A True Lifesaver - Thank you Daneil (Lima #11)
I was stranded in the middle of a busy parking lot with my 2017 Ford Fusion completely locked up and blocking traffic. Daniel, aka Lima #11, came to my rescue with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. From the moment he arrived, he assessed the situation thoroughly, tested everything he could to get the car started, and quickly realized a dolly would be needed to tow the vehicle safely without damaging the transmission.
His expertise and attention to detail were impressive, but what truly stood out was his kindness and willingness to help in a stressful moment. Daniel is not only great at what he does—he’s a good man, and I feel truly blessed that he was the one who came to help me. Thank you, Lima #11, for turning a tough situation into a moment of relief and gratitude!

What a joke. Our building landlord contracted this company to provide us with towing services for when unauthorized vehicles are parked on our property. We have posted signs advertising DTS Towing as the company and number to call.
The other night there was an unpermitted event and we had dozens of unauthorized vehicles parked on our property.
I made THREE seperate calls to ask them to please send someone to tow and remove the unauthorized vehicles. After almost an hour, I was told that they were "busy responding to other security calls"(whatever that bs even means). What they really meant to say was that they're shady and spineless and they didn't want to come tow their friends' cars.
Since DTS Towing doesn't care about doing their job, honoring their contracts and commitments and they clearly don't have a backbone, don't bother trying to do business with them. The whole operation is a joke.
Contacted DTS, for a tow service for a parked car in our assigned carport overnight. After following their process of things with the police department, to which they eventually came, however upon arrival their representatives delayed the tow for about 20-30mins. Why? I could not tell you? However after showing them our lease agreement that the assigned carport belonged to us, they continued to delay our process. Why is that? The reps were on the phone who I assume were our property managers? Then our properties service technicians arrived and continued to prevent us from parking and towing the vehicle in question, which I can only assume based on the conversation that was had over the phone. The situation was then escalated to the point where we are now yelling at one another, which I assumed should have been a simple tow. DTS reps were just sitting in their car and would not give us any explanation as to why they would not tow? They eventually towed the car after a good 5-10 mins of frustration and back and forth conversations between us, the service technicians, and DTS. But this whole ordeal was just messy and very unprofessional. No communication to us at all!
If I could give zero stars I would. They didn't do the service I requested and I was expecting a tow truck instead of a contractor in his van, but oh they were happy with the $219 overcharge and when I called the customer service at night he just played the musak
Way overpriced. They wanted to charge $1600 just to move an RV from my front yard to backyard. Every other towing company I’ve called so far gave me a price of $300-400
This location I've loved even though I had taco bell from my friend before she ordered at Der Werner schnitzel that day we parked while before going home.
This company is more like a middle man. We called and agreed a towing for $169. They called back 15 minutes later and said price changed to $194. We canceled and called a different towing company for $90.
Called earlier to get a tow. Guy told me it would be $190.00 for a 4.7 mile tow. SMH. I called AAA and they only charged me $65.50 for the year and towed my car. They came in 15 minutes too. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND GET RIPPED OFF
Got stuck in the middle of somewhere that I wasn't familiar with. My car got a flat, I called the towing service and they gave me a reasonable price. True life savers.
The guy on the phone snapped at me saying they don't do impound towing, and when I asked why, he just hung up on me. Super bad service, especially when on Google search it claims that they do.
Called them today for towing service , because another company came to help with roadside assistance and couldn't jump start the car and said its a major issue and car has to be towed to a mechanic.
Nick said the battery is dead and helped jump start my car using his pickup truck . My car started immediately . They saved me time and money!!!
So expensive! Charged me $49 just to take down my information "service call" then they charged me an additional $95 for the service which I waited more than an hour for him to arrive .
This is the worst tow company I've ever used besides them damage in my car and refusing to pay for damages they charged me $150 to go 5 miles they told me one thing on the phone and then after they have your car on the hook they rip you off I'll contact you turning to sue them for every thing they ripped me off for and the damage to my car beware beware beware beware do not ever use these scumbags
I really like these guys at Towing Garden Grove! Quick response time (about 20 minutes), excellent customer service and very reasonable prices! Companies like this prove that just because your car broke down your whole day doesn’t have to be ruined!
