The work that was required was well done. But they lost a clip holding up my fuse box lid and left muddy shoe prints on the driver's side floor mats. Seems like small issues but they weren't willing to do anything to remedy the problems.

Crash Champions #0239 – 1 Star DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. On July 18, 2025, Crash Champions tore apart my car without my approval, ignored my OEM-only parts request, and charged me $500 under protest. When I arranged an AAA tow, they refused to release the vehicle and its parts despite written authorization. I was injured and they caused major delays and stress. They work for insurance companies like Mercury, not you. I filed a BAR complaint. Avoid this shop at all costs. ⸻ Quigley’s Auto Body – 5 Stars After being mistreated by Crash Champions, Quigley’s Auto Body was a lifesaver. They listened to me, respected my OEM-only request, and gave me honest, professional advice. No pressure, no games — just real customer service. Where the other shop followed the insurance company’s interests, Quigley followed mine. If you care about your car and your sanity, go here first. They earned my trust 100%.

The lady answering the phone has zero customer service skills, no empathy at all and would not work with me to start the process of getting my car repaired. It seems like she hates her job. To everyone reading this review, you are better off taking your vehicle somewhere else.

Excellent services. They took care of my lady, a Mercedes 250SLK “, like the queen she is. This meant a lot to me as other shops didn’t offer the quality of service this place did. I was constantly updated on the progress of her repairs. They arranged Enterprise rental services which made it even better. I had a toddler in tow and they still accommodated me with no problem. They are Champions in my opinion.

I brought my 2018 Toyota Corolla to the laguna hills location in March as a result of a big hit involving structural damage. I thought getting into a car accident with an uninsured driver would be the biggest headache; turns out that I was wrong. My service advisor lied over the phone saying it would be done in a week and kept lying about the completion date. Ended up taking almost 2 weeks and the text messages gave me a delivery date; which was late by one day. Apparently my car sat for 2-3 days waiting to be painted. Well I thought my frustration was done. However, the shop decided they would only partially fix the car. When the issues came up, I tried to talk to the service advisor and stated that they should provide a rental car due to their errors. The service advisor was disrespectful and talked over me SEVERAL times. I had to ask to talk to the manager 5 times before I could talk to a manager to discuss the issues. I have never met such a rude service advisor before. Issues after picking up- 1) The interior was filthy including lots of shop dust. 2) passenger window tint didn't match the drivers door tint. I asked to make sure that it matched, but the shop decided to keep an illegal tint on the window since it was a used door. The window was filthy with oil all over it and scratches. And there was an illegal tint on the car. I am lucky I didn't get a ticket. 3) Right mirror was loose and shaking around 4) TPMS light was still on after putting air in the very low tires. 5) Wind noise from the right rear door while on the freeway. I didn't have a rental car because the person who hit the car didn't have car insurance. So my husband and I had to share my car, which they knew this. My husband had to take the day off work to bring it during lunch so we could pick it up after 5 pm to fix the issues. Well, we waited for 20 additional minutes for them to finish cleaning it up. - The TPMS light was still on, they did replace some parts at America's Tires. They said it would go off or if not, bring it back and the tire shop would fix it. I had to bring it back to America's Tires to fix and waste a couple hours of my time. Issues that they NEVER fixed: 1) The window itself is still scratched, which seems like they scratched it while removing the limo tint themselves. 2) Rear right door still making a wind noise on the freeway, so it doesn't feel safe to drive. I'm not sure why they didn't bother to fix this, but this issue still persists. 3) I asked to see photos of the interior of the car prior to the accident. They claim that there was a long scrape on the right rear door interior prior to the accident, however, it was never there. 4) The paint was AWFUL, there was so much dirt in the paint across the entire right side of the car. I kept getting the run around from this body shop, they would tell USAA that the car was fixed and then they would tell me they would need to look into it and order parts. They continued to deflect responsibility at all costs. By this point, it was the beginning of May and my car still wasn't fixed. They said that they got it approved to provide me a rental car due to their error. And the parts would take a week to arrive. The week came and they still didn't have the parts; in fact by the middle of May they said the parts wouldn't come for 3 more weeks! I was done dealing with the car due to the outstanding issues, it was incredibly insufferable to drive with the wind noise since my husband primarily drives on the freeway. And I don't trust that they fixed the structural damage correctly if they can't even paint a car without excessive dirt particles being in the paint. They definitely never intended on fixing the car, they never contacted me again. I ended up selling the car towards the end of May. Last week I ended up getting a notification from USAA that Crash Champions submitted a supplemental claim of almost $500. Turns out Crash Champions LIED to USAA and said that they replaced the window and door seals, which they never did!

Everything was handled professionally from the beginning to the end with Farmers insurance company. The service adviser Jaime Casarez kept me informed and the job was done quicker than expected. The car had extensive damage from a rear end accident and it looks and functions perfectly! Thank you for a great job!

Came here due to an automobile crash. Car was evaluated as a total loss, all of which I have never dealt with before. Steve at this location was fantastic with his customer service as he had been completely honest with me from the start about repair costs. He walked me through how they do the evaluation, and how to best handle these type of situations when it comes to insurance. He even went so far as to itemize every part of the repair in front of me so I was able to assess what they thought the damages were. At no point did I feel like I was being misled or ripped off. Steve was fantastic and I'm very thankful for all his help!

