I asked for a flatbed tow truck,to get towed off freeway, after waiting 2.5 hrs dispatch sent a heavy duty tow truck, so driver helped me change tire,no tow was needed,still got charged over $ 200.00 dollars.
Good communication with the company from initial call through pickup, driver was very professional and personable, tow rate was very affordable and the pickup and drop-off were on time as promised. Very satisfied with this company, would use them again and recommend them highly.
These guys were on time, giving up to date info prior to getting to my place. They were prepared to tap into my 12v batter to get my Tesla out of the garage since it died there. Once they got it out they were so quick getting it on the flatbed and gone to the service center. Very professional, polite and fast. Overall I would use these guys again.
I needed my truck pulled out of the mud. I called two towing companies before them, and both were not customer-oriented at all and asked a bunch of unnecessary questions. Terrible customer service. This towing company took my money and then changed the pickup time with no respect and no communication. I was left waiting while they kept giving me excuses instead of doing their job. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend this company to anyone — save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Quick service after waiting hours for AAA they didn’t have a truck big enough to tow my f350 but Alberto’s towing handled it quickly and professionally. Would use them again.
Got stranded on the I-15 and needed a tow. Great service. Operator was really kind over the phone. Told me my tow truck would arrive in 15 minutes and it did. Tom, my driver was quick to get my car hooked on and get us back on the road. Really nice guy. I would highly recommend this towing service to anyone.

I made an appointment to have a container towed for 1130am, I was told the driver would call me when he was 15 minutes away. At noon I call to find out the eta of the driver only to be put on hold then hung up on. I called back and was told the driver was in “chino, in traffic” I asked for a specific ETA since he was 30 minutes late already. After being put on hold again I was told it would take 2 hours minimum to arrive. What’s the point of making appointments if you’re going to show up 3 hours late. Abysmal.
I spoke to four different people on the phone making arrangements and each one of them was friendly, professional and eager to help me with my request. The tow truck driver, Jesus, was also a very nice person. I had to get a rental car from the Santa Ynez airport and the rental had to be returned to that airport. I live in Long Beach so it would have been a big inconvenience to drive it back to Santa Ynez. Alberto’s had the best price I could find. It’s not a cheap venture but it was worth it.
One of these trucks was driving up the 55N to 5S around 7:40AM today, driving so reckless, changing multiple lanes without signaling and also going 90mph. So unsafe and can seriously hurt someone! Be aware of these crazy drivers, they need to get their licenses revoked.
17 minutes ago New On 9/24/25 approximately 1:15-1:20pm in the mobile Home Country Club, the tow truck was going to tow my 4Runner WITH MY 5 YEAR OLD INSIDE, VEHICLE ON, and WINDOWS DOWN!! I left the truck parked outside because I needed to take one of our vehicles outside to park in the street, as I parked my truck over I noticed the young man driving the tow staring at me, leaving my truck parked in front of our mobile home. I didn’t take more than 30sec to start moving the cars when the tow truck was already with the metal part to town under my truck. I told him he was going to tow with my son inside. The young man NEVER apologized, rather backed up to check if my son was really inside.
I understand you’re a business, but I would recommend for future tows, to inspect the situation and perhaps check if there’s a person inside, SPECIALLY A MINOR, to prevent any legal issues.
Very reliable and helpful. Arnold helped me today and was spectacular. My car was in a very tight spot and he was very patient and had no problem dealing with it and getting it out safely. If you get him, you’re lucky and in good hands!
A driver was sent with the wrong equipment, my driver waited for 6 hours for them to complete a job and correct their mistake . Our chassis was damaged by their driver and the owner was rude
Just used Alberto's towing for the first time, and they are very knowledgeable. They help you through the entire situation, and provide great service with great rates. Will definitely be using them again for any future needs!
Had them tow my sports bike off the freeway and this guy strapped down both my crash cages so tight on each side. He strapped down one side so much that the cage is now damaged. When I brought it up to him about how tight he’s strapping it and how you can see the crash cages bending off the frame of the bike and his response was “I do this all the time” and proceeds to take pictures of my crashed fairing near my headlight like Im accusing him of that lol. Don’t use these guys for motorcycle towing unless you want your shit broke. Oh and also this guy charged me $200 for a tow when I was the one who pushed the bike on and off the truck and held the bike there for him to strap it down. Isn’t a tow truck supposed to do the towing?? Should have been $100 if you gonna make me do the work. Thought you “do this all the time” but can’t do it yourself.
I needed my car towed. However I waited almost 2 hours and the tow truck never showed up. Gave a call back for an update. Sophie the call operator was not professional whatsoever. She sounds like she hates her job. I gave her the address location to the destination and got a quote of $220. I agreed to pay in cash. Overall, this was my first frustrating encounter.
Car broke down on the side of I-5 at midnight recently. Got matched with Alberto's thru my insurance. They took ~1.5 hours to arrive. I was anxious and kept calling them multiple times but they never got annoyed and reassured me patiently each time.
Michael from the company who towed my car, was excellent. He calmed me down properly, gave me a lot of confidence and he took very good care of my car while loading it up for towing. He drove us back home along with the car at 2 am. I couldn't have asked for more.
