Got my car towed to my mechanic this morning by Ishmael. Such a nice and helpful person! When I requested the tow, I was quoted for an hour, but Ishmael was there within 10 minutes and let me ride in his truck to my mechanic! He was truly the best. Thanks Ishmael!
I had to go to Mandic to recover items from a work van that was involved in an accident, the staff was very friendly, guided me to the vehicle location at the yard, and they assisted me in recovering the items since there was lots of broken glass. Very professional and helpful staff.
Some young gentleman just came out to jumpstart my car for AAA this guy was amazing. His attitude about taking care of customers is so amazing I wouldn't be surprised that this guy doesn't end up owning a towing company he is excellent with public relations amazing knows everything about cars. He is the best operator that I've ever had come out from AAA over the 20 years that I've had AAA. Trying to find some way to tell AAA what a good operator he is. Hopefully they'll send me an email or something that I can let them know. This guy is fabulous dealing with the public
Called AAA for a dead battery and they set us up with MANDIC Motors. There was a bit of a wait due to the holidays, but Anas arrived and replaced my battery within minutes. He was so kind and professional. And the cost was equivalent to doing it ourselves.

This company is terrible. My Husband's car broke down on His way to work last night . This morning He called AAA and they told Him someone from there company was on his way . Come to find out , he told My Husband , he doesn't go all the way to Lake Elsinore. Why would AAA Even have a contract with that company. My poor Husband had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the driver to tell Him that and wait for another Tow Company!! AAA will here from Me tomorrow !!
I got a flat tire today. I called Auto Club who dispatched the call to Mandic Motors. Mandic called to ask about the specifics and showed up a minute early to the estimated time. The technician was excellent! I am so thankful for A+ customer service. Thank you Mandic Motors and AAA!

Got a flat tire and called AAA, Jonathan from Mandic showed up in about 20 min, got the tire off, but the mini spare was not the correct size for the vehicle(? came with the car new). So he put the original tire back on and towed it to the nearest tire store, Very responsive and cordial, cool dude.
It cost me $844.00 to get my vehicle back on the same day of it being towed for a 72 hour parking violation when it wasn’t even parked for 72 hours in the same place! The vehicle wouldn’t start afterwards and the manager of Mandic refused to even check it out and told me to even though I’m handicap. Everything was gone through in my vehicle and the doors were all left unlocked. They knew that I was coming to get and when I got there, they said it was cheaper to come back in the morning, but not when you’re paying for transportation! It took 45 minutes of waiting and then no guidance, only bad attitudes throughout! Unjustifiable anyway it’s looked at!!
after asking me questions in the phone they dispatched the driver who showed up and then said he couldn’t tow my sprinter van. some company policy about not towing campervans. why didn’t they just say that on the phone and save us the wait? very ineffective. the driver was nice and professional but time was wasted for both of us.
I broke down on my way to work at 7am and called their dispatch office. They said they would be to me in 30 minutes or less and they were there right on time. Ismael was the driver. Super polite and professional Great Service !!

They only arrive fast if dispatched by the Police which was the case in this situation but picking up a car through a AAA membership from a AAA Certified Repair Facility, is a totally different story. They will be good hour maybe more from the estimated arrival time at the location where the car is unfortunately and then will tell you not to do that again. Very interesting place, especially Justin and Tow Truck #7, AAA doesn't even want to pay him, I had to sort out his personal problems for him with AAA on the way to the AAA Certified Repair Facility. And it's not any of my business unfortunately.
My car battery was flat. AAA dispatched Mandic and they arrived within 10 minutes. Really friendly, quick and thoroughly professional and they charged my battery up and didn’t push a replacement. Really great.

