Driver of a white tow truck with "Golden West Towing Equipment" on the side of it with the licens plate 11563n2 pushed me into incoming lane of traffic and when i beeped at him he chased me for 15 minuites. While chasing me he screamed profanities and tried to get me to stop and fight him. Description of the driver: Old man with white beard.

This place it's scam and fraudulent place Hector fathers and Hector junior this people both their are unprofessional and disgusting persons both are some fabulous scammed switch and bit law changes prices after you realize you need the equipment hight not this avoid alls costs with them they will play with us small business but they don't do this on bigger companies will see how this goes be aware on this place go somewhere
First impressions were met. Everything and everyone was more than 5 stars here. When I arrived, i was greeted in the parking lot. Escorted into the service dept. We talked about my concerns with my truck and after 5 minutes, into the bay it went. Timely repair and walked through the process while they were working it. Beautiful trucks coming off the assembly line. Wow......thanks to Golden West.
We purchased a used roll back from Troy and GWTE. As we are located out of state, the entire transaction was done over phone and email. Troy was easy to deal with and proved to be a man of his word. The experience was better than we expected and the truck was better than we were hoping for! Troy kept us updated and informed during the transport, also. Excellent customer service and integrity.
Bought our second heavy wrecker from Golden West In Dec 2019,. We didn’t fly out to look at it and Marc Richan was asked if any major work was performed. An hour after the truck crossed into Canada a colleague asked if this thru k was ever rolled. After looking at the truck we found 8 signs of it being laid over, either the guys at Golden West have no idea what they’re talking about or they only care a out selling trucks. After a few attempts of reaching out to Golden nobody could care less about getting back to us, even Toro Towing wouldn’t return my phone call requesting the paint code. Very disappointed in the way this all worked out, we would have passed on this unit if we had seen the actual condition, Shame on you Marc and Golden West, burn us once it won’t happen again!
