I am very happy with the worked done on my sons 2007 Toyota 4Runner. My service advisor, David Park, was excellent. He explained in detail all that was inspected regarding safety inspections that is recommended to be done at 170,000 miles service. David did not try to hide or add anymore cost that was not needed. He was very thorough and went through everything in details about the service inspection on the car and what was found and done on the car. I trusted his input and felt he was looking out for the best interest of my son car needs, especially regarding safety concerns. I will definitely come back to Toyota Buena Park Service Center. I paid a reasonable price to have a peace of mind knowing my son will be driving around in a car that has genuine Toyota parts and Toyota professional service and care.

Very nice dealership! We had a great experience with our service. Technician was professional and we really appreciated the recording of our car inspection! Never had this offered before at a previous dealership. We used a Costco membership coupon so they are who referred us to this location. We have had several bad experiences at a different dealership and swore we would never go to another dealership again but because Costco referred us we gave it a shot. We were very happy and would return to this dealership.

As a first time customer here, Dave was a great advisor and very transparent about what my car needs and how we can best get my tire fixed (it blew out on the freeway). Definitely will be coming here as my Toyota dealership!

Big Joe and the Service Team at Buena Park Toyota were absolutely fantastic! They went above-and-beyond to accommodate us quickly and they even did all the work under warranty. My only regret is that I didn't buy the car from them! We'll definitely be back.

First let me say I had been to Auto Nation Buena Park twice before and had good experiences each time. But yesterday, whoa! My appointment was for 830am. I got there at 825am. At 850am Dave, my assigned advisor, came over. I went inside. It was really difficult to have a conversation because the door kept opening and closing and the traffic noise was really loud. As it turned out, we had a miscommunication because of the noise, and I did not get the service I needed. I will go need to go elsewhere now. Very irritating. At 935, a full hour and 5 minutes after my appointment time, I went to the lounge area to wait. The TV was not on. Dave turned it on for me, but I couldn't hear it, and there were no subtitles, so the TV was useless. I was told an oil change would take 2 to 2½ hours. At 12:15 I saw my paperwork dropped on Dave's work station. I know this because when he logged in on the computer to input my info, I got an automatic appointment to return. An appointment I did not want nor request. About 5 to 6 minutes later Dave left and met with an incoming customer. At 12:40 he finished with the other customer. I asked him how much longer. He said words to the effect I just got your paperwork and will come get you. This was not true. He chose to stop working on my paperwork to assist the incoming customer. I went to the restroom. When I came back, he was now working on my paperwork. I stood at the counter and waited. At about 1ish, I finally got my car. I needed a new battery for my 2004 Prius key fob. I got the fob and went to the parts department. The gentleman there was unable -- after working at it for maybe 5 minutes -- to figure out how to open my key fob. He gave it back and said he didn't want to break it and couldn't open it. Hr wasn't rude, but he was sullen and unfriendly. So after 21 years of replacing batteries at various dealerships in Sacramento, San Francisco, and now in Orange County, I apparently found the one dealership where I cannot get a battery replaced for my Toyota Prius, so now I have to make another trip to another dealership to get a battery replaced. I will never go back to Auto Nation Buena Park. Ever. I gave 2 stars because I was supposed to have gotten a quote for wiper blades but someone put them on the car instead and Dave gave me a discounted price on them because procedure was not followed. I would otherwise have given them 1 star because there is no zero stars.

I’ll be honest — I walked in with low expectations. My past dealership experiences elsewhere weren’t great, and my usual guy wasn’t available. But I decided to take a chance. Unknown to Toyota, I had already replaced my engine air filter and cabin air filter myself, and I also knew my brakes needed changing. Part of me wanted to test their integrity — would they try to sell me unnecessary “end-of-the-world” services when money is tight? I was helped by Joe at the service desk — solid guy. Respectful, made eye contact, listened, and never brushed me off. He explained everything clearly without pressure. Peter, another service writer, was just as professional and kind. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. I took full advantage of the free WiFi to get work done, plus the coffee, water, and popcorn. I was there for about four hours, but the hospitality and treatment made it a positive experience. In the end, they earned my trust. I would 100% come back — and I encourage anyone who’s had bad past experiences with dealerships to give this location a try.

5 Stars!!! Toyota Buena Park!!! I live in Irvine, but when it comes to Toyota service, I always go to Toyota Buena Park!!!!! Scheduling an appointment was super easy, making it great for planning around kids. They love the playground and free popcorn! The waiting area is perfect for remote work, with a comfortable setup and free coffee—such a nice touch. The entire service experience, from appointments to repairs and communication, was excellent. Everything was smooth and well-organized. Definitely a 5-star and extra x 5-star service!!! A special thanks to Mr. Peter Lee for his outstanding service—our kids appreciate it too!

