There’s no way to do a negative rating but I would say -10. Horrible service, requested a tow service and they change the prices drastically and then when called back it doesn’t let you connect the call back. You have to literally call from a different phone. Then they hanged on me because they refuse to help me. Horrible service, waited almost 3 hours to get double price.
Called them around 11:30 in the morning and told them I needed a car towed. They quoted me 45 minutes. I called an hour and half later and was told the truck would be here in 5-10 minutes. Half hour after that I called again and was told the tow truck died on the highway and they’re sending another truck. 2 hours later no tow truck in sight, and I ended up canceling. I’ve been lied to before but these people are straight up dis-honest with their time estimations. This isn’t a tow truck company, it’s a brokerage that auctions jobs out. Don’t use them.
Bad experience and horrible service in general, we waited over 2 1/2 hours over the 30-45 min time given to us. Called multiple times for updates and was placed on hold for 20 min, was told the driver would contact us but never received a call. When finally connecting I was told they were very busy and too busy explain the issue and was hung up on. Terrible customer service overall, rude, would not recommend.

Called for a tow that I needed super quick and would pay out of pocket even though I have AAA. I was given a 45 minute ETA. Called backed after an hour and 15 min only to be told it was cancelled because the notes read that the driver called me and I said I no longer needed the tow. Totally wrong. I urged the dispatcher to have the driver screenshot the phone call details of what time and how long because no one ever called me. The dispatcher said she would dispatch another driver, but ETA would be the same all over again. No thank you. At this point, I’ll call AAA and wait for the their slow tow instead. Don’t waste your time with this company.

so Nick came this morning to save the day after a been stuck on the side of the freeway for 3 hours he was polite and did great job towing me to the nearest body shop on a holiday
Wait time was not communicated well. Driver stated they are hired through dispatchers and they commonly give incorrect wait time. Driver was patient and helpful even did the best he could to get it in a tight space. Price was decent.
Homie came through did his thing helped me open up that window and door didn't have to show him no I.D no ownership or nothing I just said this car right here boss he even helped me turn off the alarm system after real recognize real he the goat
Man I’m terrible with names, but it was a red Hino. Very friendly person. Took great care loading and unloading my car. Safe driver. I will definitely use them again, even though I hope I don’t have to. Thanks!
Guy did an amazing job with towing my car that had its wheels stolen. He was very friendly and had excellent service. He did his job with great efficiency and I can’t recommend him enough!

Straight up extortionists. Tried to charge me $950 for a 6 mile tow. They threatened to impound my car when I asked for a fair price and I had to get the police involved before they would budge on their ridiculous $950 price. All the positive reviews for this company have to be fakes. CALL ANYONE ELSE.
I had a great experience with this company I got stuck in the middle the road was broken axle Java came in 30 minutes to take me to the shop was polite friendly nice gray truck I did with Amanda and I forgot to mention great customer service
This is a very dishonest company who take advantage of your desperate situation. They double the charge they agreed to charge you initially, right after they load the car on the tow-truck. Even if you want to cancel the service they will charge you for the cancellation fee. By that time they already have the credit card information so they will charge you at their will. They are plain extortionists
