I had my car fixed here after an accident. An employee made an appointment for me, and when I called, they had no record of my appointment, which resulted in the repairs being further delayed. Then, they didn’t fix all of the damage from the accident. When I spoke to one of the owners on the phone, she accused me of trying to defraud the insurance company. Did not have a good experience.
Have gone to Simon’s auto body shop 2 times . They provide excellent service and good communication. Recommend this place to anyone, well put business!
I just picked up my 2002 RX300. It needed some TLC and an Inner Tie Rod replaced. Geza, Christina (Owners), and Brian the mechanic went above and beyond helping me get her back on the road. Always a great caring, honest, and transparent place to take your car for any work. Brian is probably the most honest, truthful and conscientious mechanic you will find in 1000 miles from this location, he is truly old school and cares about his customers and his work. If you want it done right and don't want all the Shenanigan's Take it here, these people are "Real" and care about what they do, trust me you will never go anywhere else when you get your car back.

Paid top dollar and when I wanted an update on why my car was taking six weeks to have a bumper and headlight replaced, I was the one with the issue not Simons Auto Body. They claimed it was “pandemic supply issues” when this repair happened Summer of 2023. Are all auto repair places full of liars and thieves?

Was referred to Simon's Auto Body by my insurance company and could not be happier with my experience. Simon's appraised my car and finished a front end job in 5 days! Being as picky as I am with my car, I was blown away by the details the owner made sure were correct. Simon's did not cut corners with hood to fender gap that I was very concerned about post collision. Simon's worked directly with the local enterprise and the entire repair process was top notch. This family owned business has earned all my future auto body work.

I took my 2016 Chevy 1500 to Simon's auto body for a transmission replacement, and drive shaft carriage bearing repair. Christina was very friendly and very communicative about the status of my truck. I run a Christmas light business and this time of year we are slammed. They were able to get me back up and running in 5 days! WOW is all I can say. 10/10 would recommend Simon's Auto Body, and I will be using them in the future.

We have been dealing a with nightmare situation with our car, after weeks of trouble shooting instead of taking our money they recommended the best solution to address this situation. I appreciate honesty and integrity within a business environment.

Geza was excellent in his service, my BMW and Suzuki SUV were repaired and painted. Great Work on both of my cars, Service was excellent, and price is very reasonable. Better than competitors.
The worst shop ever! Will never recomend this shop to nobody. So they dont go through what i went through.very unprofessional they switch out or lost parts that were supposed to go back on my vehicle.
I wouldn't take my care anywhere else. Brian has been my mechanic for 5 years. I was referred to this shop by a customer, and they are great. Honest people who do quality work at a very fair price. Before them, I had a local mechanic who ended up being everything you fear; dishonest, expensive, shoddy work, and always left me with a worrying feeling. Now, I gladly drive 20 miles to Simon's Auto Body because when you find an excellent mechanic, you stick with them!

Had some body work done here recently, and am very happy with the repairs. Took a while to get the parts in, but that's not the shop's fault. They were communicative, friendly, and professional. Great shop, keep up the great work guys.
I am super picky about my cars. Geza was upfront gave me an estimate and stuck to it. He even gave me a ride home. I was so impressed with the quality of work that I brought my other 2 cars to him. Again, the quality of work was/is impeccable! Do yourself a favor and take your car here for any auto body work.
I would have to say that my experience at Simmons Auto Body, in Edgerton, Wisconsin is and has been the best experience I have had in my entire life! There are so many plus's they are too numerous to count. A friend referred me to Josh Simmons because of their experience at Simmons. Although after hitting a deer, my insurance gave me two preferred Auto Body placed to go, I was so disappointed instantly with their, lack of service, attitudes demeanor, and expertise, and rudeness. Also, young hired girls give a quick uncaring estimate. However, at Josh's being the owner with a great deal of knowledge, put my mind to rest that I was in the BEST OF CARE.
But walking into Josh Simmons, he himself the OWNER, is who greets you, listens with a very keen ear and heart with over 39 years of experience. WOW, did it show!! His estimate was lower, but what they did for my car was incredible. It looked better than when I bought it new, inside and out. I'm a Scriptural woman and Proverbs 20:7, and 1st Chronicles 29:17 talk about INTEGRITY in the eyes of the LORD. And Simmons Auto Body surpassed all of that and more. How refreshing in a day and age where most of the time we are taken advantage of, this business is the exact opposite!!!! Josh himself cares about every single detail and concern of the customer.

Simon's really does great work! Had to get a front fender replaced on my '01 Tundra and it came out looking brand new and cost less than I was expecting. Cleaned the interior of the car as well which was a nice surprise.
It did turn out that the temp control knob on my A/C had been put back incorrectly which broke when I first tried to use it, but nevertheless I simply called Simon's and had Brian take a look. They replaced the part right away with no hassle. Will definitely be bringing any future body work to Simon's. Thanks!
very unprofessional. I I was ignored in the waiting room for quite some time and when I did speak to Bryan he promised to get a couple different estimates hot to me. He didn't send me anything and I followed up with him a week later and he said he didn't send it because she didn't think I was going to go through with it so not very impressive at all
