This place is pathetic. I paid for a VIP wash that was $44.99 and was supposed to include everything in the two lower packages plus add on three more features. For my money I got a car that looks like I drove through a drive through car wash. They did not wipe it down at all - see the pictures below - there are water spots, the windows is greasy like they used a dirty rag to wipe it down. Who knows maybe the same one they used on the tires. This is THE ABSOLUTE worst car wash I have ever been to. I checked my receipt and there was no number for me to call the manager and ask him where my money went. My mirrors are dirty, my dash is dirty. They never lifted my back seats up to vacuum back there. I get it that at 3pm the employees are burned out but for God’s sake you advertise a VIP package for $39.99 then up-charge me $5.00 more dollars because it is an SUV and deliver back to me a $10 car wash at best. Skip this place, get a real carwash elsewhere.
I paid 120 for a wash and interior detail and I received the laziest wipe down of just the dash and the seats. Trunk wasn't touched at all, mind you it's an SUV with literally nothing inside of it. Inside the door was still dirty. Zero scent inside interior. Center console wasn't touched. Poor vacuuming on flooring. As well as poor washing of flooring and mats. It honestly looked like it wasn't even touched and I had to check if they were dry or damp. This was my first time visit and also my last time here. Absolute rip off for the price.
They did a horrible job. I paid for the Royal Treatment and asked them to focus on the inside of the car. They did the worst vacuuming job and missed a lot. They did not wipe down anything. I feel like I got robbed.
I absolutely love this carwash. I have a monthly subscription, which is an outstanding value. The employees are also awesome. I especially love Pavel, who epitomizes customer service. He knows everyone's name and treats everyone like a friend.
***Update: ownership brought in new staff. Although quality has only slightly diminished, the wait times have exponentially increased. The vacuuming line is extremely slow causing huge backlogs of vehicles.
This is the best car wash anywhere. Enrique is the best of all of the guys. So is Meme, friendly, helpful and courteous. I have been a member for more than 12 years,and will always be a member. I drive from Orange to here to just get a car wash. Keep up the excellent work.
This was my second and last visit to this car wash. No matter what package you get, the cleaning is half-hearted, especially on the interior. I even paid extra on my second visit, emphasizing areas in the interior needing attention. No decent attention was given to the car, even after paying extra. I will not be coming back.
Unfortunately, like every business after Covid, prices have gone up and quality down. I don't mind with prices increasing but quality decreasing is not great. Won't be returning. Didn't clean vacuum half my car.
They didn't do a good job vacuuming and so one of their guys saw me re-checking the interior and picking up some dirt from the carpet so he came to me and asked if they didn't vacuum and I said they did but didn't do a good job at it. He offered to re-vacuum which was nice and thats why I still gave them 3 stars. Also, their prices are ridiculously high for a regular wash.
Prices have gone up since the last time I was there in December. They no longer part of spot on. I got the royal wash(highest wash before going into detailingl and was pretty disappointed in the attention to detail in cleaning/wiping my porsche cayman. There were streaks on my windshield and they did not even bother opening my trunk to hipenit down or clean the inner back window. Rims were done well though.
I just left this place and paid for an executive wash. I specifically told the gentleman who gave me my receipt to please emphasize cleaning on my rims and tires. I had a lot of accumulated brake dust and would like that taken care of more than anything. He told me yes sure of course it'll be good to go....... By the time I got home it took a closer look I was not pleased. There's still an enormous amount of brake dust on my rims. I would equivalate it to a 10 year old taking a rag and wiping a tire not knowing what they were doing. I will not be going back to this car wash again. And for future customers, I would strongly encourage you to take your hard-earned money and spend it somewhere else. Find somewhere else that will do the job properly.
Friendly staff both inside the store & car wash. Really thorough detailing services. Only seen this quality of work a few other places, ever. Rather you're local or just passing by on the 5 fwy....if your car's dirty this is the place
Just came off the the highway from a 2500 mile trip. Lots of bugs, blood and road grime on all leading edges of the body panels. Plus brake dust covered all four wheels. Had the boys hand wash the car, scrub it down with the ClayBAR to remove all the bug and stone pits, rewash and wax the body, vacuum and wipe the entire interior down to the carpets, recondition the leather seats and clean all the glass. Cleaned the suspension A-arms and under the hood. Totalled out to $160. Quite reasonable for two hours work of four men.
