I’m very satisfied with the excellent service at Crash Champions in Fullerton. From Elizabeth at the front desk to Pablo, who kept me updated throughout the process, every team member exhibited a positive attitude and exceptional service. After being rear-ended by a drunk driver, my car looks as good as new!
I've had to take my vehicle to this shop on two different occasions, unfortunately ,after an accident.
These guys are true professional. They are nice courteous, friendly ,knowledgeable and above all,brutally honest and trustworthy.
On one of the occasions that I took my vehicle there for repairs, I forgot over 300 bucks in my glove compartment and it was there intact when I picked up my vehicle about a week later.
I could not believe it.These guys are very trustworthy and are very good at what they do that is to make vehicles look exactly as they were before the accident or collision they were involved in.
Everyone at Crash is nice and attentive. I was getting updates daily in either call or text form which was great. My car came back spotless and I even got it a few days early! 10/10 would recommend!

I am so grateful for the team at Crash Champions. My brand new car got hit by a firework with only 800 miles on it, so I was devastated that I was having to bring it in to a collision shop. Mike and the team at Crash Champions made the repair process simple, communication was great, and they followed up to make sure the car was in perfect condition. I really appreciate the care and concern they took to make sure everything was right. I hopefully don't need to return to a collision center any time soon, but I can't recommend Mike and the team at Crash Champions enough. Thank you so much!
This could have been a horrible experience given my car was pretty banged up, but it was the absolute opposite. The day I dropped off my car the women at the front desk were helpful and friendly. They even pumped me up for my walk home to get some exercise!
Gabby is an incredible asset to the team. She was so helpful on drop off. I left feeling fully informed on what was to come. She kept me informed with regular updates on my car as it was repaired, and she made the pick up process seamless.
As for the repairs themselves, my car looks absolutely fantastic. Like new. I am so happy with the results. My car was also done in only 11 days, almost half of what both Crash Champions and I estimated. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service and the repairs were both exemplary.
This is a mixed review. If you choose this place LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE. Brought my vehicle here for an insurance inspection for a repair quote. Front office staff were welcoming and informative. Drop off process was easy and they even had the rental car pick me up.
I was not in formed of the completion of inspection or quote amount and had to call for it. When I went to inspect my vehicle for final release to the insurance company it was evident that someone had gone through all the cubbies and storage in the front of my vehicle. *The damage was in the rear*. Fortunately I had removed actual valuable items. The rep looked very embarrassed that I noticed this.
See the pictures. The more I look at the worst it gets. When I first got my car back, the first thing I noticed parts were not reinstalled properly. I know my car well so I reinstall them myself. Then I also notice overspray on my window, windshield and rear bumper. I took the car back to get that fixed.
Its been raining recently and I finally got a good look at my car in the sun. The first thing noticed is the color match looks worst in the sun. It is not an exact color match. I also noticed the lower half of the door wasn't fully covered with the paint. I can still see the sealer/primer through the clearcoat. I also found more overspray on the window.
The Service Advisor is great, however the body shop team needs improvement. I no longer trust them with my car. I understand my car is older, but it is well maintained. I don't expect perfection, but there is a certain expectation of a descent car repair.

PABLO, the team member who took our case , was extremely professional, patient, explained everything in detail about the work that was needed to be done, kept us updated all the time about the progress of our car repairs, answered every question and delivered TOTAL SATISFACTION !!! 5 star rating for my recent experience with Crash Champions. My car repair was completed timely in 4 days instead of the estimated 12 days. All staff were professional. When the car repair was complete—my vehicle was delivered to my doorstep. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I received excellent service.
Horrible experience working with this company. Multiple inconsistencies here at this shop deeming them untrustworthy and unreliable. My vehicles miles were rolled back from 91,543 to a lower mileage ( they blamed this on it being an old vehicle), on the day my vehicle was “ready for pick up” the windshield was not glued properly (told me they were doing me a favor for taking in my car given they don’t make OEM parts anymore) and wasn’t turning on along with a leak. The second time it was “ready” air was seeping into the vehicle from the windshield (they didn’t check if it was on properly TWICE), headlights weren’t working, and my roof rack was missing buttons ??. From my experience this business does not conduct honorable work. The workmanship is poor, the windshield work is poor and seems like they just went glue crazy. Juan, the person in charge of my vehicle, only made excuses to every inconsistency to the vehicle and blamed it on vehicle age. 98 Jeep 91k miles. The manager was more helpful however called these issues minor. No. Do your job correctly.
Don’t do favors, do your job right especially if it’s not going to look anything like the original.
I do not recommend this business.
Also oil stains on the outside of the vehicle, dried glue on parts that shouldn’t have any like the dash? Unreliable!!
Car was finished once more. They “found” my button in someone’s ziplock bag and put it back on, however they didn’t even properly put it on, they glued it into the socket! Couldn’t even use the roof rack anymore. Broken button!!! Stay away!
My car got vandalized in my apartment complex, never had that happen to me before. It got jumped on kicked and the inside was trashed with so many food items and other things. Going through that is not easy, I work hard to own my vehicle and my properties, the team made it very easy for me through the process. Updated me on everything that was being worked on and when I received my vehicle I was beyond happy with everything, looks brand new and they also got my inside detailed for me. I couldnt be more happy and I appreciate everything they did thank you !! Definitely recommend
Crash champions is a great shop to take your car in for body work. Juan the gentleman that helped us was great in keeping us updated during the process of the work and had our car ready before the promised date. We were very satisfied with the work as well.

I've had body work on another vehicle done and it turned out flawlessly! My other vehicle has a couple of small runs in the paint. They said to bring it back, no problem! I trust their work. I am confident those small areas will blend nicely. Other than that my truck turned out GREAT!! Really happy with their previous and current work!
They were clear, they helped calm me down . I get they could handle it all. They were! And they did do A fabulous job. You would never know it had a hot lifted front right Bumper! They were clear, did a great job and super fast! I thought it would take longer.

I was denied at 2 other shops because of previous damage but they accepted me. Their customer service is amazing, they were even playing with my 15 month old. They took my insurance and took care of all the paperwork. I couldn't be happier with the repair, they even vacuumed and buffed the car when they were done.
Took my Tacoma in for a dent on the door and scratches from a sideswipe accident. David H. and his team are polite, professional, efficient, and effective in working with the other driver's insurance and detailing the work that needed to be done on my truck. They made sure I had the documentation of the work to be done, the estimate, and insurance case number. Drop off and pick up were smooth and efficient and they got me back on the road quicker than I expected. Great work and even better service!
They contacted me immediately after my car was towed to the shop. The kept in contact by email and promptly gave me an estimate. I was very satisfied with the quote of the cost and they kept a little under the quote for the final cost. The staff was pleasant on the phone and they didn't put me on hold. When picking the car up, after repairs were done, the receptionist made an error in explaining the repairs but the technician explained it. They had to realign the car and I am grateful for the excellent care of my car. I would highly recommend this shop.
I was very unsatisfied with the work that they did I had to leave my car for longer because of how bad of a job they did. Please don’t listen to your insurance and take it here I have dents in my car that where not their before, broken parts, paint job was so bad, they put used parts and you can tell they have been used because they have scratches on them, paint missing in some parts of my car because they scratched it.

Highly Recommended! Pacific Elite Collision Center repaired my Billet Silver 2018 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Cole helped me out and kept me informed every step of the way. They had me back on the road in record time and the color match was spot on! I am happy to say the finish is just as nice as the day it left their facility nearly 4 months ago. Honestly, don't play games. Come here.
