Hi there,
I came to Toyota Buena Park about two months ago because I had a nail in my tire. I was struggling with the Toyota location closer to me in Anaheim due to poor customer service.
At Toyota Buena Park, the experience was completely different. They provided excellent customer service and processed my warranty quickly — everything was handled within minutes.
Since then, I’ve been bringing my vehicle there for all my maintenance services. No problems at all. They are straight to the point, professional, and very polite. They always do their best to assist you every step of the way.

This was my first time visiting this location (Buena Park) for service, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I called ahead specifically to schedule an appointment and avoid any confusion, yet the initial phone call was frustrating—I had to repeat myself multiple times, and the information was still repeated back incorrectly.
When I arrived, it felt like a complete bait-and-switch, as the details I was given over the phone did not match what I was told in person. To make matters worse, Marilynn Albarrán the service advisor, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, she told me I could “take it elsewhere” if I was unhappy.

"THE SERVICE CENTER" has been a nightmare. I bought my supra last week and sadly ran over nails a couple days after and the service center refuses to replace my tires. They'll gladly charge me 1000$ for the tires even though I BOUGHT the wheel and tire package. Ive called to get this issue resolved and I have not heard back from them.

skip this place. Save your time and energy. The service is horrible, unacceptable and inconsiderate. Find a place that is actually proactive and gets back to you asap. I left multiple messages here and zero response back. I had to forcefully show up in person and even then were extremely inconsiderate andnon empathetic. You’re welcome .

I've always been skeptical bringing my vehicle to dealerships because of worrying about upselling things I felt wasn't needed for my car. Anthony has always been a great host by making it easy to schedule services and telling it how it is. I will always use him. Yesterday, Anthony was tied up so his colleague Roberto helped us with a recall on our Rav4. He also made the experience super easy, did only what they needed to do, and set up a shuttle to bring me back to the dealership. I appreciate people like these two who actually care about their job and taking care of customers. Thanks again guys!

Mr. Lee and Christopher "Toda" took good care of my car service appointment this morning. The quote on the estimate of the work to be done was spot on . So, thank you for having a dedicated service writing staff. They were professional and courteous. This is why I am a repeat service customer.

All of the peoples near by was shocked.

After that another Ugly Guy come to me "Do not come to this AutoNation toyota dealer any more"

Service was nice and efficient. Advisor went to check in my car, went over my service contract and gave me details of when it expires. I waited a couple hours as promised and i got my car just in time to pick up my kids. All in all service was as expected.

Got my Toyota Camry SE Hybrid serviced here. Went smoothly, great customer service. They answered all my questions and clarified details to ensure I understood. Would definitely be coming back for the next service. I did purchase the Toyota Service Care which is a prepaid maintenance plan with roadside assistance for $330 for two years and unlimited miles (5 services).

I received excellent service when I went in for my six month check. The service has been waiting on me, answered all my questions very clearly so that I understood what was going on. He handled things for me and showed me different things in my car. Highly recommend him to anyone else.

I recently brought my 2025 Toyota Prius PHEV XSE to Toyota AutoNation in Buena Park for my 15,000-mile service, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Even though my appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM, I dropped off my car early at 7:00 AM, and it was completed in less than an hour, which really exceeded my expectations.
My service advisor, Roberto, was very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what was included in the service, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the service coupon and special service pricing—the discounts were a very good deal and made the service even more worthwhile.
The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Overall, I left very satisfied and would definitely recommend Toyota AutoNation Buena Park, especially if you get a chance to work with Roberto. It was very easy to make the appointment and get my vehicle inspected .The process it self was very easy I just wish the associate that help me made it on time since he made me wait 20 minutes while everyone else was served right on time and he was very quiet and not too helpful to explain the process and offer assistance understanding paperwork he was in a rush to get it done other than that very respectful and great listener my car was done very quick and professionally down great job with the tech my props for him and at the end the associate did a great job explaining the fundings and close it up very profesionally and with a smile .I will definitely recommend it and will come back every time to service my car greta service overall .

I came here for a maintenance service and everything was done very quickly. The staff were friendly and professional, and they even sent me a video showing the windshield washer fluid being refilled, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Our Salesperson, Julio, came highly recommended by my daughter and son-in-law who recently purchased their two vehicles and Julio helped them find their vehicles. He was patient with us and offered very helpful information regarding the cars we were looking at. He helped my granddaughter choose the right car. Our Finance person, Jose, was very helpful as well. He walked us through all the paperwork. It was my granddaughter's first experience entering into such an important contract and he was amazing. Thanks for making this a positive experience. Amazing Service from David Park!
I came into Buena Park Toyota frustrated after a bad experience with another service advisor and was honestly ready to take my car to a different dealership. But after speaking with David Park, I decided to give this location another chance and I’m so glad I did.
David took excellent care of my car from start to finish. He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service plan. The difference in professionalism and kindness was night and day. My car was serviced quickly, the work was done right, and I left feeling confident and taken care of.

