I couldn’t tell you when the lights in this place come on and apparently neither can the employees. You just have to show up at sometime near sunset and hope the hundreds of people filming the sky aren’t an hour early.

This place is pure magic for anyone who loves the Cars movies! It was such a blast to be completely immersed in the world of Radiator Springs. Seeing everything from the films come to life was amazing, and getting to meet Lightning McQueen in person was the absolute highlight. Ka-chow! You feel like you're a part of the movie, and it's a dream come true for fans of all ages. Don't miss it!

My family loves the cars' land and all the other rides also. Disney California is our favorite place to go after we enjoy all the rides in Disneyland Park.

everyone's favorite place inside CA Adventure Park. Radiator Springs!! Totally feels like the actual place in the Cars Movie! I recommend coming here during the day and at night to see the lights. If you want to go on the Cars ride, go on the single rider lane for multiple opportunities to ride it! The line can get up to 90 minutes just for this 1 ride!

Cars Land is pure magic! Walking through Radiator Springs feels like stepping into the movie. The attention to detail is amazing—especially at night when the neon signs light up the whole street.

Cars Land at Disney California Adventure is hands down one of my favorite places in the park, and I loved every minute of it. The theming is absolutely incredible—it’s like stepping right into the movie. From the towering rock formations to the neon lights and the Route 66 vibes, everything is so immersive. Whether it’s day or night, the atmosphere is just perfect. At night, the neon lights glow and the whole area comes alive, making it feel like you’re in Radiator Springs. The rides are amazing, especially Radiator Springs Racers. It’s such a fun mix of storytelling and thrills. You get to experience a race through Ornament Valley with stunning visuals and some of your favorite characters from Cars. It’s got everything—fast, fun, and scenic—and it’s definitely one of the best rides in the entire park. The Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters is a great ride too, and it’s perfect for younger kids. It’s lighthearted and fun, and the Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree ride is also fantastic for families. It’s cute, fun, and totally in line with the whole vibe of Cars Land. For food, Flo’s V8 Café is a great stop with delicious American diner fare, and the Cozy Cone Motel has some fun snacks like churros and popcorn. It’s a perfect place to take a break and refuel. I especially think Cars Land is great for kids. The rides are perfect for all ages, and the area itself is just so much fun to walk through. My kids had an absolute blast riding the attractions and just soaking in all the details. They were especially excited about meeting Lightning McQueen and Mater! Overall, Cars Land is a must-see. The rides, theming, and overall experience make it a highlight of Disney California Adventure. If you’re visiting with kids or just love the Cars movies, it’s definitely a spot you’ll want to check out. Highly recommended!

The ride was cool but not worth the wait. I waited 3 hours for this ride with my family. Don't get me wrong it was cool but worth the wait no. The end was the best while the beginning was kinda boring. If you want to come on this ride come in the morning not miday and if you come miday don't bother coming there. Conclusion not a very good ride for the wait.

Cars Land at Disneyland is absolutely magical! From the moment you step in, it feels like you've driven straight into Radiator Springs from the Cars movies. The attention to detail is incredible — the retro vibes, red-rock landscape, and neon signs make it feel like a real-life version of the movie. Radiator Springs Racers is the highlight — a mix of a scenic drive and a thrilling race that’s perfect for the whole family. The ride queue itself is packed with cool details from the movies. Don’t miss Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters and Mater's Junkyard Jamboree — they’re fun, charming, and surprisingly more exciting than they look! At night, Cars Land transforms into a glowing wonderland with all the neon lights coming to life — it’s straight-up magical. The food options at Flo’s V8 Café are also solid — classic diner vibes with decent food. If you're a fan of the Cars franchise (or even if you're not), Cars Land is an unforgettable experience. It’s pure Disney magic!

Super fun! One of my favorite parts of California adventure and even Disney as a whole. Radiator springs racers is easily the best ride there and definitely worth the wait!

What a land! People of all ages were in their happy place exploring Cars Land. Imagineers hit the nail on the head yet again, it’s truly remarkable. The attention to detail, perfect theming with Mel’s Diner, Cozy Cone Motel, the music, everything is spot-on. Your reason to come to this area may have been to ride Radiator Springs, but you’ll find yourself getting immersed and losing track of time to enjoy all the shops and other attractions!

We enjoy the little kids rides (Luigi’s dancing cars, tractor ride), stayed for cozy cone motel ice cream cone and macaroni cheese. Halloween week decorations gives a refreshing taking on this classic landmark. Night time parade and lighting is probably the best time to enjoy radiator springs as long as the kids can stay awake.

Cars Land is INCREDIBLE, by far both the parent's and the kid's favorite feature of our entire trip! It is a NEED to see at night when everything is lit up. We absolutely will make it a point to hit this area of the park every time we visit, no matter how old the kids get.

Fantastic part of the park! Had to be my favorite section. Extremely detail oriented, it was like I lived in the Cars movie. Fun rides, decor, food and drink options. Very immersive and super fun for the kids.

