My tow truck came fast and my mechanic was extremely kind and helpful! I believe his name was Savunn. He helped me so much with my car and ended up being able to help me with my tire problem right there saving me tons of time and money! Extremely grateful for his help!

Waited over 90 minutes for a servicecall from aaa. Was originally quoted 40 minutes then 65 nobody ever showed up called aaa and they had to dispatch an alternate company. The worst customer service
If you have Triple AAA long distance tow coverage…This company will lie and tell you they are busy with other calls. When in fact the tow truck driver was at the exact location where my vehicle was located dropping off another vehicle. He stated the exact opposite which was they were not busy. However, after calling dispatch and finding out where he had to tow the vehicle, he was suddenly unavailable to do so. I actually witnessed the tow truck driver look on his smartphone at the location where our vehicle was required to be towed which is when he had miraculously became busy. I was actually standing next to him with no calls for tows coming through.
3 hours later we were assigned to another tow company.
So when individuals complain about pay…kick rocks and get to work!!
Luis is the man! My car didn't start today. I only drive about once a week now since I can't afford gas anymore. Car was dead. Called AAA. Mary called me and sent over Luis. He is a really nice guy and did a great job with the car. 5 star service. God bless you. Cheers.
They are AAA first dispatch, but should be last. Unprofessional and don’t show up. They pick and choose the tow and you just get lost in the tow list. If you can’t tow, then why are you dispatched with AAA? I hope you review or just terminate your AAA contract because it’s not fair to the customers on this side.
Called AAA with a dead battery. Of course our first rainy day so they were backed up. I did not get the guys name but whomever was working in Tustin yesterday was so kind. He made the hour and a half wait bareable. He kept in contact and even called to let me know he was helping someone not too far away and I would be next.
Had some car trouble on my way to work, car was dying & barely made it.
I work pretty close to Sea Country Towing & Recovery & they were able to help me out basically instantly. Spoke with Ray?(I think was her name) - she got me situated & helped me get scheduled with AAA. Once that was complete, they assigned a driver to my location.
Bud was my tow truck driver, all around great guy. A pleasure to talk to & deal with. My car is a bit lower than normal, Bud had no issue with that & got the car hooked up/dropped off at the dealership in such a fast manner.
All around a fantastic experience with this company. Beyond helpful & they work in such timely manner.
STOP‼Completely horrible experience dealing with these miserable people, they loaded the car and dropped it twice before just leaving it in place, this after two extended wait times and then they refused to work under the terms that AAA had given! The manager on site was unbelievably rude and completely disrespectful as was the dispatcher! Steer clear‼
Ain't gonna lie or BS on here, but I had my car towed by Sea Country Towing through AAA and while there was a bit of a delay in timing, the overall experience was top tier thanks to the tow truck driver Greg. I genuinely mean that. Even though it was short (good thing) it was quick and perfect. From start to finish including driving time the whole process took maybe 20 minutes. Greg was quick professional and made sure my low profile BMW was safely handled without a single scratch. He checked everything before we left and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. Tow companies do not always get the best reputation but Greg honestly changed my mind. Solid dude efficient and exceeded my expectations. Big shoutout to Greg and Sea Country I truly appreciate you brotha and your efficiency!
Had the best experience with Ahmad from Sea Country towing. His experience with Tesla vehicles was amazing. My vehicle was parked at a Tesla station and The TESLA service team couldn’t even figure out How to charge my vehicle. TESLA customer service was horrible. I was literally at the service station and they wouldn’t go out of their way to help.
AAA sent out Ahmed from this company to tow our personal cargo van. Was under 6000 pounds and had some left over shelving and tools inside but was pretty much empty. Ahmed refused to tie it claiming that AAA would not do it. Called AAA and they didn’t have any record of the refusal. Don’t use these guys.
I'm editing and removing to 2 stars to reflect my most recent experience with this company sea country towing in which a new employee Muhammad came with his truck to tow my vehicle and he did not text me even though I signed up for text with AAA he called me and left me a voicemail I had no idea I could not hear the phone cuz I was out at the car waiting for him to pull around and I see him drive down the street to leave the community and I'm trying to flag him down while I'm on the phone with customer service waiting for the tow truck to come while he's driving down the street leaving the community. It was a complete mess and all he had is simply do was drive in a circle around the community to see that I'm waiting by the vehicle or just text me I was looking at my phone every 5 minutes while I was standing by the car waiting for the tow truck. This removal of two stars is not just for the driver but is also for the person who answers the phone who is trying to justify the situation and telling me that it's too hard to drive the tow truck around community that that's why they leave they wait 10 minutes and leave. Still trying to justify the fact did the driver did not text me and not even attempt to text me even though with AAA I was already receiving texts and in the past with other drivers they always text. Most people these days can't hear their phone ringer especially when there's cars driving by in traffic and they're waiting for a tow truck but most people do look at their text to see updates. To me this is an unacceptable justification for almost driving away and leaving me stranded and trying to move on to the next driver when all he had to do was circle around the community wants to see that I was already standing outside by the vehicle or text me or both.
Mike came and was great at diagnosing the jeep. Found out the key fob was messed up. I knew the clicker wasn't good but didn't know it what's starting to cause issues with starting the engine. Can you take the battery out and put it back in but recommend it replacing the key fob which I already have a guy coming tomorrow to do that. Even though the battery didn't 100% need to be replaced that day it was getting old and there was some problems in the prior week so I did say yes okay for a new battery and Dustin came out and replaced the battery and the car is running good right now everything is good for now and then I'm just going to have my mechanic check it over right after Christmas. Both guys were very polite Mike and Dustin were very friendly and professional.
To whom it may concern, I am writing this email to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for the assistance you provided to my wife and me during a difficult time. While driving home from chemotherapy treatments for my wife, our 2018 X5 BMW broke down on the side of the freeway. Sven, a kind and compassionate individual, arrived promptly to help us. Unfortunately, my wife had just finished a round of chemotherapy and was not feeling well. Sven demonstrated genuine care and compassion towards both of us. He quickly assessed our situation and provided the necessary assistance. He efficiently drove us to the repair shop in San Clemente from Irvine, ensuring that my wife’s condition was taken into account. His slow driving pace made the journey more tolerable for my wife. We are truly grateful for Sven’s heroic efforts and the compassionate care he provided during our time of need.

Our teenage son was stranded with a broken down car. AAA sent Mehdi- he arrived a little bit before promised time, was very professional and caring with our son, waited for us to come collect him and towed the car safely to the service center. We were stranded at a gas station when our battery died. Marvin from Sea Country Towing exhibited amazing customer service by showing up 20 minutes ahead of estimated arrival time and quickly changed out a replacement battery and got us back on the road. I had a guy named Mike help me and my mom today with a new battery. He was the best experience I’ve ever had in over 20 years with AAA. He made the whole experience and battery change so easy and so pain free and was so respectful and friendly that I was just really happy we got him. I was so stressed out and he just made my day. On Friday OCT.25, 2024 I have an issue with my new car Honda HRV the alarm goes off. I didn’t know I was worried I thought the battery because I just have the car for a week I never have an issued with the new car. I called the dealership and the service regarding my issue. Mike from AAA Sea Country towing & Recovery service came. He checked and performed testing the battery was fine and he explained to me regarding the issue that alarm goes off. I’d like to personally thank Erik G for calling me 15 minutes prior to his arrival to get more specifics on where I was located. I've had three experiences with Sea Country towing through AAA so far and all three have been amazing and stress-free. I would especially like to thank Mr. James D for his help with my flat tire and for providing very insightful expertise — I've learned a lot of new things about my truck thanks to him.
