One of the most frustrating and trust-destroying dealership experiences I’ve had.
Here we go, been waiting to write this.
Went and bought a used truck at 26,000 miles from these guys this past November. Since which time, I've thought about just how bad this experience was and I'm referring to absolutely everything about my experience.
I was repeatedly told by my salesman that certain “fees” were required in order to buy the vehicle. I questioned this multiple times and was given the same answer every time. Later, I learned that those fees were not actually required, and I was left feeling misled from the very beginning. Great start right
Just two weeks after purchase, I had to have the car towed back to the dealership which made it feel like something critical had been missed during the pre-sale inspection leading to a leak of which stranded me on the way to work. That tow cost me $120 out of pocket and was told many times that I would be reimbursed. To their credit, they actually performed the repair and put me in a loaner for two weeks. The reason it was two weeks was because I had mentioned that the defroster button wasn't working, ya know something that a simple pre-sale inspection would have uncovered. Took forever for them to get the part in and when they did, they found out they actually had to replace the rear window….
Back to the $120 reimbursement, I have not and apparently will not receive it despite being told I would by the customer care rep. Had to keep texting, emailing and calling him until he finally told me that the management went back on their word and would not reimburse me.
Now keep in mind, I'm within the 30 day dealership warranty when this all happened. While the car was back in the shop I wanted them to repair the nick in the windshield and fix the ford sync system so I could actually make a phone call with it. Keeping with the theme here, none of these were fixed. What I'm trying to convey is that I don't feel there was any effort put in to trying to help me fix little things on my new purchase. Basically a feeling they didn't care about me being satisfied despite the money I forked over.
This is funny too, I had to keep asking for them to give me the temp dealership plate, documents from purchase, and record of services performed. Everything was just one headache after another.
There's actually more to include but I'm tired of thinking back on this experience and writing about it.

Don’t waste your time bringing your car here to sell. Their online service offered to buy the vehicle brought it in, wasted 40 minutes for them to tell me they’ll pass on the car because it looks like part of it was repainted. It’s a used almost 10 year old car does this dealer expect used cars to be perfect? Took the car down the street to CarMax and they purchased the car at a similar price this dealer “offered” got me out the door 45 minutes with a uber ride home.

Art Bravo, Service Advisor at Fullerton Ford - Exceptional Service!!! We purchased my son's Ford from a non-Ford dealership, and shortly after taking delivery a warning light appeared on the dash stating "Charging System Service Soon." This was especially concerning given that we had just bought the vehicle. From the moment we arrived at Fullerton Ford, Art Bravo was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain what the technicians would be checking, what the issue might be, and how they would diagnose it. His professionalism, patience, and detailed communication immediately put us at ease. The issue was identified and resolved the same day, and we picked up the car that afternoon. My son is extremely happy, and we are incredibly grateful for Art's thoroughness, understanding, and compassion throughout the entire process. We just bought a new Ford Ranger from Fullerton Ford. It was a great experience, and that usually doesn’t happen at a car dealership. The salesman was easy to talk with and took the time we needed to make our decision. The buying process was faster than I have experienced at other dealerships.

I love Ford and have always enjoyed their vehicles. My first experience went well with my first purchase, but then later I went to a Ford dealership and was ignored and made to feel bad. So I avoided them and purchased my 2nd vehicle elsewhere. This time I decided to go back and I was so happy I did they were kind and their Salesman Cristian was so helpful and explained everything Ford had to offer. I ended up getting my Ford Ranger and so happy with my truck. I definitely will be returning when I purchase another vehicle in the future.

