LIARS AND WILL LIE TO BUY TIME WITH ZERO ACTION. THEIR DRIVER DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND LEFT IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING.
OPENED A CASE WITH AAA AND THEN CONNECTED WITH ALLEN, DAVID AND ANDREW. THEY SEEM NICE ON THE PHONE BUT AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS, THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUE, FIXED MY CAR, OR EVEN PAID ANY SORT OF COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES.
THEY ASK FOR ESTIMATES TO BE EMAILED TO THEM SO THAT THEY CAN HANDLE IT, BUT NOTHING BUT TALK AND ZERO ACTION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (NOT) DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR MANAGEMENT OF THIS ORGANIZATION
Even though I did not end up getting my car towed by KO Towing they still left a great impression. Aram and the dispatch team were quick to respond gave me clear pricing and genuinely checked in to make sure I was safe. That kind of care and communication goes a long way especially compared to some other companies I reached out to like Bee Towing and I-10 Towing whose pricing was a joke. KO was professional fair and focused on helping me not just getting paid. Huge props to the team for being responsive honest and looking out for both me and my car. Appreciate you all, and even though I did not end up getting my car towed by KO Towing they still left a great impression! Would choose them for sure! They had a driver even on standby to make sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner as well! That was a first!
Charles Sims, towing driver from KO Towing & Recovery picked up my vehicle this morning (10:40am) and towed it to Redlands, CA. Charles was professional, gentle demeaner and knowledgeable. He made the experience easy. I wished there were more people like him. He introduced himself, shook my hand, and walked me through the entire process.

This was the 2nd tow company assigned by AAA when the first company failed twice to show up. KO employee Eric (on work shirt) or Ricardo (shown on AAA tracker) arrived quickly and towed my car to the mechanic. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about my vehicle from him. I wish AAA would have assigned KO Towing and Recovery in the first place. This is a reliable company with great communication from the driver.
