Fisk Automotive performed a complete checkup of my auto and recommended only the necessary work needed. They also indicated work that will likely be needed over the next 10,000 miles are so. I had a really disappointing experience with Fisk Automotive. They charged $100 just for an inspection, which felt excessive, but I was willing to pay it since I only needed my brakes changed. Later, they called and said I needed to agree to a potential fee if there was an issue with my caliper a concept I’ve never encountered before.
Feeling frustrated, I went back, paid the $100, and then took my car just up the street to Roy Boys. They gave me a clear breakdown brake replacement and caliper check were included in a $25 inspection, with no pre-agreed “potential fees” required.
The way Fisk Automotive handled this was unnecessary and confusing. I didn’t appreciate being treated this way, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on
Took my truck to get struts replaced. Christian and Joel as always give such great customer service. They are both very honest and very detailed in explaining the service that is being performed on my truck. I’ve been going to Fisk for ten years and This establishment is very honest and professional. I highly recommend them especially for women.
I was disappointed when they wanted to charge me $800 (5 hours labor) for taking off my air intake that is a 2 and half hour job if that . They try to get $1000 dollar job out of every car its just not right.

I had my car serviced at Fisk Automotive. They were very efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged rides for me to return home after dropping off the car and to pick me up to return to collect the car after servicing. I received a thorough report. No serious problems were detected. Items to be watched were pointed out to me but there was no pressure to fix them Rather the attitude was to re re-ensure me that there was no immediate problem and that it might be worth discussing at a future service visit. I was very happy with the work performed.
I brought my Hyundai in because the ev battery died. I was told it would be about 3 to 4 days until I got my car back, which was fine. The car was fixed as promised. About half an hour later, the car died again. I called the shop to let them know. They were very concerned and told me to bring the car back. It turns out the battery had a bad cell(not their fault). They were able to find a new one and thoroughly checked it out. They even kept the car a few more days to drive it and make sure it didn't die. I have my car back and I'm happy to say it runs great. The guys were great. The were kind and very professional. I will definitely be going back for regular services. Maureen Roy.
I had the worst experience at a Toyota dealership, did some research, read other reviews and decided to go to Fisk. They did a thorough inspection, with photos, so I could see everything needed for my 2004 Prius. I got the work done, plus new tires. The prices were fair, the people who work there took all the time I needed. I was never "upsold," which happens at dealerships. It was a good experience, and it is nice to have mechanic close by that I can trust.

Christian and Joel are incredible! I came in for a pre-purchase inspection on a Tesla I was interested in, and from start to finish they went above and beyond.
Christian helped me set up my appointment and was super responsive and helpful every time I called. Joel performed the inspection, and he was extremely thorough. He walked me through everything he checked, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. He explained things clearly and patiently, making sure I understood exactly what they found. They also sent me detailed notes and pictures of every issue, which gave me total peace of mind.
Because of their inspection, I ended up passing on the car — and I’m so glad I did. They saved me thousands of dollars in potential future repairs. What impressed me most, though, was Joel’s kindness even after the inspection was done. I called him a few times later about other cars I was considering, and even while busy at work he still took the time to look up the cars, give me advice, and even point me toward another inspection service closer to one of the cars. That kind of generosity and support is rare.

Friendly, fast and accommodating. They looked up my vehicle’s extended warranty policy to help me save money, and when I couldn’t pick up my car before they closed, they locked my keys in a coded box, so I could pick it up after hours. Finally, they provided a detailed written and photographic description of the inspection they performed on my vehicle. Better than the dealership. Reminded me more of the neighborhood mechanic my dad went to when I was little. People seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, and helping. Christian was my contact person, good communication, knowledgable and friendly.

Came here to get new tires for my truck and I couldn't be happier. They have good prices and the service was fast. John did a prefect job at mounting and balancing my tires. You can tell when a mechanic goes above and beyond, saw him wiping extra grease off my tire and even silicon my center cap that was loose without me asking. Will definitely be coming back anytime I have any other issue. Ask for John to work on your car and you won't be disappointed.

This is the second location for the owner of Electron, Chris, who is an AWESOME human. It is managed by an equally AWESOME human, Joe Jones. It is so nice knowing I can completely trust these young men to be honest and take care of any problems that come up with my car.
What can I say, I’m amazed by the level of professionalism and the accuracy of this place. Five + stars I would give more if I could. They made a big change in mine and my husbands lives. Since late November 2021 my husband Infiniti Q50 has been down. It would drive 40 or below and would stall out if it was driven any faster. It would lose all power and drive horrible. Many things were replaced and it was taken to the Infiniti dealer, where they suggested to replace EMC and engine harnesses estimating around $15,000. It was unbelievable for a car we only had a while. All these issues were stressful. Infiniti replaced the EMC and the car still ran horrible. I suggested to take it here and it was taken in right away no wait time. Found out there was nothing wrong with the original EMC and the replace one was making the car have more issues . Fisk put back on the original EMC and then recommend what the issue might have been. They braced use for the worse situation of $2,500+ repair and recommended a full Diagnosis first. After being dropped off on Thursday 5/5 it was ready to be picked up 5/11. The best call we have had in a long time. It was READY and RUNNING. With less than half the price we were originally estimated from Fisk. After 6 MONTHS IT WAS FINALLY DRIVABLE ! It was passed around from mechanic to mechanic no one could figure it out. Fisk was the best ones we found. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place . I’m forever thankful for them making it possible to get this car back out on the streets. My Chrysler 300c will be coming here next when it has issues. Trustworthy people !
