owner ship is horrible. worst experiece ever. even made fun of me for combat ptsd after i erupted on the owner for lying, missing an agreed upon time to discuss relenquishing my vehicle to them. The worst company to recieve help from Had to get a lawyer involved. ended up paying them 1400 to take my vehicle, they did nothing as filing with the dmv and the car is still undeer my name even thou i filed release of liability with the DMV. veteran owned or not this is the worst company top to bottom
Driver picked up my ranger rover and said they did not pick up any vehicle. We have them on camera. They said they got hacked and now my vehicle is stolen/ missing.
Had my engine explode at 10:00pm on my truck and at the time had absolutely no money for a tow, only needed to go 1 mile but they were 30 miles away. Long story short these guys drove out towed me and are letting me pay them back. The tow truck driver took extra care and even gave me a lift as well. Will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them! It’s good to know that there are still companies out there with morales and integrity as well as compassion especially with the current economy.
James provided me with much needed reassurance. He was kind, compassionate, and patient with providing solutions to getting my vehicle unstuck. If I could give him 11 stars out of 10, I would. Thanks James!

This is a scam towing company and do not do business with them. They will hold your car hostage and they ask you for crazy prices.. I had a lawsuit against them against them. And I’ve won the case . If you have any issue with them, you can also file the lawsuit in Santana courthouse and they already have a record of this company.
If you do more research, this company has no insurance and license.
I’ve been at the office to follow up about my car and they called police and reported me as a trespasser to their facility. That’s how they treated the customer.
Report them and put This company out of business they don’t deserve to be in business
I was this company through my car insurances roadside assistance. I just needed help with a flat tire that I had noticed after working a 12 hour shift. The person that came to help me said he couldn’t get the tire off of my car bc of a combo of rust and that my tire had “seized around the rotors”. He was pulling and pulling and pulling and couldn’t get the tire off. He asked me about humid storage temperatures that my car has been in and basically claimed there’s nothing he could do, he can’t put my spare on my car. I should call me insurance company back and put in a new request for my vehicle to be towed by them instead. An hour later, my husband arrived and removed my tire and put the spare on my car …. My husband doesn’t work on cars or have any extensive experience with automobiles beyond the basics. He said that based off of the tightness of them, it felt like only 2 or 3 of my 5 lugnuts had even been removed when the veterans employee e attempted to take my flat tire off. There were still more lugnuts in place, which is why the tire didn’t come off. Long story short…. I felt the person who came to help me rushed through the process and wanted to take the more expensive way out instead of just providing the service I had asked for. Either that or he was careless/ not knowledgeable. Hard to tell which but i wasted 3 hours and almost wasted 150$ on an unnecessary towing service. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is bc I was told it would take 90 min for them to arrive and it only took 30.
The owner was highly unprofessional, rude, threatened to keep my car, charge extra and make we wait longer than it should have been to pick up my car. I had to make a police report and complain to the company who hired him.
This business is the definition of a scam. Incredibly predatory, just watching and waiting for you to make a mistake to swoop in . If you see a sign posted with their name on it on any business parking lot, avoid that area at all cost. Their tactics of business are cutthroat with no warning. They will leave a bad impression on any business that hires them.
We got it through Allstate, worst experience ever. They told us the wait will be an 1 1/2, it’s been almost 3 hours and we’re still waiting. They lied and told us it was traffic when In fact the truck they were sending turned around to go back to the shop because of “car trouble” and the other truck was coming all the way from another county. They weren’t going to let us know the truth about the situation, they were going to let us sit off the side of the freeway for another 3 hours. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GO WITH SOMEONE BETTER PLEASE
Very unprofessional company. My car was towed away last night and has not reached its destination up until this moment! The driver promised to drop it off at the dealership and leave the keys there, he ended up taking it to the towing parking instead WITHOUT informing us about it. Since 9 am today we are trying to figure out where our car is. And the staff has the audacity to hang up on us when we call. So much for customer care/support or let alone human respect and dignity. If this is even ur last resort don’t use this company!
Before Mercedes-Benz's roadside assistance service sent the Veterans, I was wasted a whole day by several other towing companies because they could not provide trolley services.
In particular, James and his colleagues were very professional and friendly, they answered and explained my questions during this process patiently, and installed and transported my car to the designated location safely and quickly.
If your car needs to be treated professionally, of course I must recommend this towing company and James, they will let you experience comfortable towing service under very annoying circumstances.
The drivers were rude and lacked communication skills. Literally just dropped my car and left didn't even hand me the keys. One guy told me to go back inside and go to sleep, ummm no I want to make sure it was done right. Extremely unprofessional. I will never use them again, and you shouldn't either. FIND ANOTHER TOW COMPANY
I needed a tow on a Sunday afternoon to the shop. They were super accommodating, came on time and also offered to drop the keys for me so I didn't have to go with him. That is what I call customer service! Not only did he drop it off but he took pictures and called to let me know exactly where the car was located and what he had done with the keys. We will definitely be using veterans Towing again!! Thanks very much!!
This company is taking advantage of people during the pandemic and charging people exorbitant amounts to get the car from their storage. I cant believe this company charged me $545.00 for towing my car from Irvine to their storage in orange (14 Miles Away). The car stayed for less than 12 hours and when I called to ask about the extra and excessive fees, the manager (Ryan) hang up on me. This company is a "scam" and are price gouging to taking advantage of people during the Pandemic. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General. If you get charged excessive fees from this company, please file a complaint as well. THIS NEEDS TO STOP AND TWOING COMPANIES MUST GET REGULATED!
Yesterday, after turning down 2 other offers for "Roadside Service" from an insurance policy I pay supcicily to help me, finally they sent the best, most professional, most respectful young man from Veterans Towing Service (James).
There aren't enough words to describe the professional, respectful, skilled Man that came to my rescue. Retired Military, humble, kind. There is NO end to describe this Wonderful Human.

