I visited Garden Grove Kia hoping to purchase a new Kia Sportage but had an extremely unprofessional experience. The Internet Sales Manager, Andrea Biggers, was rude, condescending, and dismissive. She rolled her eyes and showed a lack of respect when I declined dealer add-ons such as the theft protection package. Her behavior created a hostile and uncomfortable environment and reflects poorly on the dealership’s leadership. Based on this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this dealership entirely. This experience has made me reconsider purchasing a Kia altogether and explore competitors that prioritize professionalism and customer respect. I have already emailed the CEO and sent a LinkedIn message regarding this matter. So I have a called the number provided and have not had success in anyone calling me back. I took it upon myself to call the dealership and apela to the General Manager but it seems he is cowardly and won’t return my call.

This service was the best service I’ve been to at any Kia in Southern California. Mitch my advisor who was overseeing everything with my car was extremely helpful and kept me up to speed on everything happening to my car. I would definitely recommend him.

Great service from Luis today at Garden Grove Kia! I was in and out in an hour! That includes a car wash! Really appreciate the friendly atmosphere and they have a very nice service waiting area. Good job GG Kia!

Chris was extremely helpful and kept me updated on where my parts were. The parts were on back order but he was always keeping me in the loop and once the part came in they had it done within 24 HOURS!!!! The best customer service ever will definitely be my dealer whenever I need service.

Luis and Garden Grove Kia were absolutely outstanding. Another dealer took more than a week to do nothing. I called GG Kia and they got me in the next day. The car was diagnosed almost immediately. When the part wasn’t readily available, they offered me a rental car at no cost to me. I can’t recommend GG Kia enough. I will never go to another dealership for service!

Took my 2024 Kia Telluride into Garden Grove Kia for it's 15 K service. Was greeted by Grant, their service advisor who was very welcoming and promptly got all my info and told me what this service involved. Because I was waiting there while my car was being serviced, he said he would have the service dept work at getting it completed in 2 hrs. And he DID. I appreciated their effenciency, honesty, and even discounted my entire bill somewhat. I will definitely go back for my next service. Thanks Grant for your kindness and honesty with me as a new customer.

Christopher was super nice and very quick to helping me . He was very friendly and I felt like my car was in good hands. He explained everything in detail with me and didn’t mind answering my questions in case I did not understand. I will def come to this location for all of my future issues.

I shopped at a handful of dealerships and not one compared to Kia of GG. They were kind, friendly, helpful and respectful! They did not play games; no haggling, no hidden fees and they were straight forward about pricing and financing options. I highly recommend going there if you’re in need of a new ride! I cannot say enough good things about their staff there. Sergio was our original salesperson and he came out to greet and assist us as we walked up. Najwa was super helpful and showed the vehicle, explained all of its functions and made sure we were happy with everything before sealing the deal. She was such a joy to work with. Cy in finance was also wonderful! Down to earth, explained things thoroughly and helped us seal the deal with terms and pricing that we were comfortable with. We also had the pleasure of talking with Hugo, one of the managers. It was a pleasure talking and working with him as well.

I’m a brand new customer since March of this yr 2025. Let me tell u that from the day 1, when I financed my brand new Kia K4 2025, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Everyone here is super nice. The gentleman named Chris at the service desk provided me with exceptional service. He was extremely friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns. He even followed up on a previous request and was able to fulfill that for me. I am beyond grateful to encounter these lovely professionals staff. Chris at the service desk is the best and I hope to have him serve me at my next service. KIA staff are way better than Honda and Toyota. Speaking from my experiences. I had a wonderful experience at Garden Grove Kia while shopping for my 2026 Sportage Hybrid. Andrea was especially helpful! There was never any pressure to make a deal, and we were able to agree upon a fair price! I would definitely recommend going to Garden Grove Kia and asking for Andrea, she genuinely cares that you walk away happy and with a good deal!

I took my new KIA Telluride to my local dealer for an oil change, because it is included in my service maintenance contract for the car and I was impressed with Grant's kind demeanor and stellar customer service. My car was done quickly and he contacted me right away. He also offered to take it for a courtesy car wash and provided me copies of the full inspection report outlining everything that was checked and completed. Best experience!

Brought in my brand-new Kia Carnival to Garden Grove Kia for its first service, along with a recall related to seat covers. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, especially for a new vehicle. Right after the service, I noticed that the infotainment LCD screen started flickering — something that was never an issue before. That’s frustrating considering this was just a brand new car . To make matters worse, the paperwork I received in person didn’t match the version that was emailed to me. The emailed version mentioned “body damage” and included a dashboard photo, even though there was no damage and I never signed that document. When I asked the service rep Mitch, he said he signed it and that there was no actual damage — which left me confused and concerned about how documentation is being handled and why he signed under customer signature. Also, no car wash was provided (I brought car in clean condition ), but there were greasy marks left on the seat and exterior of the vehicle. Not the kind of service I expected for a brand-new car. Attention to detail and clearer communication would go a long way here.