We recently purchased a Camry and in all the years I have been buying cars this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The salesman Chandler never pressured my wife and I, no up sales, he answered all our questions and the amount he quoted us is what we paid. The finance person Ozzie was just as good. No up sales, he didn't pressure us to buy any extras and we were in and out of his office in 30 minutes. We also got top dollar for trading in our car. Really a great experience. Bob R.

Sang and Peter are great advisors I can tell that they both take their jobs seriously and help one another based from what I saw. Sang is really informative and seems to know very detailed information about my vehicle. I noticed that they were busy and they still took time to asked if I was doing okay while I was waiting on my car. Service was top notch.

I’ve been having my 2023 Tundra serviced for the last 2 years at Toyota Buena Park and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I have my car serviced every 5k miles and I just had my 50k service done. In particular, the service rep, Sang, usually handles my vehicle and is very helpful trying to find me good deals on my service and knows that I like to have my car oil and oil filter replaced every 5k miles. He makes things very easy for me and is very helpful for all of my concerns. He was very helpful with getting my door panel replaced under warranty because it formed a slight gap from a bad plastic clip. For a small gap, he was able to get me a full door panel replacement. That’s good service. He also had my lug nuts replaced for free when the techs noticed they had been stripped. Nice. Sang is also very good about explaining certain service items that I don’t fully understand and helping me decide what’s right for my vehicle at certain time. Thank you Sang and Toyota Buena Park for your superb service over these 2 years!

Koda thammavongsa was my service advisor really helpful and easy to work with. Goes over everything throughout your service and keeps me updated. Been going here for the past couple years and always going to be going to Koda for my scheduled services. My car is well over 200k miles now and no problems while going here.

The Service provided was top notch. My advisor Sang was unbelievable. He ensured that I was kept advised on the status of my repairs. He sent messages to me along the way. It is service like this that makes me not only want to return, but also to refer friends and family to this dealership. A dealership itself was very clean seems also Very comfortable while waiting for service to be completed. Again Sang Is another reason why I feel that the customer service at AutoNation Toyota Buena Park is next level. Every dealership that is part of the AutoNation group should use this location as their standards of excellence. Because of this great service, I will most certainly be back to purchase my next Toyota. However, will not be anytime soon because my truck will continue to run for many years to come. I went in for a routine oil change on May 8th and expected nothing much. I was helped by Sang who was very helpful, he gave me an estimate time and was very cordial and professional with me which I did not expect at all, seeing as there was a very irate customer who lambasted him for it seemed no apparent reason at all before he got to me. I took a seat for what it seemed was an hour or so, and decided to ask Sang what the hold up was, he swiftly went back to go check on my car and came back to apologize for the delay and assured me it wouldn't be too much longer. After the oil change was finished he went through some info with me and he let me know that I actually needed to get I think it was an oil pan or something so replaced which I held off on for the time as I did not have enough money to immediately get that done. I asked for some tips on what I should do and if I should be worried until I get it replaced, and he assured me It wasn't an immediate big deal and sent me over some resources and info on better maintaining my car and what to look out for. After I left I started to second guess myself and got worried so I called in and connected with Sang a couple times with generic questions about my car which I could have probably googled. He assured me that I didn't need to overly worry and he was very helpful in providing information about car maintenance. I was originally going to go for a cheaper option and shop to get work done on my car, but due to my honestly positive interaction with Sang I decided that I'll definitely come back here again for future work. I've never had a positive experience going to dealerships to get work done on my car due to the lack of service and utter disregard from staff, but Sang was definitely a breath of fresh air who went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I'll definitely be back for future work on my vehicle.

Communication with my service writer was very poor. When I told the service writer that his communication needed to be better, he seemed to get upset and told me to only communicate with my sales person for any other information. When I was finally informed my car was ready, I went to the service desk and stood in front of the service writer, and he did not even acknowledge me. He was not on the phone and did not appear to be helping anyone else. After 4-5 minutes, I went to a different service writer who immediately asked me if I needed any assistance. I told her that I was there to pick up my vehicle, she looked at the service ticket and took me back to my service writer that I had originally stood in front of. The service writer finally acknowledged me and had my vehicle brought out. I drive to Toyota of Cerritos for service, which is farther than this Buena Park location, just due to the poor service at this location. I had to use the service here since I purchased a car at this location and the due bill needed to be completed here. Again sales has always been great but service not so much.

Good customer service, facility is well maintained and clean. they have free drinks and popcorn available while you wait and vending machines as well. Love that they take pictures of your vehicle prior to service to keep themselves accountable for any damage that may occur by accident as well as sent pictures of upcoming service recommendations. I got a oil change package when I bought my car in December in which I was skeptical that it was a way for them to convince me to get other repairs but they didn’t try to sell me anything at all and there was no pressure but did send me pictures of my 2 filters which are getting dirty and will eventually need to be replaced but did not try to convince me that they needed to be replaced now which I appreciate. The only con was that even with an appointment the wait time was 2 hours which they explained that Saturday is their busiest day which is understandable. Overall satisfied with service and would recommend.
