On 9/24/25 approximately 1:15-1:20pm in the mobile Home Country Club, the tow truck was going to tow my 4Runner WITH MY 5 YEAR OLD INSIDE, VEHICLE ON and MY WINDOWS WERE DOWN.
I left the truck parked outside because I needed to take one of our vehicles outside to park in the street, as I parked my truck over I noticed the young man driving the tow staring at me, leaving my truck parked in front of our mobile home.
I didn’t take more than 30sec to start moving the cars when the tow truck was already with the metal part to town under my truck. I told him he was going to tow with my son inside.
The young man NEVER apologized, rather backed up to check if my son was really inside.
I understand you’re a business, but I would recommend for future tows, to inspect the situation and perhaps check if there’s a person inside, SPECIALLY A MINOR, to prevent any legal issues.
Arnold towed my car from my parking garage at work and he was so patient with me. He did the most to help me get my car out and I would absolutely recommend this company and this worker specifically
The towing service is overpriced compared to other LA regions. I was from the east, it cost no more than 200 dollars. What kind of “gold” service would cost over 500 dollars??? And they treat people badly, and lock people out of the yard out of sun, only allowing people to give document through gaps between fences. I would suggest this business to adjust the price, be kind to people.

I understand the importance of following parking rules, and I’m not denying that my car was towed. I paid the fee and took responsibility. But I was a paying customer at the restaurant, had lunch 20 minutes ago. After the tow, I spoke to the restaurant manager, who said he never requested the tow. That raises real questions about whether the action was even lawful.
What really upset me, though, wasn’t just the cost—it was how people were treated. I was with an elderly couple, both over 80 years old. We were left outside in the heat for over 20 minutes, and the gentleman clearly showed signs of heat stress. I had to pretend I had diabetes just to get a bottle of water for them. When I tried to enter the office, your staff chased me out and even threatened to call the police for trespassing. That’s simply inhumane.
I’m not here to argue about the law. I already accepted the consequence and paid over $500, which is far more than what towing costs in many other parts of LA. But the way your staff treated us—especially elderly people in distress—was deeply disappointing. Everyone deserves basic decency, regardless of the situation.
I sincerely hope your business can reflect on this and consider treating people with more kindness and respect in the future.
DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOW YOUR CAR ESPECIALLY TO THEIR YARD. They will raise expenses and then hold your car hostage until you pay the increased price.
I called for a tow truck through gieco roadside assistance. First tow truck couldn't tow my car. Second tow truck backed into my car and put a hole in the bumper. At the time of the incident they claimed they would cover all expenses to fix the bumper and give me a discounted rate on my mechanical issue. I was told the repairs for the bumper would take 2 to 3 days max. They ended up keeping my car for 7 days. It took multiple phone calls and showing up to the yard to get them to fix the issue they caused and pay for it in full. They claimed the bumper was brand new and took +$1000 to fix. They just patched the hole and slapped some paint on it. I was originally told the price for the mechanical issue was one thing and after completion they told me the repairs would cost more. They refused to return my car unless I paid the additional cost or i was told they could undo the work and I could tow it somewhere else. I ended paying the extra money because I just wanted my car back at this point. I was tired of all the lies. Every time something went wrong I would hear that's not their job they shouldn't have told you that. Very disorganized and unprofessional business.
Repair work was done very sloppy. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR CAR
Total robbers. They unjustly towed my car without any explanation and charged me more than $500. It’s straight up robbery, and the tow truck driver almost hit me when I tried to reason with them. Absolutely do not recommend anyone giving them any business.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... I called to see how much the charge was to get my vehicle out. Same day would have been more expensive. So I was going to pick up my car the next day. I was quoted a price but when I went to go pick up the car. They had upped it over a $138. Unbelievable!!!!! I had to sit there and argue with them for over 30 minutes. The entire thing was absolutely shady.... we couldn't go into the office. We had to talk through a fence. Don't walk.... RUN!!!
Not only did they take the car away but they came back, called me and required me to move my car again and repark the vehicle back in my spot. Ridiculous
They towed our car not even 2 hours and they wanted to charge me $650 that same day to take it out ..crazy price… they take advantage of the situation!!
