Bought some property that had a couple of old rusted cars I needed off the property. Mighty Towing arranged to have a couple of their technicians come and get several of these cars off my property and taken to a scrap yard. Good deal, thank you guys.
My parents blew out two tires late at night and Nick and the office did an amazing job. He was quick to respond, very fast and skilled and even helped change a tire, all for what i feel is a more than fair price. if you are ever in a pinch and need a tow i would highly recommend Skyline, they go above and beyond.

This towing company is very shady. They don't seem to be an actual local tow company. They seem to be a "middleman" to actual tow companies. They subcontract out your call to other tow trucks and upcharge you. Every time i called, i spoke to different people. Its never the same person. i would use another company.
STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!! I scheduled my tow appointment for 12pm on Saturday two days before (towing from my garage to a shop nearby). On the day of the tow, I called Mighty Towing 15 minutes past my appointment, and the person on the phone said they mistakenly put the appointment down for Sunday instead of Saturday. Then they said they will send a driver to me in an hour. I waited an hour and then called them again when no one showed up, then they said give the driver another 15 minutes, because Saturday is busy. The same conversation happened 8 times as I called back every 15 minutes when no one showed up. In the end, I waited 3 hours. Mighty Towing, you wasted my entire afternoon! Please don't LIE to your customers telling them you can take their business and send a truck there a certain time. Everyone, I urged you to not waste your time with Mighty Towing. They do not value customer's time, because they cannot and will not commit to what they claim they will deliver.
When you call Mighty tow (as listed on google) the don't send"their"tow truck out but instead call around and find a tow to go to you. In which you get left to wait longerand pay moreso they can make money. Ehay use are they??? Even worse upon calling they say they need your credit card....and never disclose they will end up charging you a cancelation fee if you decide waiting an hour and half is just too long. Yesterday after spending a long day at the ER with my daughter, we bothdrove separate cars to go home. She ended up with a flat. I called the first tow company that came up on google, which was Mighty tow. Intially the guy who answered never gave me an ETA (as other professional tow companies do) and he said he needed a credit card to sendthe tow. He also couldn't give me a flat fee of what it would cost like other companies can easily do. Instead said cost to fix a flat varies from $85-$140. After waiting 4o mins I called back and was told it would be 25-30 more mins. My daughter still feeling sick, and now the sun going down started having homeless men approach her. So I called around and Best Towing said they could bethere in 15 mins. I called Mighty Tow back to cancel them and they were quick to tell me they will bill my credit card anyways, and it would be called a "cancelation fee". I reminded them, that chargi g a consumers card without disclosing that a cancelation fee exist from the beginning is illegal. The person on the phone said they would listen to the call and if it wasn't memtioned to me they wouldn't charge me. Which would be fine by me. If they actually did havethe technology to listen to the call....because the truth would show it was never mentioned. Within 15 mins Best tow showed up as they said they would a minute after a tow truck with B&S tow showed up. Which I never called, once that driver and I spoke he told me the whole story. Mighty tow basically calls around looking for tows for people that call them. Also he informed me Mighty Tow had only called them 20 mins prior to his arrival. Which means we waited for an hour before a tow was booked. Also they never canceled him. While he is telling me this I check my bank account and see Mighty Toe went against their word and charged my card. I amnow reporting them as fraudulent use of a cc, and to BBB.
I had a little incident and needed a tow. I called mighty Towing they were closest to me and their reviews were good. Tow truck driver showed up in less than 20 minutes. He was nice easy to talk to and got everything done in 30 min. Very fast and efficient.
Great service I got from a gentleman named James he came on his ETA time did a great job changing my tire fortunately I can do it because of my back pain had a recommended
After an initial call I was told the drive would arrive in a 40 minute window. They never arrived, so I called back, I was given a second 20 minute window, and again, no show. When I called for a third time I was left on hold for 20 minutes, then told the driver would be arriving in 20 minutes, I was then contacted by a manager who informed me the wait time would be an additional 20 minutes. I cancelled their services. I wasted 3 hours waiting on Mighty Tow. I was left with a flat and had reached out to another tow service who promptly helped, which has left me wishing I had never wasted my time waiting on Might Tow to show up in the first place.
I had a flat tire and this tow truck driver didn't waste any time, seriously. Isn't that what we want? Let's get this show on the road. He was kind, quick and pleasant. I'd request this Company again if given the opportunity.
The Mighty technician actually arrived within the promised time range to tow my car… based on previous experence with other tow truck companies in Huntington Beach, this is a BIG surprise.
Tow service was great. Good people. Very nice folks. Guy is the man. Great conversation on the way to the tow destination. Highly recommend 10-4 towing.
Scammers!!! Beware of this company. They quote you one price then tried to up sell and charge $75 more than what they had quoted me over the phone. Do not give them your credit card information over the phone!! I tried contacting them multiple times and they ignored every phone call.
Mighty Towing are mighty indeed… a car lockout is a very unpleasant situation… so, when you get a professional, friendly and affordable service you need to appreciate!
Don't waste your time and money with these guys. Was probably less than a mile from them and waited for almost 2 hours. Had someone in the parking lot help me. And they charged me$50 to cancel the tow truck.
Literally charged me about $200 to get a jump start. On top of that I'm less than a mile away from their location .7 miles to be exact and they still took an hour and a half to get here. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Got locked out of my vehicle only a few blocks away from their location. Took them about an hour, even though I had been told they were fifteen minutes away for them to arrive. One guy arrived, and we had to wait another fifteen minutes for his friend to show up with the proper equipment to open the door to my vehicle. They did not tell me the cost upfront, and made me sign before even being able to really see what the price was. It was not until after they had me sign, and were about to unlock my vehicle that they let me know the 134.00usd it cost to open the doors. Absolutely appalled by their business practice. Do not use them. They will rip you off and withhold information from you and say that 'everyone does it'.

0 stars! They'll rip you off. Called to open the door to my car and they told me $250 to make a new key. I called AAA and they said it's no problem to open the door to a new car. Very displeased, beware!
I got into an accident this morning and I called several companies but all of them were super expensive. But I found this company and they came to help me at a very affordable price. I highly recomend them.
The dispatcher was extremely helpful. I didnt even know where i was all i did was told her the street i was on. And the next thing i knew a tech was arriving to help. He was quick and even made conversation about our kids. I was extremely pleased with their services then to top it off their prices hit home with me. Didnt break my pocket!

This company refused to give me the cost to tow a truck from where it broke down to the repair location unless I provided a picture first! I provided the make model & year of the truck, all I wanted was a estimate on what it would cost, I told the girl if I decided to use them I would provide a picture, and that I was not at the location where the truck was at, she said without a picture she could not give me an estimate. This company has just lost our companies business.
