I came in last week with my dad to get a battery for his golf cart. I was there to be a translator since he doesn't speak English very well, but to my luck, we were helped by an Anthony Martinez who spoke fluent Spanish and was able to help my dad without me having to say anything. To sum things up, this place is awesome and Anthony was super friendly and very patient.

I needed some help so that I wouldn’t break the bank, and one of the employees, Anthony, was a huge help in steering me in the right direction. They are thieves. I paid for a brake pedal a week ago. I have tried calling them, nobody answers, I tried e-mailing them 4 times, no response. They charged my card but I can't get a response about a ship date. Their website said the item was in stock. All I want to know is when the item will ship. I even told them I am disputing the charge and still no response. I can't think of any other word than "thieves". I am in the parts business as well and I always respond to my customers. I always provide ETA's and respond to e-mails and answer calls. Do not buy from these snakes.
Bought a golf cart from Apex two years ago. Very happy with it.
Today I had the pleasure of having my battery die a quarter mile away from my house. AAA won’t tow. Wasn’t close enough to neighbors house to bum a charge. Got Apex on the phone and they walked me through how to disengage the magnetic break. Super helpful. If you’re going to buy a golf cart, get it from them. It’s a great team.
Great service. I have a gas cart and they are one of the only spots in the county that can service it. They were friendly, communicative and price was reasonable. They picked up and dropped off the cart, didn’t even have to worry about towing it myself. Super convenient!
We had some issues with our golf cart making grinding sounds when we were making turns. It made us not want to drive the cart because the sound was so obnoxious. We took our cart to Apex and they got it driving right! The guys in the office were so nice, very good communication.
I absolutely love this company, I was told additional repairs needed to be done by another dealer and Apex saved me more than $500.00. This is one honest company and I highly recommend using them. The pick up service was fantastic and they completed the work on time. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Loved dealing with Kyle at Apex Golf Carts, they helped out so much with our new golf cart purchase that I cannot be thankful enough. We have just moved to Laguna Woods and were looking to purchase a new golf cart, went to a couple of the local dealers before Apex however the prices on the EzGo and Club cars from the other dealers were beyond ridiculous so when we came to Apex and saw their prices and quality of the Evolution Golf Carts we decided to go with them. Unfortunetly they did not have the Classic 2 Plus Evolution golf carts that we wanted however Kyle went above and beyond and got us a Loaner while we waited on our new Evolution Golf Cart. The cart took about 1 month to get to us but when it did it was everything we wanted in a golf cart that my wife will use for golfing almost every day. Thank you again for the great service and for giving us the loaner while we waited on our new cart.
The only place to get your Evolution golf cart in Orange County. Kyle and Leo were a pleasure to deal with while choosing our electric golf cart for our family. Their prices are very fair when compared to the run down place in San Clemente I believe Echo Carts which were more expensive and no inventory. Delivery was also provided at no cost and they are actually a certified Evolution Golf Cart repair center which helped with our decision to buy the Golf Cart from Apex as we know that the manufacturer trust them so it made our choice easy. Recently had my EZGo golf cart converted to lithium battery. The whole process and experience was amazing! Evolution battery was very competitively priced and works great. Played my local course (Glen Ivy) yesterday (very hilly) and still had 80% charge when I pulled into my garage. Service was superb, start to finish. Tiffany was fantastic throughout. John covered every detail at delivery and my cart looks and runs better than the day I bought it. Highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for battery conversion or anything else golf cart related.

