After having bad experience with another towing company, it was refreshing to work with Blair‘s towing. They are extremely kind and they truly care about people. The Manager lady is very nice and the driver Brian was just an all-around great person. Highly recommend!!!
I specifically told them when I called and that there was no cell phone service where they are picking up the car and they need to let me know when they are a few miles away. They did not do this so their calls did not go through when they tried to call or text when they arrived and then they canceled the service and tried to charge me $55. Then Argue with me after the fact, horrible customer service I would not recommend using them. Have to dispute the charges with my cc company
Sheikh Ahmad towed my vehicle with ease, was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure i had a great experience while having a bad day, they are lucky to have him.
After having us wait for 2 Hours With our toddler...No update whatsoever. Called in and dispatcher said, "Oh im sorry my guy will be there in another Hour... . Horrible Customer service.. Dispatch Sucks.
Blair's Towing earns five stars all the way today. Taylor in the office was great to work with. The driver was on-time. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and the price was right! These folks are solid - give them a try.
Amazing amazing experience at Blairs towing. We called more than 10 companies looking for a tow. I spoke to Lodi on the phone and he was able to get a tow to us in less than 20 minutes and make it happen. Shane, the driver, was also extremely friendly and really took care of the vehicle. I cant recommend this company enough and I will be using them in the future should I need it. They were also a very reasonable price, and kept me informed from start to finish with text updates regarding the status and location (dispatch was also extremely responsive)
David was awful. His communication is very slow. He sells parts that are damaged and not usable and over charges for them. The ad for the car he was parting out was not accurate. He sold me parts he didn’t really have. It took forever for him to pull the parts and forever to ship them. If he would have checked the parts and their condition prior to selling them, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I specifically asked him if they were in good condition and was told yes. The fender liners are torn up and missing huge chicken out of them. The lower support is bent and has paint cracking/flaking that makes it pretty darn easy to see that. When I finally received the parts and sent him pictures and told him about it he ignored me. I gave him every opportunity to make it right and he wouldn’t respond. I asked for a managers name and number and still nothing. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I would love it if someone from management would reach out to me and then I can update this review. This will be posted on Google and Yelp, as well as all of the car groups I am part of.
On December 26th, at approximately 8:20 AM, I requested a tow through my insurance provider. The estimated time of arrival was 30 minutes, which I didn't mind. The tow driver arrived even before the estimated time, which was impressive. However, when he jumpstarted my vehicle, he told me, just drive it; I dont understand why you called for a tow. Shortly after that, while driving down the road with my kids, the car stalled. It was a terrifying situation! He then told my mom, "You owe me a tip and/or a six-pack." This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering that my car was broken down and my mechanic was waiting for it. After that, the driver left and instructed his dispatch to cancel the call or find someone else to assist me. I decided to cancel and informed my insurance provider. Fortunately, Fasttrack Towing came to my rescue.
My neighborhood has reserved parking with signs that say people can be subject to getting towed if they park in someone’s spot. This is the company on our street signs for us to call. I work nights and I have had people parked in my spot too many times. It gets really tiring when you work a long day, and in my case, I’m also pregnant, and I can’t even park to get settled at home and back to my baby. Each time I’ve called they never have a truck to help me. They just tell me to see if the people are around or block them in with my car — which would also block others? So that suggestion is both unprofessional and doesn’t make any sense. I’ve had to wait up to 2 hours once for someone to finally come and move their car. I personally find this company very useless and wouldn’t recommend their business.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Blair’s Towing in Lake Forest. From the customer service from the front, specifically from Taylor who has been an angel from beginning to end in my car journey of trying to tow my car to a mechanic. She is a woman of her word when she says she will call back, she does, she was determined to help me and she did. She follows up and jumps on it, always putting customers first. She is a rockstar and has been so communicative and went above and beyond. The technician who towed my car named Shane is equally amazing and very knowledgeable and customer first. He was fantastic, knew exactly what to do and also a man of his word!

Every time I've had to tow my vehicle I have used Blair's Towing. They have always provided amazing service and will make sure you get where you need to go. I recently needed my car towed 20 feet from the front of my house to the driveway.It's too heavy to push and is on an incline. They responded immediately and accepted the job! Amazing company! Highly recommend!
I would give them all 5 stars but after i did a good portion of the work (so it didn’t take hours) i was charged more than what I was quoted. I paid the and got a receipt. Overall it was a good experience.