Ruben, Web and the rest of the Service Department team at Garden Grove Kia continue to provide the best service I’ve ever had. From accommodating the appointment to fit my schedule to turning around the service faster than anticipated to help keep me ON schedule to helping ensure I understand everything about the service they’ll perform prior to committing to it they always exceed expectations. I literally drive 2 hours and past several other dealerships to go to them because they are truly the best. HIGHLY recommended!

You have to love easy, Garden Grove Kia did just that, I have a 2025 Kia Soul and the brakes were shaking when applied, new vehicle so I was hoping it would be under warranty, turned out the repair was 100% covered not one penny out of my pocket. Took only two hrs for the repair and I was on my way. Very satisfied.

Excellent service from start to finish. I came in to get a recall repair, and waited only 1 hour, which was the estimated wait time the service rep gave me. Apart from the accurate wait time, the waiting room lobby was roomy and relaxing with complimentary water and coffee. The recall was repaired free of service, and they also checked and inflated my tires.

I took my car to Garden Grove Kia for its first service. I was greeted when I drove up and was told my service advisor would be out shortly. Jeremy arrived a few moments later and walked me through the process and what to expect. He was professional and communicated clearly as to what to expect. The wait time was as accurate. The waiting room was clean and bright. My car got washed as part of the service. Very pleasant experience.

Was my 1st time bringing my 2025 KIA K5 to Garden Grove KIA and Jeremy Fox was absolutely AWESOME. He explained everything and helped me out get the best price on my service. Anyone that goes there ask for him. Christopher tries his best to be fair and give the consumer all discounts Kia has to offer. He is also very knowledgeable. I have no doubt his patience and perseverance will serve him well for a great future. Special thank to Chris’ manager whose name escapes me. I purchased my Kia Telluride at this dealership and I will be a returning customer. My service was timely and they even fixed the recall repair without me having to mention it. Now that’s peace of mind.

Just wanted to give a shout out to David Susch Hello at Garden Grove Kia in Garden Grove. I reached out to David online and mention what I was looking for. He promptly got back to me with some options, both in cars and also financing options which I appreciated I went up to pick up my car, my new car. Everything was ready for me and David made the financing side of things go very smooth. Great dealership, very clean, great salesman highly recommend David.

Luis the service manager was friendly and took care of me and my car well. He even charged my car for me after it was done! The software update recall for the ev6 did take about 2 hours since it was a busy time but they were able to take me home. Thanks so much!

My experience at GG Kia was amazing. Elmer helped me and made everything so easy. No pressure and gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. I came to test drive a Sportage and the rest was done all by my phone. Elmer sent me pricing as promised the next day and I did my application online. Once all paperwork was ready to sign, I came back in to the dealership and I was in and out. Elmer also helped me move my stuff from my old car to the new one, installed my son's car seat and showed me all the functions of my new vehicle. What a gentleman. Thanks again Elmer! I love my new car. I recommend GG Kia to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I guarantee you will get 5 star service.

My family and I came to Garden Grove Kia after we had a bad experience at a different Kia dealership in regards to the undisclosed dealer add-ons. After leaving the first dealership I had price in mind that I wanted to pay with no additional add-ons. I called Mia Mendez our saleswoman and told her the price I was willing to pay, after talking to her sales manager she text me back promptly and said they would do the deal. I made sure with Mia before driving 3 hours that there would not be any surprises when we got there and she confirmed that. Mia was very polite and professional through out the entire buying process. I had one issue on my purchase agreement that needed to be fixed, with the help from Mia and the GM Chad Clarke, they were able to accommodate me and resolve the issue. Garden Grove Kia is a honest trustworthy dealership. I believe they strive for excellence, and treat their customers with utmost importance. I would not hesitate to buy another Kia from Garden Grove Kia, they have earned my business and recommendation. I hope this review helps others looking to purchase a Kia. Although family have visited the new location on Harbor Blvd, this was my first experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile from a young person that informed me that someone would be with me soon. Jeremy was pleasant and patient with this old man throughout the process. The Sedona was there for overdue maintenance and it feels great to get it done. There was a pleasant surprise seeing a familiar face in Luiz in the new surroundings. The last time I saw him was possibly ten years ago! Thanks you Jeremy for the kindness and to the entire team for the smiles and hospitality!

My husband and I bought a Kia Ev9 and had the best experience. Josh from the start of the process to finish had provided the best professional customer service. He listened to our needs and was able to get our payment where we wanted it! He was able to get majority of the process done virtually (text/phone call) which was super helpful with the busy schedule my family has! We could not be more happier with our purchase and we love our vehicle so much!! We highly recommend Josh for your next purchase! When we got to finance he was also great. Very quick and matter of fact and very informative. Oh, I forgot to mention, Josh got us some cool gifts to go with our purchase and we were so surprised! 10/10 recommendation.

I had a fantastic experience with Joshua at Garden Grove Kia. He is persistent but Not in a pushy salesman kind of way. He just continued to check in via text, on my progress with buying a car—Even when I told him I was looking elsewhere. I gave him a solid budget with very specific requirements on the Sorento I wanted. when I thought I found a better deal out of state And was ready to sign a purchase order, he came in clutch with an even better deal. He even had my new car delivered to my driveway, so never even had to leave my home to buy it. Everything was done over the phone or via email
