Initially, I brought my travel trailer in for bearings and brakes service as well as replacing the oven range. It took about two weeks for them to finish everything and the pick up was very sudden as they had no grace period for me to pick it up a few days later. I guess their shop/outside area was full. I have not had the chance yet to see if the brakes and bearings were adequately repaired/replaced. The oven range was installed nicely. After I picked up my travel trailer there were items that were missing from inside that they possibly misplaced inside their shop. I had to reach out to them three separate times in order to retrieve these items. The correspondent assured me that this is not how they do business. I did try to reach out to the manager about the issue and I have not heard back from him.
Very satisfied with the work completed on our van conversion. Edson fixed an electrical issue that another shop and the Ram dealer were unable to diagnose and repair. Plus the multiple issues that needed to be repaired on the RV systems. It was convenient to have one shop do the vehicle and RV work.
I would absolutely recommend Redhawk Auto Service to anyone considering taking their vehicle anyplace else. I had been frustrated with Tuttle Click, a Ford dealership where I initially took my 1996 Ford Bronco to repair the rear window. They overcharged me and didn't even fix it properly. Redhawk's team not only fixed my rear window problem at less than half of what the dealership charged, they gave me a thorough diagnosis at no additional cost. Great and extremely competent people.

Cody at Redhawk is honest, helpful, and someone I’d refer family and friends to! I took my car in because all of my braking system lights came on. He was patient, worked hard with the techs to identify the potential issue, and when he and the techs figured out that the repairs would be more than the car was worth, he was honest about it. Rather than running up repair costs, he said it like it was.
Brian Manoogian was infinitely helpful in fitting us in to their busy store. We were in Orange County on vacation and decided to get some work done. We had a two-day window. Brian was a champ and fit us in. Brian discovered that the work we wanted done wasn’t warranted, since we already had the part installed prior to us buying our rig. So we had him do a chassis lube, oil change, etc. Considering they’re the only RV store in South Orange County, we were so fortunate to have found them. Excellent work at a reasonable price.
Seized my caliper just a week before I was supposed to drive across the country. Took it to these guys and they got me hooked up within a day. Super cool team.

Redhawk team has been so terrific to work with on my 27 year old Jag. They have sourced original Jaguar parts, provided excellent guidance and recommendations along the way to keep it running perfectly. Feels like a new car. It has not been inexpensive, but fair. They stand behind their work too. Things can get goofy with a car like this, and they have consistently and patiently helped work through all of it. Cody & Edson put together a proposal to replace several gaskets, and really delivered on getting all installed... No leaks of any kind anywhere. I recently had a very good customer service experience at Redhawk RV in Mission Viejo!! I worked directly with Brian but other team members helped out as well. Brian ended up having to get management’s approval for an outside the box request from my wife and I. It was handled expediently and helped us out when we were in a very tough spot! The whole team went above and beyond. This is our second time working with Redhawk in the last 5 months, they do top rate work at reasonable prices and their customer service is brilliant!

Glad to have found an alternative shop to work on my 23MX when I can’t get into the Tesla Service center. I was thankful to get a same day appointment for an alignment after hitting a pothole. Appointment was on time, comfortable waiting area, clean and neat, and friendly employees at the counter. I’ll definitely use them again.

I drive an obscure British sports car, Lotus Elise, and I could find no one even willing to look at it. The dealer was painfully slow and obscenely expensive, but Redhawk stepped up! Robert N. Got my car in fast!! He dealt with all the BS of contacting local Lotus dealers, but got on the phone with England!! They not only took on the challenge of a rare care, but they went through the whole car and sourced the obscure parts straight from England. I’d have no hesitation in bringing any of my cars to them again. If they can handle a car that hasn’t been sold in America in almost 15 years they can handle anything you can bring them. Plus they’re reasonable and communicative.
Brought my RV in for annual service and was very pleased with the process and communication that Cody provided all along the way. Bonus service- they were able to arrange for the RV to be washed before i picked it up, which saved me another couple days of setting that up and moving the RV to the house for washing. Much appreciated!
This shop is absolutely phenomenal, Rich is one of the best managers I’ve ever seen. He is caring, very knowledgeable, respectful, pays attention to details and very fair with pricing.
I’ve been taking my Range Rover to different shop but this shop stood out every time.
