Backing up 53 ft trailers is challenging but obviously can be done. You have to use dock on the left as you look at the building. Use driveway across the street to back up and ask for someone to help back you up.
Excellent customer service both in the front office and in the warehouse warehouse. The Lady in the office was extra helpful with my warranty, and Jerry and Eric helped me immediately and answered all of my questions, I was out of there quickly. (With my new battery). I will never go anywhere else for car batteries and will continue to recommend this place to others.

This is truly a warehouse experience. This is how it should be. I came in with my old battery and paid a discount price for a car battery with a good brand name. The price alone warrants the 5⭐ rating for me. If you prefer a better service experience then try a different vendor.
Great employee's that I came across. Was very helpful from directing us which way to get in to telling us where to park to make it easier for us because we was carrying back a battery to buy a new one. Amazing customer service is always a good thing don't give you buyers remorse. And it didn't hurt that the discount and price was worth the 30min drive
I've had a few of their batteries (I get the ones rated for 6 years because I don't want the aggravation). One of them went bad, but they had no problems honoring their warranty.

Interstate Batteries. Best in the biz. If these guys get busy, you can wait a while. Give yourself an hour when you go there to swap your core for a new battery. This isn't a 15 minute place. And they do NOT remove or install your battery. You gotta do that.
