Victor decided to help his friend instead of the other four people that were in line waiting, when I mentioned we were waiting before his friend, I got nothing but attitude. Victor needs to be replaced by someone with customer service

Going to O'Reilly's is a breeze! They had everything I needed for my car and assisted me with a few things out of my car which was very helpful. Their prompt customer service makes it easy to find anything in the store. It's always a quick stop.

Got here minutes before closing and they already shut the doors tonight. I don’t recommend this place, they wasted my time.

If you urgently need to buy something from spare parts, then first of all come here. Normal assortment and understanding staff

I had a headlight out and needed it fixed ASAP. Even though I arrived there at 9:30 pm (half an hour before closing) the young gentleman working there named William helped me find the right part, installed and tested out the light for me all under 3 minutes. Thank you for being awesome

Stopped in as I needed a few items to finish a project on my 4x4. I found the parts and checked out with Enrique. What a terrific person and excellent customer service. He actually has a personality and has a discussion while checking out. I compliment his excellent customer service skills and must note that it's people like Enrique who make the world a better place. Highly recommended ?

Went in for a replacement blinker light. Stood right at the counter for 10 minutes despite at least 3 other employees walking right past us behind the counter avoiding eye contact. There was one employee that finished helping a customer that walked away once he was done without acknowledging us. We had to pretty much yell at him in the back room to come out for at least someone to help us. Once we finally got help he informed us which bulb we were looking for with an attitude. We walked over to the bulb aisle and they didn’t have any in stock. We went to Autozone across the way and immediately found what we were looking for in stock and checked out quickly.

Very nice employees, saved me 75% by recommending similar product that was on special. Then put my windshield wipers on my car while it was raining. Great service, great value

Very helpful and always well stocked. We lost a windshield wiper during a downpour - they not only had the correct size but came out in the rain and put it on for us. Wonderful employee's

Knowledgeable staff, great selections. We usually come here for car batteries. They were able to find one for our 1930 Model A !!

Went in to order a map sensor, clerk said they'll call me when it arrives... two weeks later no call, show up to the store, another clerk says they dont ever call for orders because they get too many orders...how am i supposed to know when to pick it up??? Then he tells me the ups driver lost my sensor...ok bud. Waste of time

Awesome crew at the mission Viejo store also lake forest. Rancho Santa Margarita lite on staffing wait for the clerks short staffed .but knowing that it's orilys it's my favorite place to go to for my customers and my own vehicles. I recommend orilys 200 percent..

This store is a distribution center and has a lot of inventory on hand for my 31 year old 4Runner. This is a blessing with maintaining older vehicles.

Amazing customer service! Needed items for an oil change on my car and clearly could barely express what I needed, but Kaes was super patient and helpful. He explained the differences of the available parts with a smile and gave his personal recommendation. He didn't pressured or upsell me and made me feel like I could make my own informed choice after talking to him. Such a pleasant experience!!

This location has pretty good employees that actually know a thing or two about cars unlike AutoZone. You can tell they like this stuff and put the effort into their job. There's one or two guys that seem really new and are still learning. They don't ask stupid questions like if your vehicle is 2wd or 4wd when buying wipers. ?

Nick is by far one of the best to have running your business . Because of him our business will be with him and with O'reilly. Quality of the service and attentiveness towards our business and personal needs is above exceptional. His team is a great group to have as well.

This is one of the main parts stores I go to , Nick and the crew over there he's great to cover me for the parts I need for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. ( it is ALWAYS IN NEED OF PARTS ) Nick is one of the best guys you can deal with he's extremely knowledgeable he knows alot about all kinds of cars & truck's you will very rarely will ask him a question and he won't know the answer.

Some of the nicest employees I’ve ever seen! Older Persian guy and a younger bearded guy. Super nice and helpful. I will definitely be back to this store.

Walked in for some bumper paint. I'm the only customer in the store. Three guys are other side of counter calmly involving themselves with something down one isle. Two of them walked past me not even saying hello. I waited a few minutes. Nothing. Went to AutoZone where I've never been treated that way.

I just got back from the O'Reilly's on Via Fabricante in Mission Viejo and cannot give this place enough stars. If I could give it ten stars I would. I was helped by Nick, this guy was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and went way above and beyond to help me. He was totally familiar with my air conditioning situation and saved me a lot of time and hassle. I am not used to this kind of service and was floored, I thought maybe he thinks I'm somebody Important but I noticed he treated all customers that way. He represents O'Reilly's in the best possible way. Without going overboard about it, he restored my faith in customer service so lacking today. Give this guy a raise or promotion he deserves it.

This is the best O'Reilly around. I was put off by a bad experience with a different O'Reilly in the past, but thanks to Manager Nick, my faith has been restored. He was super knowledgeable and helpful, even carried my radiator & fluid to my car for me.

They guys working were very helpful when the website incorrectly sent me to their store for a product they didn’t have. They spent time trying to help me and went out of their way to see what they could do. They gave me the type of customer service you’d want at every store

The store is relatively small, but they always seem to have whatever I need in stock. Like the other locations, this location accepts used motor oil and filters. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Some may find it annoying, but I bought an oil filter from them and they didn't want to ring me up until they verified that the part number on the filter was correct for my car. I'm the type that keeps a list of all of the filters my car uses, but I am sure it has helped several people in the past.

Very helpful and friendly service ... So many auto parts store have straight up rude people working there. The Alicia O'Reilly had really knowledgeable staff. They offered to run an alternator test and charge my battery and did it right away ... on a busy weekend! Normally you have to ask and wait for that sort of thing.
