Horrible customer service. They just ignore customers without even acknowledging their presence with no end in sight of when they’ll be able to assist you.
The tech (Sean or Shane I believe) was too young to know how to drive the old 5-spd truck, so he guided me onto the ramp. I was a bit skeptical about the install after that BUT he was very professional. He checked in with me about some small details during the install and did a great job. Thanks guys.
Fast installation but installation, was done poorly when they cut the bumper was not tight or straight had one done same location perfect, not this time
I got a trailer hitch installed and it was done so quickly I barely warmed the chair I was waiting on. So glad I didn’t do it myself. This was so worth it.
