Absolutely disappointed with this company — specifically with an employee named Victor. This guy is single-handedly ruining the reputation of the business. He promised me a moving truck three times and bailed each time with a different excuse. Total lack of professionalism. When I called back, he even picked up and pretended not to be Victor. Who does that? It’s honestly pathetic.
I’m posting this review not only to warn others — be careful if you’re thinking of dealing with this company — but also to urge the business owners to take a hard look at who they’ve hired. I know how much effort it takes to build a business, and it’s sad to watch someone destroy that from the inside.

This business is no longer the honest professional kind it used to be . They change prices and time on you in the last minute. Absolutely unreliable. Customer service run by someone named Victor who’s skills are definitely the worst. Stay away from this company or they’ll screw up your deal for an extra buck.
Called to get a car towed and they said I need to call the police department for some reason. Called the police department and they said that I didn't need to call them. These guys don't even know how to do their job. No wonder your rating is trash.
Extremely reasonable price and very professional. Mora was able to get my broken down car from Anaheim back to Bakersfield within 15 minutes of me getting home. I was in a dire strait so far from home but Anaheim Fullerton Towing made a very bad situation a little more palatable. Thank you

This place is a disgrace , the night of 1/29/2024 the police called me saying someone stoled my car out the tow place … and then they accuse me of stealing my own car …how tf do you allow someone to walk past the gate and literally drive off with my car… then accuse me … a whole civil lawsuit is coming your way my belongings was in the car !! It’s no telling what was taken
Between them and the police I got the run around. They also wouldn't let me get into my property because there was no suffix.

