  I’ve been going to this Pepboys for years and I’ve see a few changing of managers and mechanics in there. The group in their right now is by far the best. I like how they’ve made the waiting room more inviting. They have always been honest and upfront. They don’t try to pressure you into services. Great team!!

Fernando is the epitome of excellent customer service. He was in constant communication with me on the timeline and was accurate with his estimate and ETA of when the repairs would be finished.   Brought in my daughter’s Camry for brake inspection and the customer service rep checked the car in and after inspection he provided us with a complimentary full inspection report indicating that the brake pads were good and no service was recommended.
