We brought in our 2018 Kia Niro for repair. Customer service is super great. They told us it'll take a week and called us only 5 days later. Hood needed to be aligned so I called them up and they asked me to bring it in, it took them like 10 minutes to align it with a great job. I had an accident in the evening, and my car was towed to their shop about a half hour after it closed. A couple of employees were still there, and they opened up the shop for the two truck driver and me after hours. They were kind and very nice to me when I was upset about my car accident. I am very grateful for their kind treatment of me.

Nice, seems not busy as it appears service reps receive assignment sheets from the insurance company to make estimates. After which appointments are scheduled and repair estimates are sent.
Pablo went above and beyond on the repairs and made the car look brand new. It actually had previous work done that wasn't great, so when we got the car back it looked better than before the accident. Pablo kept me informed every step of the way, everything finished on schedule. This will be my go to shop, I will recommend it to anyone.
