I came in without an appointment to check my oil levels and even though they were fully booked, they checked my oil levels and notified me of a leak and recommendations. They topped off my oil free of charge. I so appreciate their help and would highly recommend them!

From what I can see, this business is the most honest auto repair shop I have encountered. They charge fair prices and do good work. I went in to repair a tail light, for which they changed the bulb for $24. They also found my license light was broken, but did not push me to fix it at all. I chose to repair it for $87. I was in and out within an hour despite them being very busy at the time. The employees there are constantly taking calls and talking to customers and making repairs, and they’re doing so admirably. So glad I chose this shop, and I’ll be back for my future car concerns!

I have been having all my vehicles serviced at Oc auto care for the past several years; the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Wais always goes above and beyond to explain the work and what might be coming up as far as maintenance. I can trust that my car is well taken care of and for sure I recommend everyone here .
Great and honest staff, that sounds weird when I say that about Machinic’s. At OC auto they were able to tell me what is going on with my cars and give me an honest price to repair it. Definitely worth telling friends about!
I now have 5 cars and continue to see OC Auto Care. These guys are amazing. A few visits ago, I was actually doing the math and asking how the heck they make any money on the oil changes. Waise tells me that after all costs, they actually don't - but use it in the same way that a dentist does hygiene. Eventually, everyone will need something like brakes, smog, and so forth and it helps build the business.
So after getting my brakes done on my last visit, I am back to asking - at his prices, how does he make any money? They installed factory parts, and new rotors and cycled the fluid out of the brake lines. Everything works flawlessly...
All I can say is that I trust Waise unconditionally to always give the best service at the best price. My teenage kids take their cars there and always get the best guidance. I have never known anyone to be as upfront in the auto mechanic world as Waise and his father.
This business continues to be one of my all-time favorites to do business with.
What can I say. This father and and son business is so good and honest. You can go to them with confidence. There are no lies, rip offs or shady practices.

I went to this place for an oil change because of the good reviews, and they lived up to them! I usually get nervous going to auto shops, but the people working here were so friendly and answered some car questions I had too.
I used to use this place for smog. Drove there at lunch on Monday. Smog would be done by 2:30. Instead appointment set by owner at 5:15pm. Came back at 5pm. Owner said can't do it, come back another time. Called on Thursday and asked for appointment, but was told they don't take appointments. Used c&h smog instead.
Really great place. Prior to driving cross country, took my car in to get checked out. They gave it a FREE safety inspection, were upfront about a small possible oil leak to watch for and explained the long and expensive process to fix it. Took care of my oil change and sent me on my way. Few things better than an honest mechanic.
Best Auto Repair shop around. I dropped off a mustang that was having a custom built race engine put in and they didn't blink an eye. They also helped diagnose all post install issues and compatibility problems with the new block.
Timely affordable and most of all friendly.
I won't take my care anywhere else. These guys have been so HONEST with me and have helped me out many times without me noticing until later. Very welcoming and I feel extremely comfortable taking my car in for any issues. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone who ask me for a good mechanic. Love coming here.
Absolutely the best mechanic I have ever been to. Extremely good prices and friendly owners. They will always talk you out of doing work that your car doesn't need.
This is my trusted mechanic/repair shop at this point and those are hard to find. They also do regular smog checks (as opposed to Star smog checks) but that's perfectly fine. Pricing is good and I haven't ever had them try to sell me on the usual extras that other places are notorious for. FYI, the easiest way to get in there is to use the alley behind America's Tire.
2nd time taking my car here and extremely happy with the service and excited that I've found a new (honest) auto shop to service my vehicles! Great pricing, fast and did I say HONEST? Highly recommend.
BMW needed 36,000 mile service. All work done in timely fashion and very fair pricing. I was expecting an expensive brake job but was told I had 40% remaining. I felt confident that I would receive fair work and pricing. I will return and recommend to anyone wanting fair pricing and quality work.
Had the check engine light come on in my 2006 Mustang. I called around to various shops including the Ford dealers and they all wanted me to drop the car off for a day and pay a fee to diagnose the problem. Willie at O C Auto Care told me to just bring the car in and he would check it for free in a few minutes. So I took it in to Willie and in about 3 minutes he found that the gas cap was not installed correctly. He helped me out and didn't ask for anything. What a guy! So I recommend that if you need some work done on your car you should take it over to O C Auto and have them look at if first. I will be taking my car over there next week for an oil change and some other maintenance work. He's earned some more business.
Always fair, always friendly. I have been to several places, OC Auto Care is the best.
They have worked on my Mercedes, F150, daughters Audi, sons Chrysler...every time it's done right.

My wife and I have been going to Waise/OC Auto for a while now & I love these guys, they are the best!
I recently got a new/used Lexus LS 430 that THEY told me about! So after purchase, I took to Waise for full service, when done, he backed out and slightly hit my rear bumper against a U-Haul truck. He felt terrible and paid for repairs. I think Waise felt worse than I did. Accidents happen, but honest classy guys own up and that is reason #99 why they are my mechanics for life... I won't buy a vehicle that they cannot or won't service!

I was lucky enough to come across OC Auto Care and Waise a few years ago on Yelp after moving up from San Diego and I have to say it was the best find ever. It is an amazing feeling having a mechanic that you can trust and will go out of his way to help you.
There have been a number of occasions that he has gone out of his way to take care me including coming to my house to swap a battery so I did not have to have my car towed. I trust him so completely that I will drop my car off with him to be service or repaired before going on vacation and not have to worry about my car not being repaired before I get back or some astronomical charge for repairs that were not needed.
I HIGHLY RECCOMEND GOING TO OC AUTO CARE THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!!!!
I have never had such amazing service from a mechanic than at OC Auto Care! Car trouble never comes at a good time, but Waise made the experience as painless as possible and got us a great deal with lightening fast work. I have been taking my car here for years. Waise is very friendly and honest. For example, 1) My truck was slipping gears. I thought I would need a new clutch and master cylinder (manual transmission); Waise and his team found that the drive train was loose and fixed at a reasonable price. 2) For years, my vehicle was difficult to fuel - pressure or something would build up and causing the pump to stop. No other repair shop could fix this problem. OC Auto found the problem and fixe it. Waise has yet to try to up-sell me into repairs. I trust Waise and OC Auto with any of my vehicles.
