Very bad service. I went to buy a hydraulic jack and I didn't use it. The next day I went to return it and a "woman" opened it and broke the box. She told me that it was already used and I hadn't warned her. She was the one who did it. I left it the next day and returned it because they told me it was used. I better picked it up and they returned it to me open and incomplete. It was missing parts. In short, I lost my money. I spoke to the manager and she told me that she couldn't do anything. It was a loss for me. VERY bad service from the staff. I don't recommend it.

I just came to exchange a lightbulb because they gave me the wrong part. Representative Marco seemed very condensending and apprehensive because I inquired about pricing about a lightbulb. Maybe he needs just needs his morning coffee.

Miguel in the front did not give a receipt when I told him I may be back if the part is wrong. So when I came back I could not get my money back. Horrible customer service.

I just wanted to give jessica the manager of this location a massive thumbs up. My battery was having issues Saturday morning and if it was not for her I would have been in a jam. Jessica is so knowledgeable when it comes to parts and cars I absolutely was so thankful for her. She helped me install my new battery and it was quick and easy she is so sweet. Definitely coming back to this location.

At 5:50, I entered the store to start, but no one greeted me. I've been there before, and they usually greet customers upon entry. I got in line, and then Isaac, in an unfriendly tone with a terrible attitude, asked, "How can I help you?" I replied, "I need spark plugs," and provided him with the car information. While he was helping me, another customer approached him and said he needed to exchange a hammer. With a very rude tone, he told the customer, "I can't take something that's already been used," and the customer replied, "I haven't used it." Again, with a defiant look and a rude tone, he said to the customer, "The only thing I can do is exchange it for another one," and the customer said, "That's what I want." He then asked me if I wanted cheap, medium, or good spark plugs, and that's when I called my boyfriend. I had an unpleasant experience with one of the sales representatives named Isaac, who claims to be the store manager. Today, at 6:15 PM, my girlfriend visited the store to purchase some spark plugs for her vehicle. The sales representative rudely asked her for the Make and model of the vehicle. After she responded that it was an Accord, he impolitely questioned her, insisting that it was not the correct model. However, she clarified that it was indeed an Accord. Feeling disrespected, she called me so that I could speak to the representative. When I explained that I needed spark plugs for the vehicle, the representative, Rudy, greeted me with a hostile tone and refused to assist me. I expressed my discomfort with his attitude, and he became defensive and abruptly ended the call. I sincerely hope that this establishment will take measures to improve and discipline their staff, as it is unacceptable to speak to customers in such a manner.

WOW, this place has VERY poor service NO friendly greeting I felt I was a bother calling, over 12mins on hold the I ended up driving over there by the time I drove in the parking lot the counter per finally pick up, to him I was already in the parking lot. We in and there was no one one the counter he was helping and the store had a another employee stocking who could have pick up the phone I SURE MISS PEPBOYS THEY WERE 100%

I was sent from Pep Boys to get a part for my car. The person I was told to see was too "busy" to assist me. I was sold the wrong part twice and had to return 3 times. The 3rd time I had to walk down with the actual part. I just got out of the hospital on Monday but they couldn't bother to go outside and look to see what was the right part. I was so frustrated after the third trip to this store. I didn't give 1 star because the employee who actually tried to help me, seemed to genuinely be trying. I wish there actual service had been better.

Worst customer service ever!!! They barely have any pepper spray laying around. And the female that was there behind the counter seems to be so agitated and annoyed by the questions that she gets by some customers. She’s better off doing something else for a living. I mean she’s got it so why not. And then there is some individual who has tattoos on his neck and he has a staring problem at “men”. Makes you wonder about him you know. Never again at this location it’s too hostile.

Terrible. Customer service nonexistent. Apparently they cannot help you jump your car just outside their store past 5pm cuz only 2 employees on after that. It was humerous watching the unnamed clerk explain to me th3vlogic. Didnt catch his name but the darkish fellow can be found surfing his phone at the counter at 9pm on a Thursday evening at this store. Schedule around. Happy New Years everybody!

