided a great experience overall--amazing to work with. There was a situation at the end where they had to go with a lower offer that was discussed prior on the phone with Trevor(before seeing the car) than the price discussed in person after inspecting the car which was very confusing especially after all the paperwork was signed, but besides this, it was a positive experience. Unfortunately, the last situation left me not feeling great leaving, hence the edit.

9/2025- I just finished working with Trevor and his assistant at Phillips Auto in Newport Beach. I walked out a very happy guy with a smile on my face. What a fabulous collection of cars, must be several million dollars inventory, in several price ranges. Great Porsche Carrera collection and a vintage VW Karmann Ghia! You can see their inventory online. I was very impressed with the level of service there and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a great used vehicle. The level of Customer service is a 12 out of 10!! Every customer there was smiling and happy, as they drove off in their newly purchased vehicle. And they will give you a good deal on a trade in, too. But I think they specialize in making the customer happy.

I’m leaving this review for Jerry at Phillips Auto. My experience working with him was excellent. I came in to test drive a 2018 Audi SQ5 and the car was exactly as described online. It was immaculate. There was not a scratch, dent, or even a speck of dust on the outside and the interior was just as spotless. The car drives like a dream and I could not be happier.
Jerry made the whole process quick and easy. We wrapped everything up in about two and a half hours. He even helped me get insurance lined up and made sure I was able to drive off the lot that same day. He stayed past closing to get everything finalized and worked around my timeline, which I really appreciated. He was professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. First, this review is overdue. Second, I normally do not write reviews but with the service I received at Phillips Auto in Newport Beach, I decided I should share my experience.
I was very pleased with the whole experience. From the process of the trade-in of my old vehicle to the purchase of the new (used) vehicle, I was completely satisfied with my purchasing experience.
I first made contact with Mike Aziz via email who then followed up with a phone call. I told Mike that it would probably be a couple of days before I could come down to Orange County to check out the vehicle and he set up an appointment. Mike did not hound me with phone calls or text messages about coming to the dealership to view and test drive the vehicle. Mike did follow up the night before to confirm the vehicle was still available and the appointment was set.
Upon arriving, Mike was tied up with a walk-in customer. Mike quickly arranged for Jerry Fontaine to assist me with viewing and test driving the vehicle.
Jerry was very patient and walked me through the traded in and buying process.
Once I made the decision to get the vehicle, the purchasing process was so smooth and painless. It was the best vehicle purchase I have ever had.

My first ever review online and it took something special for me to write this review! It was the professionalism and caring of Jerry Fontaine that made my purchase a fast and a smooth transaction! I was very hesitant to buy a car from California being from Washington State. Jerry worked with me way past their closing time of 6 PM and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. After taking the car for inspection, he did a Freon service for free. I purchased the car and it was shipped and delivered within 9 days of purchase.
