I am very dissatisfied with the real mechanic since. “Ubaldo” was replaced. I asked the current greeter to order my product ( front brake pads) and was willing to prepay so that I could wait while the repair was being completed. That request was denied. Imagine my surprise when not only pads were included on the proposed. Bill but also rotors etc.
Fair pricing. Honest work. Just wished they washed cars when brought in for service, but still satisfied with the good price and transparency so the trade off is alright. Communication could be improved. They are super busy most of the time so that could be the reason it's hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Otherwise would recommmend 9/10!
Definitely the best mechanic shop for high end cars, no only very affordable ( comparing to dealerships you pay a fraction of the repair costs ) but they are true professionals and very honest and they always have the car ready when they promised... I have being going here for the last 6 years and always 100% fully satisfied with their service... I referred all my friends and family here and they are also 100% fully satisfied...

The REAL Mechanic Shop. Their name is legit. If you drive Mercedes/BMW/German vehicles in general this is the only shop you should take your car. NO sketchy business to make a quick dollar out of you, they keep things 100% REAL. I’ve had serious engine repairs and general maintenance done by them and they have the best prices and get things done in a timely manner. They have the most knowledgable mechanics who you can trust with your car. I won’t be taking my Mercedes anywhere else as this is the best shop in SoCal hands down.
Honestly the best business I have stepped foot in, Has taken care of my cars and my pocket for many years, Ubaldo has a gift for these cars. i have brought in the most complex mercedes cars with very complex problems, All fixed on the first shot with prices lower than anywhere else. I worked at a mercedes dealer & would have the whole service department stumped by a problem. Ubaldo would find that problem within seconds. Words cannot describe the level of professionalism Ubaldo & his team deliver Dont hesitate to bring your car here !! Dont question just trust him & trust is very hard to find in business so thats why i say it is the best business i have seen
Awesome shop that’ll take care of you. These guys are honest and will help you with your car troubles and maintenance requirements. I’ve been going to them w my BMW for years for break/fix issues as well care and maintenance. The only thing they do not do are diesel cars. The parking lot does tend to get crowded and tight. But that’s a good sign that they are popular w BMW and Mercedes owners.
I’ve been wtaking my Benz here for years and I can honestly tell you that this is the most honest mechanic you will find. Take your car here and you will see what I mean. Ubaldo is one of the last honest mechanics left. Good man.
The owner and his crew have always been very fair. They explain everything and give me options and suggestions when budget is tight. I've had to take a vehicle back and was pleasantly surprised that they took it in and urgently addressed the comeback. They didn't drag it out or put me off as I have experienced at other shops for warranty work. Thank you Ubaldo, Je, and crew!

The real mechanics in Fullerton are the real deal, the crew are superb, professional, always going the extra mile without trying to pull one on you. Pricing is perfect and they do not suggest or recommend anything that is unnecessary unless you may be endangering yourself on the road. My hercedes benz sadly died on me and called them after hours to leave a message, but they still picked up the call and willing to meet me back at the shop to help and fix at 9PM. Servicing at the dealership to fix & replace would have been about $1,200 but these trustworthy fellas diagnosed and fixed for only ONE hundred buckaroos. I will be dropping off lunches for them while bringing my other vehicles for checkup & maintenance. Tell em I sent ya for the Rich Park hookup & discount;0) Pay it forward. Thanks guys.

Finding an honest mechanics shop can be a tough thing to do. I can say I'm glad I came here. I arrived right as they opened and I was promptly helped and had my 325i checked in. I had expected to leave it for a day but that was not the case. I received a call not to long after I was there with a quote and a time frame. No overpriced quote either. I was able to pick up my car on my lunch and it's running great. Glad I found a new shop close to home.
I bring my 2007 bmw all the time here. Always very courteous, and very honest. I know because there has been instances that I could have been charged alot more for services, but end up being very small repairs. Ask for Ubaldo, he really knows his BMWs.