I never leave reviews but I had the best experience. After having my car totaled in a car accident I came looking for a safe, reliable car for my children. The staff here made me feel heard and they didn’t try to take advantage of me. They were understanding and helped me with any and all questions and needs I had. The car is amazing. I had a costco discount auto membership for 15% but my representative says he included other discounts. I looked at my receipt but it did not reflect his statement for other discounts. I was hoping he would honor my costco authorization letter but dismissed it instead under the pretense other discounts were applied. I did not want to make a big fuss because he already took his stance on the matter. I am a loyal customer and will not be coming to this location to pay lots of money for bad customer service. I would rather pay more at a better location with quality service.

I had an amazing experience working with Michael Ramirez at Toyota Buena Park. He made the entire process of getting my RAV4 incredibly smooth and stress free. From the moment I arrived, he was patient, informative, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than pushing me.

Typically I enjoy my experience here, but my last service was the first time I noticed that I am charged to use a credit card (I did not see this charge on other paperwork). This is out of place for a large establishment - this is no mom & pop. Also, during my second to last service I was told I had tire rot and needed my tires replaced. Took my car to a tire shop where they said there's zero rot and I had at least a year on my tires. During my last service, they didn't even bring up the tires. I think it's time to start looking for a new service location, which is a bummer.

I had my ABS brake system go out on my 2007 Tundra and needed other repairs that i had been putting off. They got me right in without an appointment, though you should always have one. My service rep was Marilynn. She was amazing. Kind , knowledgeable, professional, and all with a wonderful smile. The facility is very clean and comfortable. good experience.

This dealership is less than 4 miles from me so they provided a Uber for me to get home .. I brought my rav4 in because of the message see dealership for engine repair. No codes came up from my usual mechanic and according to web research it said coolant bypass valve is what's wrong this turned out to be the case and was covered under warranty. Naturally they found my front brakes needed servicing although I just bought new tires and was told by the tire store they could go another 3k miles but since car was in the shop I had the brakes serviced at this time. I rarely drive this car so 3k miles would literally be 1 yr but convenient sake made me do repair now

Manny Service Tech is my go to guy. Always very informative and shows he cares about my car. Takes time to explain the details that the mechanic informed him and always very friendly. I own 3 Toyota's. When he sees me coming in he approaches me and asks what can we do for you Mr Rodriguez.

I am very happy with the worked done on my sons 2007 Toyota 4Runner. My service advisor, David Park, was excellent. He explained in detail all that was inspected regarding safety inspections that is recommended to be done at 170,000 miles service. David did not try to hide or add anymore cost that was not needed. He was very thorough and went through everything in details about the service inspection on the car and what was found and done on the car. I trusted his input and felt he was looking out for the best interest of my son car needs, especially regarding safety concerns. I will definitely come back to Toyota Buena Park Service Center. I paid a reasonable price to have a peace of mind knowing my son will be driving around in a car that has genuine Toyota parts and Toyota professional service and care.

Very nice dealership! We had a great experience with our service. Technician was professional and we really appreciated the recording of our car inspection! Never had this offered before at a previous dealership. We used a Costco membership coupon so they are who referred us to this location. We have had several bad experiences at a different dealership and swore we would never go to another dealership again but because Costco referred us we gave it a shot. We were very happy and would return to this dealership.

Big Joe and the Service Team at Buena Park Toyota were absolutely fantastic! They went above-and-beyond to accommodate us quickly and they even did all the work under warranty. My only regret is that I didn't buy the car from them! We'll definitely be back.

I live in Irvine, but when it comes to Toyota service, I always go to Toyota Buena Park!!!!!
Scheduling an appointment was super easy, making it great for planning around kids. They love the playground and free popcorn! The waiting area is perfect for remote work, with a comfortable setup and free coffee—such a nice touch.
The entire service experience, from appointments to repairs and communication, was excellent. Everything was smooth and well-organized.
Definitely a 5-star and extra x 5-star service!!!

Koda is an amazing advisor, checked me in quickly and answered all of the questions I had about my vehicle and upcoming services. 10/10 customer service and even gave me a free car wash coupon. I would come back to this dealer everytime without hesitation. My vehicle was also in and out of service in less than an hour.