When my car's check engine light was on, O'Reilly was the first thought that came to my mind. From experience, every other location was happy to lend an OBD scanner to customers. It's a win-win situation, since we find out what's wrong and usually buy the replacement part from the store. But this location was different. From the moment I walked in, the Hispanic-looking bald guy stared me down without saying a word. I cautiously approached him, didn't want to seem presumptuous, since he didn't signal that he was available. As I approached, he continue to stare. No smile and not one word was spoken. Forcing a smile, I said "Hi! Could I borrow a scanner by any chance?" Still staring, he replied curtly, "We don't have one." Confused, I said "oh...okay." He continued to stare with his dead-pan, skin-headed face as I slowly backed out of the store.

Javier not willing to pull up and apply my O'Reilly's Rewards account so that I may apply points to my small purchase... He said" it's too small an amount and not worth it"... Terrible customer service and lack of promoting the rewards program.. basically I need spend more in the store to get points? Also, he didn't even bother to pull up my part application on what I was looking for all while the store was quiet and there was no customers.

Be careful with this store I bought a life time warranty brakes about 10 years ago, after a few years I went to exchange them under warranty and they gave me different part number brakes so a couple a days ago I went back to exchange them under warranty again and they told me that the part was not the same number and they didn't replace them. So what they did on one of the exchange they gave me a different one so in the future they will have an excuse to stop replacing them, That is a fraud I will never go back to this place they make feel like I was trying to cheat.

I went to O’Reillys to purchase a car battery. The prices were about the same as anywhere else but what I really liked was that their employee Oscar went to the extra trouble of taking my old battery out and putting the new battery in for me. My old battery had been going out on me about a month or two before the warranty ended. That one had been purchased at Walmart who not only wouldn’t give me any kind of deal but they absolutely refused to help me install a battery and they didn’t care that I had a “condition “ either. Walmart was so rude about it that I would never consider them for anything mechanical. Oscar and O’Reillys made it a smooth transaction They are the ones I’ll keep going to

I came to this place to get my check engine light scan and they told me they could not do it due to them just having 2 people working at the moment when there was 3 people in there ! They told us if we wanted to wait 30 minutes until someone else got there so it could be done. There was literally no customers in the store. It serious takes 1 minutes to scan the car.

Every time I go into this location always having to wait and I don’t even know if you have a policy or not on when you have a paying customer in front of you put the person who is calling on hold even if you are the only one there sometimes to and talk to your customers not at your customers thinking you know more than them and this is the manager not the employees

I lost the receipt for a low cost item (approx 7 dollars) and they would not even give me store credit. Said I needed paper receipt. Very 20th century. They suck.

They need to do a better job at training their employees the guy told me they didn’t have motorcycles in their system for headlights I hung up and called their store down the street and the guy entered the year make and model of my motorcycle and told me my part number and that they had it in stock .

Its very refreshing to go to an auto parts store and not get harassed by the employees because I didnt go straight to them for help. And after i looked around for a little bit, found a couple different things and went and asked for advise (ill edit when i get his name) dude sat there went through different scenarios with me from previous experiences we're both able to collaborate and figure out the best application for my situation I came in there for.. that's hard to find these days and I appreciate that.

I had to finally change my original battery after years of service. Called around and I'm glad that I went with O'Reilly. Not only did they have the best price, but the service was TOP NOTCH. Eli was amazing! He found the correct battery and was able to help me install it on my complicated SUV in a few minutes. He was able to listen, understand and properly explain what I needed. He helped me test the old battery, and properly install it without any issues. Would highly recommend just for Eli.

The customer service here is spot on. My brother and I walked in and we're helped right away. A gentleman, believe his name was Eli, answered all our questions and gave us his opinion to see if it helped make our decision easier. The assistant manager was very sweet as well. Thanks for the giggles guys.

So unhappy with this store. I purchased a coil for a Chevy colorado with a lifetime warranty and 6 months after it went bad so I went to the store and they didn't want to exchange the part saying that the part was a different color, so I said if the manufacturer changes their product I'll be screwed if you go to this store. When I said I was upset, the employee even suggested I go to Auto Zone instead. I went to the one in La Palma Ave and Lincoln and they made the exchange without questions.

Looks like any other auto parts store, once you can find it. I had to drive around the parking lot a couple times before conduct it in the corner next to Shoe Central. Inside was clean and organized, though I had trouble finding a windshield repair kit (and there was only one kind).
