Tommy’s Towing was amazing! They were so quick, communicative, and accommodating to my circumstance. Delta was the one who towed my car, he was professional, kind, on time, and again super good at communicating. I would 100 percent recommend this company to people! They also did a great job of communicating pricing ahead of time. As a woman with car things you never know if a company will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Spoke with Tommy and vehicle was picked up by Vinny. Both were a pleasure to speak with. They were great working with me and the dealership they needed to tow it to. I was not present during the pick up and felt they called me every step to let me know what was going on from picking up the vehicle from a different shop, when they left and dropped off, and talking to service department worker for me. Mr. Delta came early, he secured my Rav 4 on his lift, and he answered all of my questions. My car was immediately secured to the tow truck and we quickly sped off to our final destination. Our conversation was very stimulating and interesting. The towing experience was very smooth. The Customer Service was excellent, the value of the service was more than fair. Tommy Towing and Transport is an excellent company. When my car broke down, they responded immediately. Delta, the technician who assisted me, was incredibly helpful. Not only did he attempt to tow my car, but he also tried to diagnose the issue, which was a thoughtful gesture. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and even sent confirmation pictures upon dropping off my car. If you need a towing or transport service, you're in good hands with them!

I called again to have my GTO towed to my mechanics place. I usually stay behind in case they need help (they never do) but had to have my wife step in as I was off to work. The engine is out and a tire is flat so help is needed to push the old girl (car not my wife) out the garage. There is also a ditch which makes it very difficult to push past
She FaceTimed me to show a single person, 40s-50s doing ALL the work. When I asked her to help she said the man asked her not to, as he would handle it. Talk about chivalry!
I had to call Tommy to praise his worker for his, well, hard work. Turns out, it was the owner himself who did that. 50s years young and strong as hell, he showed up personality himself to make sure my baby got to where she needed to go (again the car, not the wife )

