AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I sold a car to a lovely couple and a few months later they had a few issues. They tried to charge them $5000 just for replacing a control arm and a valve cover gasket! This obviously caused a big upset, until they went around to a few more shops and all quoted less than half of that. They are obviously preying upon people who do not know about cars!

I had a brake controller I stay in my car for towing a trailer. It works great and was very satisfied with the work done. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
I had a very short time line to get a tow vehicle (Subaru) outfitted with Roadmaster bumper, brakes, signal lights , etc. They got it done quickly and it worked perfectly.

Redhawk team has been so terrific to work with on my 27 year old Jag. They have sourced original Jaguar parts, provided excellent guidance and recommendations along the way to keep it running perfectly. Feels like a new car. It has not been inexpensive, but fair. They stand behind their work too. Things can get goofy with a car like this, and they have consistently and patiently helped work through all of it. Cody & Edson put together a proposal to replace several gaskets, and really delivered on getting all installed... No leaks of any kind anywhere. I am so grateful to have a team I can trust as needs arise keeping this elegant beauty on the road.
I recently had a very good customer service experience at Redhawk RV in Mission Viejo!! I worked directly with Brian but other team members helped out as well. Brian ended up having to get management’s approval for an outside the box request from my wife and I. It was handled expediently and helped us out when we were in a very tough spot! The whole team went above and beyond. This is our second time working with Redhawk in the last 5 months, they do top rate work at reasonable prices and their customer service is brilliant!

Glad to have found an alternative shop to work on my 23MX when I can’t get into the Tesla Service center. I was thankful to get a same day appointment for an alignment after hitting a pothole. I would like to bring to Tom's attention Brian and Edson, two employees who went above and beyond for me.
Having some unusual added problems to a Jaguar S Type transmission repair these two quality employees went the extra mile to make my repair happen and at an affordable price.
Brian did a ton of research unprompted and came up with solutions I could choose from. Edson came in on a Saturday just to spend several hours working on my car.
Both these fine young men showed INITIATIVE and I am very, very impressed.

It was a very good experience and I would definitely tell everyone to go there. The people who worked there were all so very nice and smart. I will definitely go back when I have any problems with my car.
I drive an obscure British sports car, Lotus Elise, and I could find no one even willing to look at it. The dealer was painfully slow and obscenely expensive, but Redhawk stepped up! Robert N. Got my car in fast!! He dealt with all the BS of contacting local Lotus dealers, but got on the phone with England!! They not only took on the challenge of a rare care, but they went through the whole car and sourced the obscure parts straight from England. I’d have no hesitation in bringing any of my cars to them again. If they can handle a car that hasn’t been sold in America in almost 15 years they can handle anything you can bring them. Plus they’re reasonable and communicative.
A few months ago I Took my newly purchased classic car in for a check up and repairs on the rear drum brakes. They miss matched hardware and springs. They also installed the hardware on the wrong sides of the vehicle which is a safety concern and could have caused me to have an accident. Don’t take your classic car here. Please see picture and notes from my new mechanic who had to fix the damage this shop caused. Going to file a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair
Brought my RV in for annual service and was very pleased with the process and communication that Cody provided all along the way. Bonus service- they were able to arrange for the RV to be washed before i picked it up, which saved me another couple days of setting that up and moving the RV to the house for washing. Much appreciated!

Recently i brought my trailor to Redhawk for annual maintenance. Great service always starts with your service representative. Rob was knowledgeable, professional and straight forward. I gave him a checklist from the trailer manufacturer, he entered it into their system and gave me a quote. Having checked out a couple other service centers, the quote was fair. The work was done promptly and I received updates throughout the day. There was an issue identified and we added it to the list. Again, the service was prompt and completed timely. Additionally, my tow vehicle sags when pulling the trailer. Rob spent two days researching various solutions and called numerous manufacturers. Ultimately we settled on some cost effective helper springs and solved the issue.
Given my two experiences, i can absolutely recommend Redhawk auto services. Great reps, fair prices, and prompt service!

Great service and great prices and honest Manager Rich and his team are fantastic took my RV and had some work done to get it back on the road in time for Glamis. It used to be BPI now it's Redhawk Auto Service and RV now! They are New in Town but I know they have 3 more locations with excellent reviews and service. Will be back with my cars and RV. A friend (who owned a local garage for 30 years and knows which mechanics are trustworthy) recommended I bring my car to British Performance when the dealership I bought it from tried to charge me almost $30,000 to put in a new transmission. I'm not a mechanic, but I know a transmission doesn't cost $30,000. The team at British Performance were able to replace my car's transmission for $6,500, which was a great price. British Performance not only saved me a ton of money, they were really honest and told me not to repair my cars eco-boost even though that would have made them more money. Most mechanics seem to try and take advantage of people, but Jeff and the team at British Performance were really honest and I'd highly recommend them.
