Horrible. Lady was so rude! Tried to physically grab my debit card out of my hand and insulted me when I wouldn't hand it over for her to see the name on my card. Mind you the payment was already made. I called as soon as I noticed my car had been taken and they told me we couldn't come in till they open, 8am. Then the gentleman said we could pick it up around 3am-4am. My car was taken a little after 3am, not even an hour would pass since its minutes from my home. He told us the fee would be around $500 if I was to pick it up at that time. Horrible service.
Mario was an angel. I was scared and tired after a long day and having my car break down for the first time in OC. He came earlier than my ETA, talked with me throughout the ride, and gave me car advice I will not forget. I was able to calm down and be levelheaded once we got to the Mechanic's. Mario went above and beyond to help me quickly switch mechanic locations when one turned out to be closed. Thank you, Mario!

They towed my truck and drove fast and recklessly through the freeway and I couldn't stop them and I pulled up to the yard and I stopped them outside and they still changed me storage fees .someone needs to sue them.
Rudest lady I’ve ever seen. Also they left my car door open for an entire night. Even when I picked up the car the battery went off completely. And I can’t do anything about it. Looking for legal support now.
The worst people ever. All I did was ask what time they came because I had just arrived at my mom’s and was there no more than 15 minutes . He was so rude and I said, man I’m the one who is going to g to pay $400 and I’m not even mad. Then he started to yell at me. You would think they would be kind since something like this happened. I just dropped off some stuff ant my parents and then I had to pick up my daughter from cheer. He said , “well I can’t help you there”. Haha what a jerk. I mean, no need at all for that kind of behavior. Karma will bite you in the butt buddy:)
My friend was arriving to her car. Man on the phone cussed her out and refused to let her car go. I tried to get a picture of his license plate but he flashed his lights. We expect tow truck companies to be bad, but this experience made me lose faith in humanity.
Well I'd like to first thank the outstanding young gentlemen who went out of his way to get my car out of the road and safely back to my mechanic. I was absoutley astounded by the generosity of these folks here at the tow yard and there couth they showed towards me as a customer. I can't imagine a place to have better towed my car . I witnessed one of their tow truck drivers driving at 65 mph tailgating a car in the fast lane (about 1 car length behind) and when I was able to, I took a picture of the Side of the truck so I could call the company and share my experience with management.
I continued on my drive for about 5 miles and suddenly there was a tow truck in front of me slowing down, finally to a stop. (Without his emergency lights on). I thought it was just traffic slowing, but no, the driver got out and walked back to my car and confronted me and asked why I took a picture. I let him know it was due to his unsafe driving. He justified his driving by saying he was on his way to a call and drivers like one were getting in his way. Totally rude, unsafe, and unprofessional.
Worst experience. Hopefully Geico never dispatches them again in my time of need. They put my truck on some wheel dollies and its tires blew out on the freeway. Had to wait 2 hours for a spare and driver kept going on about trump and how much his company boss sucks. Not surprised.
They arrived to my location in Mission Viejo within 20 minutes of calling. Our car wouldn’t start and the tow truck tech was able to diagnose the problem and jump start the car instead of having to tow it.