Fullerton Ford and their technician David went over and beyond to help me with my 2019 Ranger. I noticed my Transmission slipping when I gave gas to accelerate. This was my 3rd ford I bought from Ken Grody. I went to KG and explained my problem, Omar their tech said it was out of warranty by 3 months. I asked if anything could be done to assist me, there is only 27,000 miles on it! He said bring it in and they would diagnose it for 221.00 dollars! also they would not be able to look at it for three days. I felt no empathy and that after buying 3 trucks from Ken Grody
there would be a little concern! I called Fullerton and they told me immediately I might qualify for assistance. I did and they fixed my trans, they saved me 2700! The new Transmission cost me 1500.00 with a two year warranty! Thank you David and Fullerton Ford, my Ranger is running beautiful, I will be buying my next truck from Fullerton Ford. Another reason I am happy is that FF is veteran owned by a Marine Who is no longer with us. Fullerton Ford's Service Department is wonderful - they are the best in OC! We recently returned from a long road trip and had our service light come on. Art Bravo helped us with a complete vehicle inspection and noted we needed a new battery (t had a good run since 2018). He also discovered our rear breaks and rotors needed replacement.
I was expecting high dealership repair prices. We did call and check with competitors and Fullerton Ford had the VERY BEST prices. Plus, they will take you to\from the dealership for service.

We have dealt with numerous Ford dealerships and found Fullerton Ford to operate above the others. Their customer focus is exceptional. This is not the closest dealer to us, but we are willing to drive a little longer to ensure we are well taken care of.

David in service was awesome. He was able to honor my quote and was transparent for the entire process. There were some small concerns that came up along the way but he was transparent and quick to relay them to me. He and the guys took care of me and had it faster than expected. This is how a service department should be run.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Fullerton Ford truly deserves to be shared.
After purchasing a 2025 Raptor from a dealership in Orange, CA, I discovered a defect that came from the factory. Naturally, I assumed the dealership I bought it from would handle the repair—especially for a brand-new vehicle under warranty. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Their service department made it clear they were too busy to take on the repair for weeks, and it became apparent they weren’t interested in helping because it wasn’t a particularly “lucrative” job.
That’s when I reached out to Fullerton Ford, and it turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made. From the very first call, Chris in the service department was outstanding. He listened, explained the process clearly, and most importantly, treated me like a human—not just another ticket number.
Chris went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of, and he did it with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He didn’t hesitate to help, even though it wasn’t a high-dollar service. That kind of character is rare, and it left a lasting impression.
Thanks to Chris and the Fullerton Ford team, I’ll be bringing all my Ford vehicles here from now on. This review is completely unsolicited—I was just genuinely impressed and wanted to share my experience.

I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing team for their magnificent service! Not only did they provide excellent service with my car, but they went above and beyond to help me personally. They shuttled me around from my hotel to the dealer and even to Disneyland so I could pick up my lost key that they were replacing for me.

I had the best experience purchasing a truck at Fullerton Ford. Staff took excellent care of me and my wife and they stayed open late to accommodate me coming from over 2 hours away. Cristian my sales rep is the best as he treated us professionally and with respect. Maria the Finance Manager was friendly and guided me through all the documentation I needed to sign and she explained each one so I had a good understanding of what I was signing. Been coming from Orange (where we have 2 local dealers) since 2008. Bought our 2008 Expedition here and our 2021 F-150. Sales and service are top notch! Now the added valet service just made life even easier. They picked up my F-150 for maintenance and a recall and brought it back to my home. Fullerton Ford service has done a great job every time I take my 2019 Ford Ranger for service. The Service Department staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They are prompt, and they always do a good job. In the past, my truck had some issues since new, and after taking it to various Ford dealers where they worked on it, and none of them were able to resolve the issue, Ford Motor Company asked me to take it to Fullerton Ford, who within 30 minutes was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it once they got the appropriate parts. So besides being very friendly, and do a great job, their service department mechanics are very good with lots of experience. I highly recommend Fullerton Ford for any Ford car service.

I had a very nice experience purchasing my first car at Fullerton Ford, and Haley was a huge part of making it so smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to really understand my needs and preferences. After showing me a few different broncos and test driving I decided on the one that suited me best, which turned out to be the perfect fit for me. I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Huntington! He stood out among the many salespeople I had been talking to over the last three weeks. Unlike others who pressured me to order a truck or settle for something I didn’t want, Huntington took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for.
