Service was excellent.I showed up at 3:30 and was on my way by 3:45. I was helped by a guy named eddy and she went above and beyond what I expected to help me with what I needed. I will be coming back for any battery I could possibly need and will be referring as many people as I can. Thank you very much eddy at the garden Grove location. Good morning everyone! Just a gentle reminder. If you ever need a battery for your car and you have an opportunity to buy one from interstate batteries and garden grove, please please pass it up. This place is horrible. It's confusing and the employees are beyond horrible. I don't know how places stay in business. In my day you treated people right to make your money. That's how you make your honest money. Treating people like crap is it the way to go. Especially nowadays. I will never buy an interstate battery ever in my life. Even if I desperately need it for anything. I would rather leave my car dead and I would walk
Interstate Battery warranties are garbage. I drove to this location with a bad core 12 months into 36 month warranty. I was told to leave it two days or buy a new one. So predatory it’s outrageous. They actually are required to post about those practices on their website. It’s a culture. I’ll eat the warranty and buy from an honest company.
Tried several times calling , answering machine come on directs you to every thing else , except answering your call . Drove from Huntington Beach , to see if they had a refurbished battery for my car . They didn’t have what I wanted . But were very eger to sell me a new one . This comment could have been prevented if they would have answered the phone . How does company not anwer there phone YOU SUCK .
Great place to get a battery, unfortunately you have to bring your own tools to remove your own battery as a woman this is a big inconvenience. However my 5 Star review is for an employee by the name of Jesus. Jesus was kind enough to help my husband locate a tool to help remove the battery from our truck. Employees like Jesus that go out of their way, make customers like us want to return (of course, with our own tools). Thank You Jesus!
Warranty and Service. Very impressed by the promptness of their warehouse staff. Specifically, Eddy whom went out of his way to process a warranty exchange quickly. I was expecting to drop off the battery for testing and reasonable attempts to repair the battery. It was previously tested and still had sticker but nonetheless understand so many companies (and people) have lost trust due to the abuse of commonsense approaches to situations. Nonetheless, I was informed it would be a couple days. Additionally, I wasn't sure if I got it from AAA Premier Roadside or some other vendor. Luckily Eddy was able to verify purchase and handle the warranty in an extremely professional manner. I spoke with his lead and expressed the same level of thanks. Highly recommend the staff and processes that management has empowered their staff with procedures that are indeed geared towards resolutions and not excuses. Thank you.
These gentlemen may never see this, but I have to express how grateful I am for their outstanding customer service, truly caring about their people. I went there in Dire Straits, the situation is not important, the fact that they stepped up and went beyond the call of duty to help does matter. Thank you, Fredo, Chris, the whole staff there, I’m sorry I can’t remember the original guy I spoke with, All of you have been wonderful and I’m very grateful. Both my daughter and I are. Definitely will never ever use another brand in yours when I need a car battery and when I can, I will be coming to you to purchase it. Well done, thank you again. Highly recommend the store to anyone who needs to replace their car battery. They do not do installation, but they will take your old battery and give you the new one when you are ready.
Best group of guys on the planet. Funny and honest. Why in the world would you pay $200 for a battery when you can get a totally factory refurbished one for $50???
Never buy from here. Store hours say 5pm online but youll drive an hour to get here and leave work early just to see a sign that says closes at 4pm. Very inconsiderate of peoples time.

Backing up 53 ft trailers is challenging but obviously can be done. You have to use dock on the left as you look at the building. Use driveway across the street to back up and ask for someone to help back you up.
Excellent customer service both in the front office and in the warehouse warehouse. The Lady in the office was extra helpful with my warranty, and Jerry and Eric helped me immediately and answered all of my questions, I was out of there quickly. (With my new battery). I will never go anywhere else for car batteries and will continue to recommend this place to others.

Today your company replaced the 3, 1,000 cca,batterys that cost $200.00 ea,For one of our trucks @ Evergreen Tree Service in Orange CA, been a customer for many years, batterys were still under the 1 year warranty, and you replaced them, no questions asked!! This is truly a warehouse experience. This is how it should be. I came in with my old battery and paid a discount price for a car battery with a good brand name. The price alone warrants the 5⭐ rating for me. If you prefer a better service experience then try a different vendor.
Great employee's that I came across. Was very helpful from directing us which way to get in to telling us where to park to make it easier for us because we was carrying back a battery to buy a new one. Amazing customer service is always a good thing don't give you buyers remorse. And it didn't hurt that the discount and price was worth the 30min drive
I obtained two huge lead acid batteries each weighing 130 pounds well over 10 years ago. They no longer were any good. I wanted to donate them. This company was recommended to me. I called and the person on the phone was excellent. When I got to their location the two men at their loading dock were TERRIFIC! The both had great sense of humor and easy to deal with. One man drove up with a large drivable lift and positioned the lift plate perfectly so the batteries could be slid out of the back of my RAV4. We did NOT have to lift the batteries. The whole process was fast. I was impressed.
So I took my car battery on the back of my bike and caught the attention of a real nice gentleman who didnt feel comfortable with me riding with the ties I had so he went to his car and gave me some of his own tie downs and his employee straped it to the back seat on my bike which was a relief because its hard enough riding freeways with it there let alone strapping it thank you guys so much for your extra mile you went for me so much
I've had a few of their batteries (I get the ones rated for 6 years because I don't want the aggravation). One of them went bad, but they had no problems honoring their warranty.
I always come here whenever any of my vehicles need a new battery. And always recommend it to family and friends whenever they need one as well! Great quality and at an affordable price for sure!

Worst place to get any battery. My battery went out in less than two years, which happened twice already. I called to get a new battery under warranty since I’ve only had the battery for a year now and they wouldn’t give me any warranty. This is the worst place to buy an expensive poorly made battery. Horrible experience
Interstate Batteries. Best in the biz. If these guys get busy, you can wait a while. Give yourself an hour when you go there to swap your core for a new battery. This isn't a 15 minute place. And they do NOT remove or install your battery. You gotta do that.
