My favorite auto parts store hands down, Bruce carries most common stuff but can get what you need usually same day if he doesnt have it, als Bruce is just great to deal with.
Great service that I haven't been able to find at any other part stores. Very friendly and not trying to pull every penny from you. Definitely going back here.

I went to Ace Auto Parts to buy a smart key battery. The gentleman opened up my key in seconds and checked to see if he had that type of battery in stock. Even though he did not have one, he wrote down the battery number on his business card and told me where to buy one. That is customer service and I would go back to Ace Auto Parts in a heartbeat!
My battery was cheaper than the chain stores, and it was better quality, and in stock. As soon as you walk in, you realize you went to the right place.
I highly recommend Ace Auto! Bruce was fantastic and helped me with my battery problem. My battery is very hard to get to and can't just pop in and out like most cars. Cowlings are involved. Not only did I get an excellent price on my new battery, he referred me to someone that can install it. He by far exceeded my expectations.
I only go to Ace Auto Parts because I get the correct part everytime, and the knowledge and experience is well worth it. I have saved a ton of money. The frustration and worry about rather I have the right part is now gone. It is no longer a headach because the guy behind the counter knows his business. I never go anywhere else now, and my problems and worries that I got from the others is such a waste of my time energy and money. They should call Bruce the God of Auto Parts. He is the Greatest!!! Bruce gets a 5 star rating from me. If I could give more I definitely would. The prices are very reasonable, the owner is honest, trustworthy, and very helpful. My fiance went into Ace because his car started smoking and Bruce took the time to come outside and look under the hood. Told my fiance exactly what he needed to do and 23.00 dollars later my man back on the road with no issues. I'm very thankful for this business and the help from Bruce. This will forever be our one stop shop for auto parts. Stop in and see what deals you can find. I promise you it will be well worth it.

I used to own a vintage 1978 Dodge stepside pickup truck. Ace Auto was my go to place for parts. Helpful and friendly staff help me with my needs. I'm now driving a 20 year old Chevy Blazer and make this my first go to place for parts.

They can help you diagnose problems with your car and get you the right parts. Most common parts are in stock. If not, they can get it from the warehouse on the same day if you call in the morning.

Andrew picked up my call when the aux battery for my poptop camper arrived from an online vendor cracked and leaking. Since I was leaving for a family trip the next day, I called around for miles trying to find a sealed battery that would fit. He had a similar battery that turned out to fit perfectly and was open until four on a Saturday. I was saved, thanks Ace!
Several reviewers have described this as an "Old School" auto parts store, & I agree. I only needed 1 item, but noticed they provide prompt, personal service to their customers, & have "regulars" they know by name. This is the only local place I could find a good quality "water" jug, that many people use for fuel because you can put a large, high-quality quality spout on it, without the useless "Environmentally Friendly" spout that is so hard to use. They're a bit pricey at $33, but so much better than the cheaper ones out there.
Reminds me of an old school neighborhood shop my grandfather use to go to 35 years ago. Always willing to help. The owner works there, he actually talked me out of buying more expensive that I didn't need. Help stores like this survive. They are cheaper, honest, and don't carry a bunch of unnecessary crap
Great service, always ready to help and provides engine diagnostics services to help identify issues. If you live in Huntington Beach and you like to do it yourself, I would not go any where else.
