Junk Smith showed up as promised the same day! The representatives were great. The estimate was very fair. I will be contacting them to have the work done after I have the electricity shut off to my gazebo I want removed from my yard.
This is the second time I’ve used Junk Smiths and both times they were prompt, expedient and friendly. Not only did they remove the items I requested but they swept up each area afterwards. I highly recommend their services and I will be using them again in the future for sure.
Crew was punctual, efficient, and polite. After they hauled away our king mattress and box springs, they swept the area -and- they borrowed my shop vacuum and cleaned the entire staircase. I am pleased they are local and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Great crew! Fair price!! Our house in Huntington Beach needed indoor Jacuzzi removed. Erik, Steve, Albert and Mikey got job done in about an hour. They cut it up and took it away. Also cleaned up the room afterwards will use them again.
Just had a great experience with Junk Smiths in Buena Park. Easy to schedule, great communication for arrival time, quoted a fair price on the spot. Albert & Eric worked hard to get a large amount of junk taken away quickly and even swept up after the big stuff was loaded in the truck. Pricing was similar to renting a dumpster and having to do it all ourselves, this was a much better option!
The Junk Smiths movers were kind and professional. However, I was not told about the recycle fee until they were here. I opted to pay the fee since I wanted the furniture removed. The movers could have let me know about the fee when they texted they were on the way. Communication between ReSupply and Junk Smiths was inconsistent. ReSupply said the furniture was going to St Vincent de Paul in LA and the paperwork for Junk Smiths said the Goodwill. I was okay for either place but they need to be communicating better. They both need to be completely transparent about all fees ahead of time. I would use Junk Smiths again but not ReSupply.
Junk Smiths came through for us over Thanksgiving weekend with same day service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I communicated with Catherine, who was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy. She dispatched Steve and Mike, and they were extremely professional and efficient.
Their service was so good that we called them again today for a second haul and Jacob arrived within a few hours. Once again, they got everything done without any hassle. It’s great to work with a team you can rely on.

Awesome service, was stuck with a few items after our move out of state. Items that didn't sell in our garage sale. One call, I had someone at my location the same day to quote AND remove. I'd never used junk removal services before and I'm super happy that my first experience was with Junk Smiths. I was given a call 30 minutes before arrival time. The men who came were professional, kind, and clearly explained the process to me. They worked quickly and carefully. 100/10.
Incredibly disappointing experience. We first worked with this company successfully earlier this year, I’d rate that a 3.5 - 4 star experience. Recently, had Junk Smiths out for a quote for another job. The quote was agreeable, so I signed (on the cracked screen of the worker’s iPhone - no idea what I signed) and authorized work to begin immediately. Approx 20 minutes later, after signing to the verbally-agreed amount, I was told they didn’t charge enough for labor, and the price went up approximately 30%. I let the workers know I didn’t that that was fair business practice, particularly after we agreed and I authorized work to begin, and to please have the owner call me to see if we could proceed. I called, spoke with Sean Smith/owner, who, after I explained what occurred indicated he’d “take care of it”…taking care of it, rather than honoring the quote included another person from the company calling me several moments later and saying they’d have to charge more. I indicated to that individual that I had just been on the phone with Sean, and that individual said they’d just spoke with Sean too. They said they could reach back out to Sean again - give them approximately 5 minutes. I said if we can work out something fair in 5 minutes, all good, otherwise I felt this was poor business practice that we had a binding quote and they wouldn’t honor it. The person I was speaking with seemed to take offense, and I called off the work crew. In the whole time this disagreement occurred, the work largely could have been performed. If you hire this company, I’d beware of fees increasing post agreement - this happened on our last experience with Junk Smiths, also, however we were able to come to timely mutual agreement, and just had them remove a few less items. The way the crews ran before as opposed to this occasion, night and day. I was offered a loyalty discount for Junk Smiths to come back (unfortunately it ended up being a negligible 3-4% discount on a four-figure job) and have referred neighbors to Junk Smiths, who had them do a job a few days ago. Not the way you want a company to treat you if you value your time and honoring a quote, steer clear, there are many reputable, highly regarded, reviewed companies in greater OC-LA.

My Dad had to downsize into a senior apartment and we didn’t know what to do with the furniture that wouldn’t fit. Patriots and Paws recommended this company and we could not have been more pleased. Albert and Steve were so kind, respectful of our donation and fast! The price was a good value. Whatever P&P couldn’t use, they were able to dispose of it for us. I could not recommend them enough! We will absolutely use them again when we begin our own clean out!
I sent a request to Junk Smiths at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning to ask them about removing and disposing of a spa that was no longer working. Sean called me within a few minutes and set up an appointment for his guys to come out between 11:00 and 1:00. Albert and Eric arrived a little after 12 :00 and gave us an estimate. They assured us the job would not take very long. We accepted the estimate and they got started on the job.
Within 45 minutes, they had cut up the hot tub, placed it in their truck for removal and cleaned up the area where the hot tub had been sitting. The area is cleaner now than before they even started the job! Not only were they efficient, they were both very friendly and courteous.
My husband and I were so impressed at how quickly I was able to get an appointment and how professional and efficient Albert and Eric were. We highly recommend them for any kind of junk removal you may have. We will definitely be contacting them in the future should we have more items to be removed!
Nathan is such a professional and such a sweet young man! The day he did the quote, he said he could start the same evening! I was so impressed by his diligence and hard-working nature! He literally worked until he finished which turned into night. My job was a dirty and hard one! He is reasonably priced and he did an excellent job with one worker I highly recommend Nathan’s company to do any job!!