The woman was exceptionally supportive until the matter of payments arose. My intention was simply to inspect the condition of my car and retrieve some personal belongings. However, I refrained from doing so since the vehicle was declared totaled, and my insurance was expected to handle its removal. Subsequently, she abruptly departed, returning to her desk. The entire office then seemed to overlook my presence for about 30 minutes until I eventually received assistance.
They impounded my car which wss with all my belongings every piece of clothes and shoes and other stuff they wont let me get my property says i gotta go to apd to get a release of property and i went and the lady at the desk was dumb telling me that i can only get my belongings if my name was written on it with what is this kindergarden or wat im 46 yes old sorry I dont write my name on all my property thats just plain stupid unless i was hanging around shady people I probly would but im not so now im gonna loose every damn thing that i own and all my pets things also even my purse and keys to my storage gone that towing place bites the big one so does apd oh and its 65$ storage fee per day that your car is sitting there and for them to release your vehicle to you first you gotts go to the police dept and pay 170$ for a vehicle release paper if you dont get that first you are not getting your car there both a bunch of robbers if you ask me 170 for a paper to get your car and then whatever they bill you at the tow truck place here i was living in my car I have no one to lend me money to get my car out now I'm in the streets in a wheelchair with my emotional support cat thanks to this compaNy and apd and now yhe company is trying to sue me for almost 3 grand for storing my car after they've already gotten rid of all my belongings which I had alot of nice new and not cheap stuff in my van they took my security and safe place along with everything I ownand sold my van at auction and left me and my animals on the street literally and have the odasity to still try and collect money after all I lost because of them and apd I tried to get my car out and had the money exactly to get it out minus the paper and 200$ but they would t do it and auctioning the car off they got the 1000 and something back and then they doubled the amount that I had owed wat a rip off and scandalous company they need to be shut down
Do NOT use this service! My father in law needed an emergency tow for a large truck and called this place because the website says 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We wer told that they have no one available until 2 pm!! It was 7am when he needed the tow! Maybe they should change their website for false advertising. I noticed ln their website they ONLY post the 5 star reviews which aren’t a lot and on here, the 1-star reviews outweigh the 5’s, don’t be fooled! Needless to say, he found another service that was super quick and helped him out without hassle.
I feel they should give more info when trying to get personal items from a vehicle. I called before going, never was I told I couldn't take someone to assist me unloading my daughter's car as she wasn't available(only 1 persons allowed!!) nor was I told that I would have only 20min to get everything out. Am pretty sure I left something behind. but I felt so rushed. Luckily the guy who walked me back to the car, helped me. God bless him!! thank God they loan a wagon to help unload...that was good thing.
I really don't understand why they make things way more difficult than they have to be. It's like they try to make make it impossible to get your vehicle out so they can charge you the most. They had me jumping through hoops just so I could get my house keys from my motorcycle. They absolutely needed my registration to pick up JUST my house key in my wrecked bike . But I couldn't provide it cus I had no access to my apartment. SMH. My ID and insurance card weren't enough, they said... long story short I got my keys 3 weeks later from the other person's insurance adjuster. Unbelievable...
They are THIEVES. When I got my vehicle back all of my belongings where thrown around my car, and for some reason my battery was disconnected. My car is not starting or functioning properly and I am worried there is items missing from my car. I will be contacting Placentia PD to see what they have to say about the situation
They will get debit card info first thing and even when I called 5 mins later and I told them I figured it out. They said I wouldn’t get charged unless driver was there, lied and still charged me. Crooks!!
Car got stolen, they tow it and they want 1000 and pink slip to resolve problems. I called the office and a get a super rude person either I pay or go to collection. No other way to resolve problems. What a scam this is.
No problem with person who did the towing. My brother-in-law was hit by a driver running a red light. His SUV was totaled. The next day I drove my sister to get their belongings from the vehicle. She was very shaky from the stress of the wreck etc. I was there to help her. The man who finally came to take us to the suv was very rude. He said he could only take one person back. He could have been polite but was so rude. He was rude the entire time. Another man came looking for my sis and I told him someone had taken her to car. This man went and took over from first one thank goodness. He was polite, patient and helpful. The first man was Amberto. The 2nd was Pablo. He was a blessing. Not everyone has their car towed for doing something wrong. No need to make a stressful situation worse. My sister did not deserve the treatment she got from Amberto. Thank you Pablo for treating her with respect,and kindness.
I gave it a 4 atar because they make you pay $75.00 property release on the weekends just ti get your personal stuff out. We went Saturday June 25 abd if we waited until Monday there would have been no charge at all. But waiting two more days would have costed more in impound fees per day. .....UGH!!
They were there in a short time. Had my vehicle hooked up and ready to go in about 5 minutes.Driver and office personnel were very professional. Will not hesitate to use again.
I called for service. The guy said we have no one available at this time and hung up on me. Called back to see when they may have a truck available and the guy put me on hold and never came back. Not the best customer service in my opinion.
Great guys here. Took care of my vehicle when it was reported stolen. Tell you cadet to tell them not to charge you is you're picking it up the same day.
Staff was very considerate and friendly. Their rates were pretty good for a town yard. No one ever WANTS to deal with a place like this when your car is impounded! But these folks were really decent.
Employees were very friendly and made it easy to get the stuff left in my car after an accident. One of the employees was really good about using gender neutral pronouns! They also made sure I didn't forget to give permission for the car to be released to the insurance.
Some of the employees were terribly RUDE and not very helpful. Others seemed as though they would like to be helpful, but were forbidden. My car was hit and then towed to their lot. They staff grilled me about my status, I believe because they feared I was some low life with no insurance who was planning to clear out the car and "dump" it on them. They were down right INSULTING.. In fact, it was totaled and my insurance company instructed me to remove everything so they could pick it up for their investigation in order to go after the other insurance company. None of this should concern the tow company, but I had to defend myself as if I were some criminal in order to gain access to my own property. Once they finally allowed me access they would not allow my husband to help me transfer the items. I am disabled and had a recent spine surgery. Every step of the way dealing with them was DIFFICULT and UNPLEASANT. They had a general POOR ATTITUDE, had me jumping through hoops, and to top it off they FAILED to release my car to my insurance company after I went down in person to provide authorization. I suspect it was a sneaky ploy to stretch out the days of storage and therefore the fees. These are the type of folks that give the tow industry a bad reputation.
All I can say is Dee and Bill were so amazing! Dee was so nice and very caring. I couldn't be more pleased. Getting in an accident is hard enough. Glad I had the best of the best helping me with my car. If I could id give this place ten stars!
Money hungry thieves want to charge $75 to go inside my car to get my registration. Website says its open 24 hrs and when I got there they told me its after hours. Miseed lead information needs to be changed. Just got out of the hospital and need to deal with this nonsense!
Had my commercial truck towed from Anaheim to Lancaster. After calling around they were the most reasonable on price by far. They were there in under an hour to pick up my truck. The driver was very professional and friendly. They really helped me out. No complaints anywhere. I would easily recommend them for a commercial tow. A+++
Waaaaaaayyyy overrated!!!!! They charged a full 48 hour charge when the vehicle was only there less than 24 hours. I asked why and you know their lame excuse of it's "standard policy" Yeah I'm sure it is standard for you jerks to continue to rip people off. Took waaaay too long to get it back to me. Only when I made a stink by honking my horn repeatedly at the gate. Then it was blatantly obvious that they had rummaged through everything since nothing was in the place it was in before it was towed!! My husband was missing tools as well of course. Avoid these money hungry opportunity seeking thieves. Try putting the $ back into your sorry business, it needs to join us in the millennium. Avoid at all costs!!!
Very disappointed in your service (or lack thereof). Called at 2:30 pm on Thursday, waited and called again at 3:45, I believe Joan said 30 min., called again at 4:40 (I know the times, because, it was on my phone) she said 30 min. I said, you Guy's already said that! Now, I'm paying my Guy overtime and you still have not showed up and it's 6:00pm.
This morning I locked my keys in the car. Having no idea what to do, I googled Anaheim Towing and this company was on the top of the list. I called and they told me someone would be out to help me in a half hour and was going to charge me $65. It seemed a little steep but I just wanted someone to get there soon because I needed to get to work.
30 minutes passed and I called to see what happened to the guy. I was told he would be there in 15 minutes.
15 minutes later still nobody. I called again and this time I was told that the driver needed to go back to the yard to get another truck. Terrible communication. They should have told me upfront so I wouldn't have to waste my time waiting. After being told it would take another 15 minutes I told them to forget it and I would call another company.
For less than what they would charge me to get my keys, I signed up for AAA and 15 minutes later I was in my car on my way to work. I would avoid this company. They are not worth your time or money.