On our way to Rosarito this Friday my Transmission went out on us. I called Allstate for my road side assistance they called Veterans Towing. Soon after Mikie called me regarding the estimate Allstate had given me. Mikie stated it was going to be a little more than what I was quoted but told me. I was a bit unhappy but he said I would call Allstate to see what they could do. I was happy he said that. He called me back said they did help me out a little more and told me what the difference was witch was a big help. So they sent Moses to pick us and my Tahoe up. From the first call from him I felt a relief that we were in great hands especially after how helpful Mikie was. Moses introduces himself to us with a big smile loaded my Tahoe on his flat bed. And it was a great experience even though what we went through. The drive was long back home but he got us there safe. If your wondering Yes we still made it to Rosarito but on another truck I truly want to say I appreciate all you guys for your professionalism you don’t get that very often. I called veterans towing to come jump my battery when I was stranded at the hospital. I was on vacation and was lucky enough to choose this place. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional and they arrived very quickly.
GEICO sent Veterans Towing driver and he also works dispatch. I forgot his name and im sorry because this Veteran Marine took care of me in a professional and courteous as expected from squared away Marine.
I really appreciate the fact they were at my location only 20 minutes. I felt like we served together for years.

My vehicle was towed from one body shop to another using veterans towing and my vehicle was basically ransacked. They stole between 2-300 dollars worth of property before I had a chance to remove it. When I called them and asked about it they were super defensive and unwilling to work with me.
Great towing service, veteran owned and operated and as a veteran myself I love seeing companies run just like this. Super response time, even when they were given my old address (from insurance company) I updated the driver and they had a truck to me in no time.
I’ve never used this towing service, however I came across one of your drivers at the four way stop on La Palma and Valencia around 4:10pm today. Another truck and I were going through the intersection and the tow driver (who’s turn it definitely was not) let the truck and I about halfway through the intersection when he decided to make his turn and cut the truck off next to me and almost smashed into me. There was no sticker on the truck to call about their driving so I’ve resorted to leaving a review. Had this tow driver plowed into the truck or me this would have been a much worse situation for your company.
My family and I were on our way to San Antonio for vacation and our alternator went out and the car wouldn't run. We called Veterans Towing. Joey towed us to the nearest auto parts store and he even lent us tools to fix the car. He was very helpful, kind and professional! The price was reasonable also! Thank you! I recently used Veterans Towing to tow my 1/2 ton truck 14 miles. I liked their reviews and the fact it is veteran owned. I was not quoted a price or any of the costs when I called and unfortunately for me, I did not ask. I was given a bill by the driver for $314.00 with no explanation or breakdown of the costs.
I immediately called their dispatch and spoke to an owner. He was not able to explain the cost other than telling me his tow trucks cost $110K, you were in a parking garage and the driver was with you for 2 hours (actually 90 minutes). His truck fit easily in the parking garage and I had already pushed my truck out of the parking space for easy access. I actually had to lower the light bar on the truck as the driver had no idea how to do it.
He referred me to their website where he said that their fees are clearly listed. Their prices have been updated (increased) since my truck was towed 6/1/18. I paid the driver that night but certainly did not feel good about how it happened. I asked for and received a detailed invoice the following day that added up to $313.90 and included a $150 charge for labor.
Since then I have called no less than 5 tow companies in Anaheim, all of which clearly explained their rates up front. In each case they were significantly less than Veterans Tow. The lowest was $116.00, the highest was $205.00 and the average of the other three is $155.00. Not one of the five other companies charged any extra for being in a parking structure. I am still not sure why Veterans charged me $150 in labor on top of the other fees.
On a positive note, the driver was polite, professional and was careful towing my truck.
I wouldn't be here right now if I would have asked how much it was going to cost. I feel that not explaining fees and potential added costs upfront is suspect. Every other tow company that I called, gave quotes upfront. Veterans Tow told me their rates were competitive with other tow companies. That is not what I found after calling five other companies.
Veterans Tow can charge whatever they want for their services. The market will decide if they succeed. Just remember that you have many choices and it could save you a significant amount of money if you shop around.
Just a quick note to let you all know that I had a wonderful experience with the veterans tow driver. A US Marine veteran Assisted me in getting my truck back home. If very good experience and excellent customer service.