Driver was obnoxiously offensive to my neighbors as he literally woke them up with his loud yelling at 2:20am. He was yelling while on his phone and the conversation had nothing to do with the job. When a neighbor 3 doors down came out in his bathrobe to ask if he could tone it down, the driver just cussed him out. So rude, no regard for being decent and kind at all. So BAD!
I was hesitant to use Mandic because of the reviews, but AAA said no one else was available, so I took a chance and I am glad I did. The driver was excellent and kind and took me home no problem. My car was loaded and delivered safely. I am was so happy it all worked out!
Had William come out from Mandic Motors for a AAA call. It was for a battery replacement. He went above and beyond by calling another provider in a neighboring city to see if had the battery I needed. Even though they did not get my business they always will if going as far as needed to help their customers. Nice Job William!
I had a dead battery at Target, called AAA it turns out that my alternator was the culprit. Towing company was Mandic Motors (MM) and I should have checked reviews before agreeing to them doing the work. As a female I feel mechanical work is ALWAYS risky. I don't know about cars so I have to trust that anyone working on my vehicle has integrity. My alternator is done and shortly after the check engine light appears. MM doesn't know that my man is a mechanic (who specializes in building hot rods- shop is not close by unfortunately). My man runs diagnostics gets the error codes and calls MM. At first they are not understanding how all 6 cylinders are misfiring and how that is related to the alternator until my guy breaks it down for them. Quickly they realized that now they are speaking to someone who knows his stuff. Brought the car back in- naturally after a day with it -no errors or misfire (they fixed the problem they caused). So my man (the mechanic) was saying at first "give them the benefit of the doubt". As he doesn't want to be in the same class with mechanics who take advantage of women. But after speaking with Jay once my car was mysteriously 'fixed' I won the bet and he had to concede that my sentiment was most likely true. A new error message is present but I will not let MM touch my vehicle. Check reviews for a better place.
I just needed my battery replaced on my vehicle so I reached out to AAA; they dispatched a Mandic motors, was that a mistake. The first guy that came out check the battery and said to me that the battery was fine; It was actually very nice but he forgot to re-connect the cable after he jumpstarted my vehicle; I decided to drive to a gas station and my car would not turn because the battery was not getting charged because it had not been connected. I get it things happen it was a mistake, not a big deal. Someone was able to jumpstart my car and I was able to get home. After that I reached out to Mandic to come out again and to fix the cable. He informed me that he had been loose that’s why the battery had not charged and apologized. I said no problem things happen. He replaced my cable on my vehicle and everything seem to be fine he told me my battery was perfect. I don’t think he was wrong but the point is my car died again after running the vehicle for two hours. Made the decision to just get a new battery and I requested Mandic because I had already worked with them; I called AAA To request them and there was some mixup with AAA and they were not called to come out. I made a decision to call Mandic defined out if they had gotten a call from AAA the answer was no. What a waste of time; made a decision that I would work directly with Mandic; and they were not able to get to me to fix my issue because they had one battery guy. Too much time wasted I hope they figure out how to provide better service because this was an absolute horrible experience. I wanna make it clear that the first two gentlemen that came out to help me were very nice but my God management absolutely sucks. I feel bad for the employees
They wanted to charge me $75 for a simple lockout. So I get a reply by the owner; if it's so easy why not do it yourself. I did, took me 5 minutes. My concern was I just had my bladder removed, 3rd stage cancer, now I have a colostomy bag stuck to my stomach and the 9 hour operation, well they hurt me pretty bad. I used to work for a tow company many years ago. I quit my job because I realized what great and wonderful people all the owners are. Blessings.
We use them as a company go to. That alone they are phenomenal. Today we had a driver named William. He is above phenomenal. He was polite. And knew what he was doing with a not so easy to tow vehicle. Was very impressed. Mandic is the best tow company in all of Orange County. Dealing with many towing company’s I would know. Thanks mandic for serving Huntington Beach proudly and exceptionally well.
Had an absolute positive experience today with AAA and Mandic. Wife ran out of gas, called AAA and was given a 1 hour eta. Mandic showed up 20 minutes later and the driver, Kevin, didn't show call for me but called his dispatch and AAA to get gas for my car. Absolutely superior employee and service.
George is awesome! I've been going to him for 17 years. He's treated me with the utmost respect being a female coming to an auto repair/maintenance shop, and his prices are better than the competition. Every place I've tried going to between scheduled appointments always does a horrible job and lies. He's the most honest mechanic I've ever come to know! Thank you for taking care of all my cars for the last 17 years with integrity.
These people are honest and professional in every way! We were ending a lovely vacation when we couldn't get our car to start. Mandic responded to our Auto Club call. Shawn was so knowledgeable and it turned out to be the alternator. The tow truck driver as well was a super person. They had us on the road in less than 3 hours and we were so happy with their pricing! Would recommend them highly! Thank you all so much!!!
I absolutely never give good reviews!!! A neighbor of ours locked a child in the car tonight and I called mandic to help and they sent their yard guy no questions asked and was here in minutes to help and assist FD to get in the vehicle. 5 stars (more should be available for these circumstances) well deserved for serving the community!
The people that work here are the most unhelpful, vindictive people I have ever experienced in my life. They would not allow me access to my vehicle and after standing at the counter and being ignored for several minutes they told me all I had to do was go to the local police station and get them to , "call and tell them it was OK." After I went to the police station, the counter officer informed me that Mandic Motors had fed me BS to get me out of their office and much more work was needed to just get my work keys out of my car. The driver who towed my car after someone crashed into me told me I would be allowed access at any time. I have been working in customer service most of my adult life and I have never treated someone with such distain and indifference to their plight. This is the problem with our society, the company is contracted by the police department and they think that they can treat their customer's like human garbage because we have no choice. If you have a choice in choosing your tow company please do yourself a favor and utilize a company that will treat you like the decent human being you deserve to be treated . And if someone runs a stop sign and totals your car and Mandic Motors comes to your "rescue," may god have mercy on your poor soul.
