Ali is the best! I was doing an install on a starter; however, we were stuck on a bolt. I called Ali Sunday morning, and he came to help me right away. He explained to me what was wrong and finished the install.

Ali was a lifesaver! We barely made it to AutoZone to get a battery check but were told it was something else and it was after all the local shops had closed.