I ordered a Roy Pow 48-volt golf cart battery from Apex Golf Carts in Laguna Hills California in July 2021. The website showed estimated delivery in August. In September I contacted Apex by telephone to check the status. Tiffany a member of the Apex team told me the battery had not shipped because of the backup at the ports in Los Angeles. They offered to refund my money, replace the order with an upgraded Evolution battery, or I could continue to wait for the Roy Pow battery. I waited one more month and contacted Tiffany again requesting the upgraded battery knowing the upgrade was several hundred dollars more. Apex agreed to send the battery immediately (it was in stock) and without any additional cost. The attention to detail provided by Tiffany during the entire process was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a fine ambassador for the company.
We took my dad's hummer golf cart in for a check up and battery upgrade. Kyle Performed a test drive and made a recommendation for items to be repaired. Love that Apex provides free of charge pick up and delivery within Laguna Woods so we arranged a pick up. From there Tiffany did a remarkable job of communicating with our family as Apex did the repairs. We had a few minor miscommunications but Tiffany made sure to clear up the details and she kept the project moving forward. She even spent time with me to review the cart. Tiffany also brought the technician Lewis into the conversation to gain his suggestions on a couple of items. Amazing customer service and quality work.
I spoke with office personnel yesterday about a tech issue with my Roypow lithium charger and wow. They had all the answers for me and some extra info. Great customer service and I didn't buy from them. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone needing anything having to do with golf carts. Very knowledgeable and nice.
Where do you go to buy larger batteries? It's not going to be Walmart, Costco, or Batteries Plus (not if you want good batteries anyway).
I'm thankful Apex were willing to freight the batteries to our shop since this place is run off of them (solar and wind).
This ordering process was easy even though these were special order for batteries not contained on their website.

I was at a horse show for a week, but the golf cart company I usually use was completely sold out. I desperately needed to rent a cart. I was having much difficulty finding one, everything was booked. When I called Apex I talked to Tiffany and she was amazing. She understood my situation and said she would do her best to see if she could reserve one for me and would call me back. Within a few minutes she did call back, and had a cart for me. She went out of her way to get me that cart, and I am soooooo appreciative. Not only that, she was able to get it for me at a discounted price, which was also much appreciated! I just got back from my horse show, and the golf cart was fantastic, and my daughter did well. I am so thankful for Tiffany and this company pulling through for me. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future horse shows!!!!
This place is top notch. I purchased a used golf cart from them last year, the pricing was on point, the service was great and they even delivered it to my house in Lake Forest.
Since that time, I have purchased several batteries from them and other items, with the same service each time.
A friend has referred me to Apex to buy an used golf cart. Caius has been instrumental in getting me a cart meets my need. The service has been excellent. I will refer Apex to my friends.
Kyle was extremely helpful. I purchased some Trojan 6v batteries and he was very informative. There was no pressure to sell me anything. He made me feel comfortable and I am highly likely to come back as a customer and refer him to others.
Apex is a terrific store. I walked in not knowing anything about golf cars, except I wanted one to drive around my gated community. Caius was outstanding. He walked me through every aspect of getting a 2014 RXV and customizing it just the way I wanted. They basically tore the old cart down to the frame and installed new parts, new body, new upholstery which my wife designed. I wound up saving thousands over a new golf car while getting a completely custom car that I really like. I highly recommend them.
Outstanding service!! I am new to the area and bought a 1999 Club Car desperately needing new tires and battery and more. Kyle is charming, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. John the Driver picked up my Golf cart from my apartment and fully repaired it and had it back to me the same evening. Just went to Apex golf carts to purchase some parts for my cart and new charger. Kyle is great and very knowledgeable. Very honest guy. He even looked up prices on the internet to show me what the average price is.
He did this because I told how I got price gouged at another cart store in Santa Ana off of Saint Gertrude and Dyer Rd. and the 55 freeway area.
I will definitely refer his store to everyone! It's refreshing to find a great local store that stocks parts and honest people.

Great customer services. Recently purchased few golf cart keys for only $4. The package was lost in mail. Kyle responded to my phone call immediately. He was very nice. Offered right away to send another, and this time with tracking. Neither time i was charged shipping. Its not often you see this level of customer service. I really appreciate the time they gave me over 4$. They really put the customer first. I would recommended Apex for sure 5 stars.