We have a 2014 Model S Tesla with air ride suspension. On Feb 6th, the main battery completely died. Unfortunately, when the battery completely dies on a vehicle with air suspension, just like the Mercedes, the rear airbags can deflate. This caused the rear of the car to sit a bit lower to the ground than normal. I originally requested a tow with a flatbed truck from AAA on Thursday, February 15th.
The service order was sent to Hadley Towing in Costa Mesa, and the driver of Hadley Towing arrived in a regular tow truck instead of the flatbed I had requested. He looked at the vehicle and complained that he could not tow it because the vehicle had been modified “like a low-rider". I tried to explain that the car had not been modified and that the airbags had deflated, and I simply needed the flatbed truck as I requested. The driver was rude and told me to call back into AAA to request another truck, and he left.
I called AAA back again and requested a flatbed truck again. Hadley Towing sent out another driver in a flatbed truck, who then said that he would not be able to get the vehicle onto the bed without damaging the rearend, and he suggested that I request a regular tow truck with dollies instead. He told me the car was “too modified” to tow, at which point he proceeded to call his supervisor, who told me that it was going to cost extra to have the car towed plus additional mileage. The supervisor also demanded that I sign a damage waiver and said that they would not be responsible for any damages to the car. I told the supervisor that the car was not modified and that I refused to agree to pay the extra fee, so he hung up on me and his driver left.
I contacted AAA again and requested that they send a different service provider. I tried again all day on Friday the 16th and unfortunately AAA was unable to find another provider. I attempted to schedule it with AAA again several more times on Saturday, the 17th after waiting all day again, by the end of the day, a supervisor was only able to schedule a pickup for Tuesday, Feb 20th at 9am.
However, at 9am on Feb 20th, no one showed up at the scheduled time and I had to contact AAA yet again.
After taking 3 days off work, after countless phone calls to AAA, numerous conversations with multiple supervisors who kept telling me that my service request was outside of their coverage, it seemed that Hadley towing had convinced AAA that I needed special equipment to tow my vehicle and that my vehicle was too difficult to tow. AAA advised me to contact a service provider myself and to get re-imbursed for the charges.
On Thursday Feb 22nd at 9:12am I contacted Tommy’s Towing in Huntington Beach and I explained that I had a Tesla with air suspension, and Tommy knew exactly what to do. He sent a driver with a flatbed truck to me within 3 hours. The driver, whose name is Delta, was confused as to why I had such a hard time getting it towed. He said that the previous tow truck drivers must have been very inexperienced or completely incompetent because he did not need any special equipment aside from stacking some pieces of wood to create a ramp at the lip of the flatbed truck. I did not need to sign a damage waiver and my car was carefully loaded onto truck within 15 minutes and delivered to the repair shop within 30 min. So they accomplished in half an hour, what AAA and Hadley Towing could not do in a week. 10-Stars***********
All Pro all the time. They made a difficult move easy. My tool box is large and full, weighing about 3,500 pounds. Better moving it this way than emptying it and putting it in a box truck.
Had to get a car towed from a friend's house to another friend's shop in HB. I live out of state but they were able to help. Everything was right on time as scheduled. Made the transaction super smooth and easy at a great price. Will definitely be recommending him to all my local people.
Highly recommended. When I needed a tow, my mechanic referred me to Tommy's. I phoned them and the owner Tommy answered the call. We talked it over and he quoted me a flat rate. Very reasonable. He prioritized me and the operator "Delta" showed up right away. My car was disabled in a parking structure and required some extra effort to get it loaded but Delta took care of it with a smile. He let me ride along in the truck and he dropped me off at my place. I got a discount for paying with cash. Needing a tow can be a hassle, call Tommy's and let these guys make it all better. Super legit, nice clean trucks, friendly service, real pros, no pricing shenanigans. I hope I don't need a tow anytime soon but when I do I'll call Tommy's.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We had a major blowout on our Class B (20’) motor home on PCH. Called three other tow places who all said they could not help us get our spare on. Fourth call was to Tommy’s Towing and Delta said he would be out in 15 minutes. He was prompt and friendly and had to work super hard to get the blowout tire off and then the other back on, but had a great attitude the whole time. VERY highly recommend these guys if you need help
Excellent service (and reasonably priced, too!). On time, efficient, Delta got the car hooked up in a few minutes, then to the auto-shop destination and unhooked before I finished setting up the repair request. Add on top of that service Delta's sense of humor and general easy-going demeanor, the experience of being stranded mellowed into a light-hearted anecdote for the future. I absolutely recommend Tommy's Towing and Delta personally.
My Honda had an ignition short and Tommy’s really came through with a tow for me. I got help from Delta and he was patient and just excellent the whole way through. They were extremely fast, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow!
Good old fashioned service from these guys which is unfortunately rare in this day and age. We needed a client’s Pro Mod Drag Race Car Hauled from HB out to Chino. These guys were prompt, both with responses via email and or text and the driver was on time with a smile. Our driver was “Echo”, he expertly and carefully loaded the vehicle on the truck and towed it safely to the destination to unload it. Very easy going and great to work with. They have multiple view cameras to monitor the vehicle during the entire journey. Very professional. Highly recommend. We will absolutely use their service for all of our towing/hauling needs in the future. We like supporting local businesses and these guys are deserving.

And go above and beyond. They even went out of their way to drop me off at my home to get my other car to follow them to the repair shop so I can secure my vehicle and have a ride back. Tommy’s Towing &Transport is hands down the best service around. I needed my box truck towed. I was able to call and talk to a live person at 5am. Their communication with me was top notch! I was NEVER left in the dark not knowing what was going on with my tow!! Not only that I dealt with two other tow companies in the last couple of days and Tommy’s was the only one that could get the job done for me. Tommy’s Towing to the rescue! My car decided to die during one of our few Southern California rain storms. I called my insurance company but they said it would take 4 hours to get someone out and cost $185 to tow my car home! I made some calls and Tommy’s said they’d be right out. Within a half hour Delta arrived, hooked up the car and got me back home safely. He truly saved the day. From dispatch to Delta everyone was friendly and competent and for more than half the price of my other quote. I will definitely recommend and use their services again. Tommy's is awesome! The guy that towed me "Delta" was a pro. My tow was not an easy one, and he hustled and took car of my car like it was his own. I've never been hooked up so fast.
