I have successfully sold many of my cars to individuals over the years but this time I felt that times have changed and that it would be a lot more difficult to do that now. Auto Trading Services contacted me from an ad I was running on Auto Trader. Asad, the owner, was very professional from the beginning, and he made a reasonable offer. The next day his partner, Sa'Id, came out to look at the car, a 2021 Audi A4 with only 6,600 miles on the odometer. My wife and I decided to sell the car because we just weren't using it enough. I had described it as being in mint condition. Unfortunately, the morning that I was getting the car ready for inspection, I spotted a significant ding on one fender that I had not noticed before and Sa'Id noticed another on the other side. So, we had to re-negotiate the price slightly. We argued back and forth but I ultimately felt that the new offer was still fair and still better than their competitors. We shook hands, headed to the bank and closed the deal. Both Asad and Sa'Id were completely professional and I was quite pleased with the entire transaction. I'll be calling them again when the time comes to sell another car!

Our experience with Auto Trading Services Inc was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor; we often found ourselves in the dark about shipment details and timelines. The lack of responsiveness from their team made it difficult to coordinate logistics effectively.
Additionally, we encountered multiple issues with load assignments, including incorrect information and last-minute changes that disrupted our operations. The lack of professionalism and accountability from Auto Trading Services Inc has negatively impacted our business.
As a car transporter, time is critical for me, and I was disappointed with Auto Trading Services for not valuing it. After traveling 80 miles and hours of waiting, they couldn’t meet expectations or offer any compensation for the time wasted. It’s frustrating when a dealership disregards a customer’s time, especially in this line of work. I wouldn’t recommend Auto Trading Services based
on my experience.

They paid me a fair offer. Little more than the dealer so would refer them. Wasiq found me on offer trying to get a little more for my car than the trade in. Upon his guy coming out and looking at the car within 90 minutes of speaking to him we went to the bank and got a cashier check and the transaction was handled.

Had the experience of using Auto Trading Services when selling my car on Facebook marketplace.
