I received excellent service and care for my Fleeteood Jamboree Sport RV. CARSTAR did an excellent paint job on the engine hood. It looks like a new RV again. The color matching is perfect along with a beautiful luster. They also notice a problem I had and fixed it.
I sent my car here to repair after an accident. The shop seems to cooperate with multiple insurance companies, so it is very convenient. The repair quality is pretty good, most parts are OEM at least in my case, and kept me updated on the progress all the time. It was finished sooner than I expected, and the staffs are nice and welcoming. Recommended for anyone wants a hassle free car repair.
The entire process from start to finish was a fabulous experience. Denise and Mr. Guy were amazingly to work with and the shop did a fantastic job on the repairs and paint looks amazing.

Great experience working with CarStar. They were in constant communication with me, with my insurance liason, and with the rental car company I was using while my car was being repaired. CARSTAR did an exceptional job on my repair in a timely manner. They thoroughly explained everything and did everything they said they would do.
This is my 2nd experience with them and I was completely satisfied both times.
After my accident left damage to the front bumper, CARSTAR handled the repairs quickly and efficiently. They gave me a date of when the damages would be repaired and I picked it up sooner than I expected, which I really appreciated. They were very cooperative throughout the process, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Overall, they made a stressful situation much easier and got my car looking better than before.
CARSTAR was great every step of the way. Convenient and quick on the estimate, great communication and fantastic repair work! They covered our rental car for 7 days too. And the people were very customer service oriented. Huy and Ava both went out of their way to provide exceptional service. We’ve always used Caliber in the past but CARSTAR is now our go-to. ( just hope we don’t need them anytime soon!)
Once again, Carstar Lake Forest did a fantastic job with my car. It was hit in mid-June, and they got it back to me quickly and restored to perfect condition. I used them before back in 2023, and both times the experience has been excellent. If you ever need your car worked on, Carstar will get the job done right.

I went in for advice on how to buff out some spots on my car and they took the car back and did it for me at no charge. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Not only were they so gracious to do that, but they greeted me immediately upon walking in and took my car back just as fast. I highly recommend coming here. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Amazing service and great pricing. I was given some help in regards to renting a car as well and I also got a free steam cleaning. They did great work and were very efficient. I fully recommend at least getting a quote from this place so you can see how much better their pricing is as opposed to other autobody shops
I had my 1996 Honda Del Sol repainted and CarStar did an amazing job. It looks like I just bought it brand new. None of the parts they had to remove were broken so there were no extra charges for anything. I would highly recommend them!!!

I would recommend Carstar Lake Forest with complete confidence. They have fixed my car twice in the last two years. Most recently in January 2025. The whole experience was excellent. I first met with Amir who was knowledgeable and experienced. I went to get an estimate because I was not happy with an estimate from another place that I was sent to by insurance. Amir was confident that he and Carstar would fix my car to how I wanted it done. I left my car there, that day. He handled the entire thing from getting me to the rental car and communicating with the claims adjuster. I was promised a date to get my car back, I had it back three days earlier and it was perfectly repaired. They do superior work. They communicate with you frequently thru the whole process and everyone you encounter is excellent. Good customer service and quality work are hard to find today. Carstar Lake Forest is exceptional in all areas.

After searching around to see which collision shop would be best to take my car, I found this location and saw how many wonderful reviews they have. I had a tree fall on my car during a windstorm and they were able to restore it back to new. In fact, it looked better than it did when it went in! They kept me updated the entire time and the staff was super friendly! They even finished my car earlier than the expected turnaround time. If I ever need any more body work done on any of my cars in the future, I will be taking them to this location!

Benaz and Huy were amazing from start to finish. They communicated with me daily on updates with my vehicle and even finished my car repair faster than the quoted date. They even went the extra step and detailed the interior and exterior of my car. I’d definitely come back for future repairs.

I came in for an estimate on dents, scratches, and paint repair on my old 2007 Forrest Green Saturn Sky. They sent the estimate through email, I liked what they offered, and my car got taken care off.
They won’t try to sell you extra things, if you want recommendations, they’ll explain everything. They won’t try to push sales on you, (I had those experiences in a couple of other shops) but not here!
I got updated on the status of my vehicle a few times, the car was ready on time, cleaned and washed!
My experience was for an out of pocket expense, not through an insurance. My car just needed some love.