It’s a dream come true to visit here! Had our lunch at the V8 restaurant and we really took our time to enjoy the atmosphere here. If only the Motel is a real motel that can stay in.

My husband and I came here for the sole purpose of riding radiator springs racers. but was blown away by everything we saw. Entering Radiator springs via US Rt 66 I loved the attention to detail as shown by Fios V8 cafe and the Cozy cone motel. Although I have not seen the movie I can see why people say it is a great reproduction of the things in the movie. We stopped at Surge's surplus gift shop where I was finally able to find car themed T shirts for my husband and son. Check here for cardmember discounts especially if you are using the Chase Disney Visa. We didn't see any characters however there was a photo pass photographer by the billboard sign so we stopped for a few pictures. We walked by Luigi's rocking roadsters which appeared to be a kid's ride. Would have tried it but the line was too long. We also saw Mater's junkyard jamboree which is the only other ride here besides those listed. It is truly a full immersive area, that gives you the feel that you are truly in the cartoon. Perhaps the greatest shot I got was of the AZ boulder desert that was framed by a boulder when we were leaving Pacific coast-about to be renamed SanFransoyko Square. I loved the parked car and the statue in front of Radiator springs garage. Take the time to enjoy this section of the park whether or not you plan to ride.

Absolutely worth your time. One of our favorite pictures was here in cars land and they have the springs racer, which is an amazing ride, and lots of character meet and greets!

Radiator springs is the place to be. A nice recreation of the town from the movie with all the shops integrated well for the experience. You might even see some of the characters driving through town. The rides here are fun and I would recommend the wait time for the Radiator Springs Racers ride.

This attraction puts you smack dab in the middle of the Cars movie! Walking down the main drag, you get the feeling that you have just pulled into Radiator Springs and are one of the cars. Shops, rides and moving entertainment keep your eyes bouncing around your head with amazement. The experience is one way during the day and a whole other world at night! Try them both.

We love this fairly new addition to the park, it really makes you feel like you are in radiator springs! Also the food here is great they have churros and hot dogs, the whole family will enjoy coming here and the rides, well even though the lines are pretty long, they are well-worth the wait, your kids will love it here, oh and the small tow-mater spinner ride, it looks like it's just for kids, but believe me it Is fun!

This is so authentic to the movies, right down to the fresh asphalt down main street. I felt like I was walking through the animated set ... because I was! Definitely geared towards the younger crowd, but lots of good nostalgic memories for adults too.

This was the cutest little town in carburetor county. I’ll never forget bringing my little boy here for the first time. They did an absolutely spectacular job designing and theming this land look just like the film. They had two attractions perfect for a little kids called Mater’s junkyard jamboree and Luigi’s rocking roadsters. The major attraction is called radiator Springs racers and it is phenomenal. It’s 1/2 dark ride that brings you into the heart of radiator Springs and the other half is a race around the race track that is absolutely thrilling. Flo’s V8 cafe is actually a great restaurant for all three meals of the day and also serves alcoholic beverages. I hope that Fillmore‘s fruit stand returns, hopefully when the pandemic is over.

I love Cars Land so much!! Had a wonderful time wandering around the area and have fun on the Radiator Springs Ride. Looking forward to rewatching all the Cars Movies on Disney+ with the Wife and Kiddies. This place is well done and it is seamless with the Movie and Park. I believe it will be enjoyed by young and old. Thanks Disneyland for being a great display of creative energy and source of enjoyment for all.

Great experience. So much to do and see. As of right now there's about 7,000 reviews so let me just say this. This was the first location that I felt like I was actually IN the movie. They designed this park to look exactly like radiator springs. Down to the new pavement lining main street. It's one of my favorite places in the park. It also has the best ride in California Adventure.

Decorated for Christmas is so neat. They don't miss any details. I loved walking down the street looking at all the well thought out lights and decor. We love meeting up with the Cars characters as well.

What can i say? This part of California Adventure is an exact replica of what you find in the Cars movies. Look just like it. Very fun, happy atmosphere and the ride was so fun. Just be aware that the wait could be up to 2 hours. Otherwise, this was my favorite thing about the Disney and i am already missing it. I need to go back.

Amazing theming. I spent hours just looking at everything here. Be sure to see it at night. If you can't get a fast pass to Radiator Spring Racers, there is a single rider line that moves faster if you don't mind splitting up your party.

Visual eye candy everywhere you look, both day and night! You MUST experience Cars Land at night, you will feel like you're in the animated movie! The ride was excellent too, worth going on for sure. The characters came out on a regular basis for photo opportunities and we caught a night time show in the main street with all the neon lit cars and diner waitresses. You will even see Stanley propped up at the end of the street and be able visit Fillmore's for healthy snack and drink options! The lunch and dinner food options didn't interest us so we ate elsewhere, even though I really wanted to experience Flo's diner.
