Excellent service and customer relations. My wife was treated as if she knew nothing about cars at another dealership. We came to Fullerton and she feels respected and heard. The quality of work is extremely high and she feels safe and comfortable taking the car in by herself.

WOW. Bravo in the service department is amazing. He went above and beyond to help us whith are Expedition. We recently visited this dealership to lease a new vehicle and were initially hopeful based on the salesperson’s promise of a specific price. She was kind and helpful throughout the process, and we were ready to move forward based on what was discussed. Unfortunately, things quickly changed once we got to the finance dept.. The finance manager presented us with unexpected fees and a total that was not what we had originally agreed on. To make matters worse, he seemed completely uninterested and like he didn’t even want to be there. His dismissive attitude made an already frustrating situation even more uncomfortable. My father felt misled and decided to walk out of the dealership. And honestly, I don’t blame him. The trust had already been broken at that point. After we left, they came outside and suddenly told us there had been a “system glitch” and that they could, in fact, honor the original price. If that were truly the case, it should’ve been clarified before the finance manager presented us with a completely different breakdown, not after we were already out the door. It should never take a customer walking away for a dealership to start doing the right thing. Then, to make things even more uncomfortable, the salesperson said, “This is coming out of my paycheck to cover your fees… I’ll probably get fired.” That kind of emotional pressure was completely unprofessional and made us feel even more uneasy about the whole situation. Buying or leasing a car should be a transparent and respectful experience. Instead, we felt pressured, misled, and disrespected. What could have been a smooth transaction turned into a disappointing and trust breaking experience. This was just our experience and I can’t speak for others. And hopefully other people have a better experience with this dealership. But based on what happened to us, we’ve decided to look elsewhere.

If I can give this place zero stars I would! First off horrible experience I have never been to a dealership this horrible, barely any acknowledgement as we walked in, my husband and I went in for a ford outer banks they had listed online for $49,000 as we got there the car was listed at starting price of 60,000, asked about there online price they could not give a straight answer I then asked if they can honor there online price I would just get ignored then they had told us give me a minute let me ask waited for a long time without anyone coming to us with any information everyone was very rude they just seemed like they didn't want to help or even be there, then we tried for a cheaper trim they had in stock, since they couldn't honor online pricing which I've never had a dealership not honor online pricing, they started showing prices we agreed to a payment they ran credit after waiting a long time they just said we will give you a call tomorrow the banks are closed and never received a call! Very unprofessional worst dealership I've been to even tried calling to get an update could not even get a straight answer. They need to learn better customer service!!!

I recently visited Fullerton Ford, California for the first time after seeing a listing on AutoTrader, and the experience was good. As I walked the lot, I was greeted by Hayley, a salesperson who was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She asked the right questions, listened to my needs then her and her team quickly provided a clear out-the-door pricing sheet based on my budget. There was no pressure to go beyond what I was comfortable with, and they respected the limits and requests I set. The process was efficient, and the showroom was clean and welcoming. While I waited, they kindly offered refreshments, including a snack, which added a nice touch to the experience. I purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick Hybrid Lariat, and although the car wasn’t washed before I left, everything else went smoothly. I’d absolutely recommend this dealership — they made what can be a stressful process feel easy and respectful. 5 out of 5 stars.

Fullerton Ford service has done a great job every time I take my 2019 Ford Ranger for service. The Service Department staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They are prompt, and they always do a good job. In the past, my truck had some issues since new, and after taking it to various Ford dealers where they worked on it, and none of them were able to resolve the issue, Ford Motor Company asked me to take it to Fullerton Ford, who within 30 minutes was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it once they got the appropriate parts. So besides being very friendly, and do a great job, their service department mechanics are very good with lots of experience. I highly recommend Fullerton Ford for any Ford car service.

This is my current favorite Ford dealership to get my car serviced. The service advisors are professional and friendly. The team gets you in and out quickly and will tell you if you actually need the service or not. Also, the previous time I was here, I had some rewards points that I was able to redeem. The service advisor walked me through that and I didn’t have to pay for the oil change or service. The waiting room is comfortable and has a TV. It’s next to their parts store. It’s smaller than some of the other waiting areas, but less busy. I use to go to another one in Torrance, but that was extremely busy and took forever to get your car serviced.

I travel from Long Beach to go to Fullerton Ford for service on my 2020 Fusion. Every experience has always been 5 star. The people who work there are always very kind, efficient and pleasant to talk to not to mention my car is always done in a timely manner. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Fullerton Ford! After visiting five other Ford dealerships, I finally found the truck I was looking for here. From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Carlos Solis, the salesman and manager, went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted. He was honest, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had a very nice experience purchasing my first car at Fullerton Ford, and Haley was a huge part of making it so smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to really understand my needs and preferences. After showing me a few different broncos and test driving I decided on the one that suited me best, which turned out to be the perfect fit for me. Haley’s knowledge of the cars was impressive—she knew all the ins and outs of the Bronco and helped me feel confident about my choice. Throughout the entire process, she was patient, informative, and never pushy, which made the buying experience feel relaxed and straightforward. The whole process, from test-driving to paperwork, went seamlessly, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Bronco and the service I received from Haley at Fullerton Ford!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen ID.4 Pro S from Fullerton Ford. What a wonderful car buying experience. I have not purchased a vehicle in many years and was anticipating a somewhat sales heavy experience. Working with Haley in particular and all the staff was a pleasant and wonderful experience. The vehicle was immaculate. In truth I had arrived somewhat ambivalent about whether I would make the purchase but it was Haley's knowledge and professionalism that allayed my concerns, answered my questions and fortunately for me allowed me to make the purchase with confidence. I am glad I did. The whole process was smooth and I felt that the entire team was there to ensure I got exactly what I came for. I would highly recommend Fullerton Ford to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

