If I could put 0 I would, this guy owns a whole shop, and hates coming in to work, he had his wife hurry and get to his shop to sell me a mass air flow sensor, she asked for my Facebook account, I needed to wait an hour for her to get to the shop, she needed me to find the price and when I told her this is not professional and I don’t need to do any of that, she goes on eBay right in front of me, clicks on the very first link of the part, and tried to charge me $80 for a mass air flow sensor, which was brand new on eBay, but a used unit at their shop. That’s crazy to think but I truly believe this store needs to be shut down, I’m surprised they’re still operating the way they reject business constantly.
I found a part on Bimmer Merchant and purchased it right away without reading the finer details such as extra costs to shipping outside US. I am from Aus.
I immediately contacted them via the website form and within 24hrs was issued a cancellation of order and a refund.
Although I never purchased anything, their customer service and my satisfaction dealing with them was a pleasure.
This place has always been my go to for anything I purchase used for my BMW. I currently have an engine I picked up from them back in 2016 in my 99' 323i (my daily) still runs perfectly. The owner is always fair on pricing.
After little to no communication for a few weeks (due to some internal issues possibly) I placed a bad review. Bimmer Merchant got my incorrectly placed order refunded a few days later, to their credit.