Unfortunately, A large tree planted on my apartment complex fell on top of my Ram 1500. The Ram had multiple dents, scratches, and other damages due to the tree. Very fortunately, I located Crash Champions. I was not referred to this location, nor had I had any experience at this collision shop. The very first person I spoke with, Steve, was very professional. His professional manner, knowledge, and demeanor left me feeling like I had made the right decision. Throughout the repair process, Steve would either call or text me very frequently to keep me in the loop. It was a great feeling to hear updates on my truck rather than silence throughout the process. When my Ram had been completed, I was amazed on how immaculate it looked. It appeared to be as if though it had just come from the factory. I’m extremely lucky that I had found Crash Champions. I look forward to using them again in the future. Though I hope I will never have to! (Haha)

I scheduled an appointment for a body damage estimate for my car. Instead of an estimate being written at the appointment, the receptionist took pictures & an estimator sent me an estimate a few days later. I'm not sure why I needed an appointment for that. Otherwise, the process was smooth.

Would not recommend. Car is not like it was before the accident. They tried realigning the door a couple of times, but couldn't quite get it to fit. They said they got authorization from Allstate to replace the door again, but then kept claiming they couldn't get it due to supply issues. It was months and months and I called many times to check but they kept lying to me. I eventually gave up and they never called, so I guess they won. Although it was covered by insurance, the work ended up >$12k for an $8k bid. With the reduced value of the car now, I should have pushed to have it declared a total loss.

They have no problem texting me 4 times to schedule and confirm an appointment. My daughter takes her car to drop it off at the time scheduled and they say they can't get to it for a week?? 2 questions. Why schedule the appointment? Why are you so good at texting before the appointment is scheduled but can't find my # to text and let us know you can't keep the schedule that was set up by you? No thanks. We'll take our business elsewhere.

They replaced a new bumper on my 2009 BMW 135i Conv. Finished in 4 days. They made calls and sent text daily to update the progress of the car repair. Staffs are friendly. Repair was done well. I am satisfied with their job outcome and service.

Service was great! Kept me updated everytime there was a change. Even took care of my car rental when they were a few days late of the promised date (due to shipping of parts that were understandably uncontrollable). Great customer service!

My mom is elderly and got into her first car accident then ended up in the hospital for a week so I had to deal with triple A and Service kings remotely from San Jose (7hrs away). Manny the manager, worked helped me with kindness and patience and was totally understanding of my situation. Like when my parents gave their entire key ring to the triple A guy they helped me get my parents house and mail keys back asap. He kept me up to date sent me the estimate and updates including pictures thru the entire process and had the car ready on time. And made it so I didn't have to deal with triple a anymore cause it's hard to deal with them when ur not the policy holder. Anyway they did a great job!!! And I know if we have any issues with the car I can take it back and they will handle it but I doubt that will happen ... Thanks guys for being so cool about doing helping me get my parents car fixed. I highly recommend anyone to use this shop and Manny deserves a raise !!

Amazing place! Returned my car to me sparkling clean with an impeccable paint job. I was notified every step of the way as to when my car would be ready. And it was ready earlier than they said it would be! I would definitely bring my car back here for any future car work.

I am extremely pleased with the repairs Service King did to my BMW. There is no sign that there was ever a big dent on the fender. The pain job is excellent. The service I received from Many and Mary was courteous and professional from scheduling the job to delivering my car on the date they committed to finish it. Thanks to the Service King Team for making this process easy.

Very unprofessional! My was took from 6-17 to 8-28 all due to the body shop error and not sending in the proper documents my insurance needed. Not only did the shop cause a lot of stress and anxiety they had me doing all The work calling my insurance trying to push along the approval. Marie who has reach out to me sending me a text stating to come get my vehicle and take it elsewhere because there weren’t getting anywhere with my insurance. Finally as I got more involved I figured out the entire time the body shop was sending in the involve to the wrong email address that the insurance clearly gave them correctly. As I asked the manger Marie due to their error and me having to pay 2 full month of a rental if there was something she could do on her behalf of the company to compensate me, she said no have to pay in full even if it was their error. Super unprofessional and rude ! Doesn’t care about customer service and only want the check.

His customer service was by far the best. He updated me on the repairs and was always extremely professional and great attitude. I HIGHLY recommend using them and ask for Manny if he's available. My insurance Allstate agent advised me to take my car to service King in Laguna Hill branch after it was hit by a big truck in the parking lot. They made the estimate the next day and text me about the damage and after my approval they began to repair it. My technician Robert kept me inform about the progress through email every morning and they repair it very fast. I got my car back in 10 days and I am very satisfied with the result. I highly recommend this company and specialty this branch in OC, Ca.

Best car experience! Staff was a uper helpful, friendly and trustworthy!! Here's the long story: I took my Fiat into Kings Service on Fair oaks because both of my headlights were out. It isn't exactly what they normally do, but they said they'd look. I waited less then 5 min. Turned out the fuses were fine, just needed new bulbs, which they didn't have on hand but told me if I wanted to get them they would install. There was a nearby place that sold the bulbs, which I bought and brought back. Without needing to wait at all they not only installed the bulbs for FREE but showed me exactly how to do it, so that next time I can do it it myself! I left so happy! I will definitely go back the next time I need a repair!