AHMAD was incredible from Blairs! After 4 different towing companies, he was able to figure out how to get my S550 Mercedes onto his flatbed. No other towing company could figure out how to do it! I am soooo grateful for his swift and knowledgeable service skills. I clearly would have used them originally if I would have known. Blairs Towing saved the day!
As the owner of 2 European auto repair businesses, I have been using Blair’s Towing services since 2013. I have found Blairs Towing to be reliable, and use them exclusively to transport clients vehicles to my workshops.
Many of our clients own $100,000 vehicles, so damaging bumpers while loading/unloading a clients vehicle or forgetting to replace the vehicles tow hook or tow hook cover would be unacceptable. You can always call AAA or one of those unlicensed app based bandits for that.
It is true, there was a change of ownership and the level of service has changed-they now arrive sooner than in the past, and I recognize the same skilled tow truck operators are still working there.
After reading the prior review on here from Uno, I couldnt help but wonder…what was the purpose for writing your review? As a business owner, when I have a problem with one of my suppliers or service providers I usually contact the owner or manager to resolve the issue. What I most certainly do not do is overreact and write a hysterical review.
In this current volatile economic environment, it is hard enough for everyone, including small businesses to operate. I truly believe there is a special place in hell for people like that, whose only reason for writing a review is to try and damage the reputation of an otherwise well operated organization.
I Highly recommend Blair’s Towing!! I got a flat tire on the freeway and was super stressed that I would get hit, but Blair’s came out right away to take care of me. Their driver was very professional, courteous and made sure I was safe before starting work on my vehicle. Then he drove me to the nearest tire store to have it replaced. I really hope this NEVER happens again, but if it does, I will definitely be calling Blair’s!! Thank you so much!!
Purchased a vintage automobile to be taken by flatbed. Called on a Saturday morning for same day pickup. It was definitely short notice however they were very cool about it and towed the vehicle the same day. Price for their service was very reasonable. And I did this while in Chicago. Highly recommend their service.
I broke down on the freeway and didn’t know what to do. Since I’m a girl, I don’t know much about cars so I called Blair’s Towing company from Google and they have been the best. Easy to work with a great price and make sure I got home safely. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with the tow very professional people!
I have an auto repair facility in So. Orange County and have referred all my customer's to Blair's for maybe twenty plus years. Recently Blair's ownership changed hands, and I've noticed a change in their operation, not in a good way, but I won't get into that here. Yesterday, I was northbound on I5 and exited at Lake Forest, when I saw a flat bed tow truck make a rapid change from the freeway to the exit in my rear view mirror and almost rear end my vehicle. At first I didn't recognize the company, because the cab was blue, not the usual white, pink and blue graphics on every Blair's vehicle that I've ever seen. The driver continued to tailgate me dangerously close all the way down the off ramp until the end where I took the right lane and the tow vehicle took the far left lane to turn west on Lake Forest, and I was shocked to see the Blair's logo on the side of the truck. Being from the east coast I took the opportunity to signal the driver that he was #1 in my life, and then as the light turned green I proceed east bound on Lake Forest. So this is the icing on the cake and I will from this time forward, not refer anyone to Blair's, and I warn people to watch out for the freaking psychopath in the blue truck.
TERRIBLE!!! Scheduled a tow service through Mercedes Benz customer support. They provided an ETA of two hours, after 3 hours of waiting called them, they promise a truck in another 45 min. An hour later, another promise, 30 min, they lied and lied again after another 30 min have gone by. When I called them yet again to find out on whereabouts of the truck they hung up on me. I waited for 5 hours, during this time they never called with an update. I ended up requesting a service from a different company. Do not use them unless you plan to spend a whole day playing a phone tag with them and no assurance that they will show up at all. I am going to petition Mercedes Benz of Laguna Nigel to stop using their services.
Overall this company is very professional and their prices are competitive in the area. Only thing is in this occasion it took them 3-1/2 hours to get my car towed to get it to my mechanic, after telling me it was going to take a bit over an hour. If they're busy they should just say so

Was stranded waiting 3 hours for another tow service when I gave Blair's a call. He had a driver out to my location in 20 mins, hooked me up and were on our way 25 miles to my destination. Thanks a lot to the driver I forget his name but nice brand new Peterbilt truck. Great fast service.
Blair’s is the best! I called in an emergency and they arrived within 15 minutes. Brian was amazing and quick, pricing wa fair and they got the truck where it needed to go. Highly recommend them.
Won’t bore you with the details but Blairs towing got put into a cruddy situation- not of their making. They were prompt, professional and nice. Their driver Lena was fantastic. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend Blairs towing service. The staff and manager, David were so supportive and helpful towards us. The towing service was very quick to attend to our urgent needs. The employee that spoke with me over the phone was very understanding and really couldn't have been more helpful. He made the arrangement of the towing service very manageable and easy for us. The manager (owner) of Blairs Towing Service was our tower driver and he couldn't have been more genuine and helpful to us. As we both are not from the States, we were unsure of our next step and he made this process easier for us by offering us guidance and tips. It was our home and wheels that was been towed to a garage by the company as we were travelling in the area with our Recreational Vehicle. The manager so kindly drove us to a car rental service so we could look at renting a car. He waited for us and helped check online to see could we get a better deal else where as we are only students and had already spent a large amount of money on a previous tow the day before, to get our RV off the freeway. He very kindly treated us to lunch also with him and gave us his contact number if we didn't any advice later. David couldn't have been nicer and kind that day to us, a really nice genuine sound guy.This towing service was very affordable compared to the towing service we used the day before and we couldn't have been happier with the level of service and support we received from David the manager and the staff of Blair"s towing company.