I came to Fullerton Ford with a challenging situation. I was upside down in my current car. I owed a lot more than the car was now worth and had a high interest rate loan. I met Haley and immediately knew I wanted to work with her! Her friendly attitude is very refreshing. She genuinely loves selling cars and helping people. I never felt pressured and was assured right away that they could help me get out from under my current situation. My car was consistently breaking down and I needed something fast! Hailey read my mind and showed me a car I instantly fell in love with. It was a used Ford Escape. Her manager worked hard with the banks to get me the best deal. The best situation for me was actually leasing a brand new Ford Escape because of the amazing rebates. They were so smart and used those rebates to pay off my old loan. Now I am starting fresh with a brand new car I can rely on! I will definitely be coming back to see Hailey and the future and saying hi to her when my car is serviced also at Fullerton Ford! She’s the best!

This was my second (and last) visit to Fullerton Ford, and once again, the experience was overshadowed by poor management — this time involving Sales Manager Luis and General Sales Manager Nikos. The only positive part of my visit was working with Tommy, who remained professional and courteous throughout. After choosing a vehicle, Nikos insisted on test-driving my trade-in himself, claiming he had experience selling that type of car. That took over 30 minutes. While I waited, I witnessed an entirely unprofessional scene unfold nearby: Luis was aggressively trying to get a salesman’s attention by pounding on the side of a showroom Raptor and yelling at another salesperson about insurance. When the salesman asked him to repeat himself, Luis sarcastically questioned whether he “even wanted to work here.” Moments later, it sounded like that salesman quit on the spot. I don’t blame him. When Nikos finally returned, I was handed back my now broken car key and told they weren’t interested in my trade — despite the dealership’s own advertising claiming, “We want your car.” They valued my vehicle at $8,000. It sold shortly after to another dealership for $18,600. To make matters worse, after this wasted trip (my second time driving over 20 miles to Fullerton Ford based on a referral from a close friend who’s sent over 10 buyers there in the past), I got a call from the dealership asking for their OBD scanner back — apparently the GSM left it in my car while trying to lowball me. They asked me to return it, despite me no longer owning the vehicle. Talk about disorganized. It’s clear there’s a major disconnect in leadership here. I’ve since heard that the owners are on hiatus — and it shows. Mismanagement, unprofessional behavior, and a blatant disregard for customers are running the show now. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — to a dealership that actually values customers, their time, and their vehicles. Avoid Fullerton Ford.

First time purchasing an American car. The experience here left much to be desired, especially after we’ve found the car for them and got our own loan. All that was needed is for the dealer to secure the vehicle. We felt lied to and disrespected. We practically were giving them business and paid $1000 more for the vehicle. Will not buy or recommend this dealer in the future.

Easiest and friendliest car buying experience I’ve had. I bought and did everything online and over the phone and Nikos one of the managers made it a smooth and honest negotiation process along with my saleswoman Haley. If you’re gonna buy a car here ask for her. Dealerships you usually feel like you’re getting scammed but Fullerton Ford with the help of Haley made this my most comfortable car purchase. Don’t go anywhere else

My wife and I recently purchased a Bronco Heritage Edition from Fullerton Ford for our daughter, and we had an excellent experience thanks to, Nikos and Haley. They were both incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Nikos took the time to answer all my questions and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Haley was fantastic in finalizing the paperwork quickly and efficiently and going over all the features of the vehicle. This dealership has fresh tires! I was surprised that Fullerton Ford gets tires within 2 months of manufactured date for my new Michelin tires. I had my rotors finally replaced in rear and new brakes. What a difference in my ride. No more uncomfortable surging while braking. Thank you, Art Bravo, for explaining the cause for the rotor to go bad and showing me the overdrive button on my Flex that I never noticed! Now I will know how to use it. Excellent service here. I appreciate the mechanics and everyone there very much!

Was looking for a new F250 for the company via the web. Fell on to Fullerton Ford website and inquired on a particular one, so called and dealt with Haley. Before we came in, we negotiated pricing and what our budget was. Although higher than what we wanted, Haley and team with some expected back and fort; came back and met us more than half way to our budget. The process over the phone , took no more than 30 or so minutes in total. Price was finalized Thursday night and Friday walked in, signed the paperwork that was pretty much all done. Haley was more than delightful, greeted us with her Southern charm, and the process in all was smooth. If you need a vehicle, go see Haley at Fullerton Ford, none of that typical dealership crap with her. Fantastic experience with her and the team.

I was introduced into the ford family when my boyfriend bought his 2016 mustang and came to the Fullerton Ford dealership with one car set in my heart… A Ford Explorer I was so fortunate to meet with Imad A. And he presented me with the car of my dreams, the test drive was super fun and he was so kind to help me start the process of buying my new car. With bumps in the road regarding my credit history the team at this dealership went above and beyond to help me finance my dream car and I never once felt like I wasn’t being taken care of. I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Huntington! He stood out among the many salespeople I had been talking to over the last three weeks. Unlike others who pressured me to order a truck or settle for something I didn’t want, Huntington took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for.