I signed up for promotional emails and I was sent a coupon for $5 off. Nowhere did the coupon say it could not be combined with another discount, as some coupons do. I went to the spa, the service writer gave me $10 off a $90 wash and wax, then the cashier wouldn’t honor the coupon. I pointed out that the coupon had no restrictions on additional discounts, but she wouldn’t budge. Normally I would leave any business who felt this was acceptable practice, but my car was already being washed. It’s $5, yes. But it’s the fairness of what just happened. No one wants to be treated unfairly. So, after paying $80, and being denied the ability to use the $5 off coupon, which would have gone towards the tip anyway, you’ve lost a customer. Who’s willing to spend $80 on a car wash.
They did a decent job on my SUV. Did a wash and got the inside vacuumed out and vinal detailed. They left some significant bird droppings on the top of the vehicle which I feel like they should have removed. The vinal looked pretty good, but after the fact I did see a number of spots to where they missed and it looked dual in the light. Overall I thought it was just okay considering the price.
I always get gas here. Today I drove in for carwash. I asked for most expensive carwash and asked the guy to make sure my floor Mats are vacuumed nicely and my doors are wiped. He said wait and got his Manager. I told the manager the same thing. I don't need anything extra just clean floor mats and make sure my doors are wiped from inside. My car was very clean already. He said the $42 car wash won't give me clean floor mats and dusted doors and I have to pay $120 to get my car detailed. I asked again with you normal carwash you don't vacuum the floor mats ? He said he can't promise. What .... ? I never Walked out of the carwash. And now I am back to my normal car wash in Greenfield that they always do a great job. When the person in my normal car wash gave me the ticket he even asked me to check and make sure I am happy with everything. And I just paid $45 for a perfect clean car.
They always try to up sell. After the first "No" they'll give you a "deal" by throwing in a wax service or the like. After this "no" they'll usually give up. I don't go for it anymore since it never seems to make a noticeable difference. They do an okay job. I only go here if my mobile wash guy isn't available since he does a much more thorough job for the same price.
I visited earlier today and paid for a VIP car wash after the person who checked me in recommended it. He said they would do a great job. Well, they did not. The interior was not cleaned or even wiped down. It looked exactly as it did before my service. In addition, the vacuum job was non existent. It was a lazy job at best. This was my first visit and my last. I will take my business elsewhere. What a waste of money.
This place is great! We have a corgi and go to the beach often so our car is filled with sand/mud and pet fur regularly. This place gets it spotless! Have come here a few times now and am impressed by how clean the car is each time.
These guys did a great job. I took my dad's car in to be detailed, and it was in great shape by the time they were through with it. It wasn't necessarily cheap, but it was worth it for the job they did. It took a little while, but only because there was several people before me. I would definitely recommend this place.
Wow, this place has the nicest gas station bathrooms I have ever seen. I am serious, like a very nice restaurant. I was shocked and very happy to find this out just before midnight while heading home last night. This is now our go to place if we need to stop for a break. The inside of the store is all done up like an Italian village. Love it.
This is a good place to get your car washed, but not great for detailing. I have had my car washed at this place many times, and I'm always happy with it, but the last time I went there I got talked into having it detailed for a $100. This apparently didn't include claying the car, just waxing. They missed the whole front of the car, leaving bugs on it and inside they used some kind of vinal cleaner instead of leather.
Took my wife's filthy minivan for basic wash. Guy offered his discount of the day which was wash, wax, hoover and clean inside for $70. Facilities there are good too and they were pretty quick.
Turned out really well. I'd definitely go back.
I am very pleased after my first visit here. I came in with a van full of kid and dog debris. I didn’t need a full detail but I definitely needed more than a basic wash. All the listed enhanced washes focus on the exterior so they made an ‘off the menu’ option to get the extra interior work I needed. It was a fair price and they earned a big tip. My van looks GREAT!! Dog hair is NOT easy to get up. The waiting area and toilets were very nice with tv, WiFi and Peet’s. Everyone was really friendly and polite. Overall, a surprisingly great car wash experience. I’m really picky, and seldom pleased, so this is saying a lot for me! This is worth the extra drive and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this car wash!

I was out in Palm Springs and had to drive through mud. I got a VIP wash to get the under carriage washed. When I got home I looked at the under carriage and it was still covered with mud. The rocker panels and wheel wells were also covered. I didn't even get the air freshener that is supposed to come with the wash. Make sure you get what you pay for before you leave.
Easy to get to off the 5 Fwy. This car wash is one of best I have been to. Five stars all the way! The staff are competent, friendly, the thororugh. I had a detail there a few weeks ago and my car looked like new. I have since been back only to confirm my five rating. BTW! The store is full service with great sandwiches and an espresso bar.
