Contacted DTS, for a tow service for a parked car in our assigned carport overnight. After following their process of things with the police department, to which they eventually came, however upon arrival their representatives delayed the tow for about 20-30mins. Why? I could not tell you? However after showing them our lease agreement that the assigned carport belonged to us, they continued to delay our process. Why is that? The reps were on the phone who I assume were our property managers? Then our properties service technicians arrived and continued to prevent us from parking and towing the vehicle in question, which I can only assume based on the conversation that was had over the phone. The situation was then escalated to the point where we are now yelling at one another, which I assumed should have been a simple tow. DTS reps were just sitting in their car and would not give us any explanation as to why they would not tow? They eventually towed the car after a good 5-10 mins of frustration and back and forth conversations between us, the service technicians, and DTS. But this whole ordeal was just messy and very unprofessional. No communication to us at all!

If I could give zero stars I would. They didn't do the service I requested and I was expecting a tow truck instead of a contractor in his van, but oh they were happy with the $219 overcharge and when I called the customer service at night he just played the musak😡
