I’ve never written a review about anything before but my experience here was exceptional! Listen, Jerico is the man! If you want something done right, and even better than that, free of anxiety, then come pay him a visit. My windshield was broken, my side car panel was completely dislodged and had to be replaced, my rear windshield wiper was oxidized and missing having spent some snow time in Utah, and a whole myriad of other issues, but Jerico brought this baby looking brand spanking new! I was constantly updated when parts came in and how the repairs were progressing. Small things but they go a long way. I’ll def be coming back and recommend Jerico, the staff, and fabricante auto to anyone in need of repairs!
I choose Fabricante largely due to it being a Mercury and Farmers Insurance Direct Repair Facility. I was a auto body repair collision adjuster for Farmers, but am insured with Mercury. I also had body shop experience. I am giving this review as 5 stars because the outcome was met my every expectation. I was informed of some hiccups a door hinge that was out of stock and delayed the completion date but the car was beautiful upon completion. I fully recommend this shop as a wise choice to any and all persons.
I got in a fender bender and went thru the other party’s insurance. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and provided realistic timelines and expectations. Steve was amazing to work with. When I went to pick up my car, there were some things I noticed that needed attention and they took care of them on the spot. Highly recommend!

So I brought my challenger to this shop for a rear bumper replacement and was very pleased with their work. The customer service was excellent, and the experience was quick and simple overall. My only problem is when I got my car back, I noticed they had cleaned/polished it, which in my head alarms were setting off because I get my car cleaned professionally. Sure enough upon closer inspection I noticed they left ALL KINDS OF SWIRLMARKS mind you, it's black paint, so I was devastated because their warranty doesn't cover that. So just a heads up to the folks that care about their paint quality, maybe just let them know to leave the paint alone and clean it yourself like I should have. :/
The team at Fabricante were all friendly and went out of there way to ensure we were comfortable during the process. There feedback was clear and concise. Except for a part delay that was out of their control, they delivered ahead of schedule and the work was exceptional.

They seemed to have done a great job on my car, although it was a little slow but they were able to get me a correct part for my car that a previous body shop had put in the wrong color. So far the car looks great and I've had no problems with their work.

AAA wanted to send me to a body shop that had a 4.3 rating. I did my research, came across Fabricante Body shop and saw that they had a 4.7 (so much closer to 5) and decided to bring my vehicle here. Although it is 40 miles away from my location, it was worth the wait and drive! Janeth the receptionist helped me right away even though they were busy with clients. Multi-tasking at its best. Fred helped me with my vehicle and talked me through the process. He kept me up to date with my car. I trusted the process and needless to say, my vehicle is like new! I totally recommend this place as they are friendly, helpful and efficient.
I was very disappointed it took a month to fix my bumper on my Tesla model , wow my coworker also got swiped two weeks later and got his car fixed and two weeks and had a damage of $10,000. That’s associate who handled my case said it was because of the ordering issue. But wherever my coworker got his car fixed didn’t have that problem.
After interviewing 5 other collision shops Fred at Fabricante was the only person that was able to reassure me that my vehicle would be repaired as if the accident never happened and that they would be paid by the insurance company and not try to delay repairs or part availability in order to create extra costs over and above the insurance claim. And Fred kept his word… my BMW was repaired as if the accident never happened, completed earlier than scheduled and there were no extra charges to me. Awesome experience for an accident! Thank you crew at Fabricante!
Paint Quality Issues And Bad Customer Service - Avoid This Body Shop
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Fabricante Auto Body. I brought my car in to have the bumper painted, and initially, it seemed like they did a decent job. However, after I applied paint protection film, I noticed several paint defects that I hadn't seen before due to their size.
When I approached the body shop about these defects, I expected them to take responsibility, fix the paint issues, and reimburse me for the paint protection film, considering the defects were a result of their poor workmanship. Instead, they refused to offer any reimbursement or solution, leaving me with a defective paint job and wasted money on the film.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I can't recommend Fabricante Auto Body to anyone looking for quality work and good customer service. Their lack of accountability and refusal to rectify their mistake is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere more reputable.

During the process I was given timely updates by Alex. My car looked wonderful when I picked it up. The entire process was great.

Bad news/Good news! Someone hit my Tesla and Tesla recommended Fabricante Auto Body to me for repairs. Tesla had a part on back order so I didn’t have my car for almost 6 months because of this part. That’s the bad news. The good news is that Fred at Fabricante kept me updated all along the way. When I finally went to pick up my car, I felt like Fred and I were old friends since we kept in touch so much over the 6 months. I would recommend Fabricante to anyone. My Tesla looks brand new again!

Professional and excellent customer service! My vehicle was rear ended and I was expecting the whole insurance claim & repair process to be a nightmare but it was seamless and painless. My insurance set up the appointment at Fabricante, I met with Fred, he examined & took pictures of my vehicle. Parts came in, dropped off my vehicle and I was kept informed of the repair process and estimated completion date.