DO NOT USE! Do not allow your insurance or roadside assistance to dispatch this company! Zero stars aren’t possible. Unprofessional! Irresponsible with vehicle! No accountability! Geico dispatched “OC Roadside Inc. “ they towed our vehicle and left it in a park to lot NEAR Firestone UNLOCKED, With the keys inside! Failed to notify Firestone they dropped the vehicle off and it sat there for 3.5 hours! Called Firestone and they had not received the vehicle. Called Geico and verified the address to be correct. Called Firestone and they still didn’t have it. They sent someone to look for it and they told us it was left in a parking lot unlocked with the keys inside. They said we should call the tow company because they are supposed to drop the keys off inside with them. I called Geico to file a complaint. I called “OC Roadside Inc” and a lady proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was Firestones police for them to leave the keys in the care unlocked. That they tow 150 cars a day and don’t have time to drop off keys or wait. She then told me the driver told her Firestone instructed the driver to do so! They are liars and untrustworthy!! I was yelled at and hung up on. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever been treated as a customer! Called back and talked to Joe who hopefully will be able to cure this horrible experience.
Literally STOLE MY CAR & released it to the “owner” which was not me I am the own paying it off for 3 years now . They literally gave my car away and now they won’t tell me anything . I called to ask when my car was released and the lady was very rude and would not even tell me when she realized it was me calling . THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL STEAL NICE CARS . Hahahahah good people don’t last long . They think they are smart but I was already a step ahead . See you guys in court . Crooks .
Tow truck driver tempted to bully me out of the carpool lane tailgating me. He eventually went around me and cut me off. I had to slam on my brakes. I was doing 75 mph and must have been going at least 95 to 100 miles per hour in the carpool lane by itself.
They towed my car last night after parking in a visitor parking, which was valid to park there. But when I ask if the tow driver took a picture of the car, they told me that the driver wasn't available to show a picture until 3 days later. After that when I went to go pick it up the place was closed and they told me that someone would be there at 5pm. I told them I needed my car earlier. So when they finally showed up they charged me $495. After this terrible experience the guy had the nerve to tell me to have a nice day. Completely changed my mood and I had a great day, 5/5 stars would totally recommend
They were only hired to unlock my car because I lost me key, but when he realized we were trying to put the car on a trailer he helped with that too even though it was what we were paying for. We also had trouble because the steering was locked lack keys. Too long then expected but he never gave yp trying to help. I will always call them for help first.
These two guys like to prey on innocent hardworking people who earn there money with dignity. They like easy dirty money . They team up and harass people. They don’t have any empathy and treat people like animals. Here is the security guy along with his side chick. They split the money with each other. Did I mention they tried to break the law by not being compliant when the owner was present . Legally they are not allowed to take a car when the owner is present meanwhile the vehicle is on private property. They could be fined and given jail time. Anyways just a heads up . Don’t be afraid to stand up for your rights because no one else will. Let’s make the world a better place by doing what’s right and not allow scumbags get what they want.
Literally towed my car for no reason. I came to pick it up and they refused to give me service. They said they didn’t have the password.I waited standing there at 2 am, since I had work the next morning at 6am (they open at 8). When they did finally “know the password” ,they told me $415 then changed it to $425 then again to $415 then YET AGAIN $425. He changed the price many times and then when I agreed, he LITERALLY said we don’t have change. I talked to another guy there and he said “oh yeah the system just put change”. I had asked them for a managers number and they refused to give me the number. Omar in specific was the rudest person I have ever talked in my life, he was literally getting an aggressive tone for no reason. How is this a towing company that has no change, no password to the system and refusing to let me speak to someone of higher authorities. And yes they have all this in their cameras of them contradicting themselves on the pricing, and lies of the change. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS COMPANY???!!!
Their service is very unprofessional. They definitely need proper training handling cars. I have had a bad experience with them and so have a few of my family members as well.
I came to the car right when Omar got there. He with badge #31 at patrol masters are fraud. They did not see my permit and wanted to tow my car. Exploiting. I was charged $120. Give me a refund. I took out the permit from my car in front of patrol master as well as Omar but they used fouls language and said we didn’t see the permit. You need to fire Omar as he is involved in making money through wrongful means with patrol masters. Stop exploiting people when there is no case.

I went to visit a friend. When I was leaving, my car wasn't there. I had no way of finding out where my car had been towed too. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally found out that this towing company towed my car. I was parked legally and yet they still towed me. I called them that night and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I had to come back in the morning. They charged me $300. I tried to reason with them with the price but they said there was nothing they could do about it. Shady towing company and overall poor service. I wish I could give 0 Stars.
As other people have mentioned this towing company is predatory and will tow your car no matter what the circumstance. They are in cahoots with Patrol One. Not knowing that my HOA had changed the rules and no warnings are given by Patrol one, Patrol One calls these criminals to tow your car 1 min past midnight with out a single warning or ticket that gives the owner or the resident any time. They towed the car at 12:15AM just as my brother was leaving my house on my birthday. A night of celebration turned into a nightmare as this company would not pickup the phone after 30 calls and when they finally did they were rude and cruel about the whole situation. No remorse or compassion for my family that had 3 kids freezing at night without a car to go home with. We had to wait until the next day because they would not release the car until 3AM to pay there predatory fee to get the car back knowing that tomorrow is labor day and will charge an extra 65 dollars a day even if they are closed on that day. I had to pay 415 dollars to them to get the car and found out that after 3 days they will put a lien on the cars and sell them if they running cars or sell them to the junk yard for parts. A lawsuit is in the works for this company and they need to be shut down immediately. Please be warned and reach out to your HOA and lawyers if you were also taken advantage of by this criminal enterprise taking advantage of poor people.
