Edit: They wrote a response like they care and want me to contact them, but after 10 calls, they are always busy and always in a meeting. Never calls back. At one point, the guy answered my call when I called from a different number and he immediately hung up on me.They are in the same boat as the thugs that they contract out to.
This was a towing broker company that contracted out my request for tow to a local company callled B&A Towing.
Long story short, their driver damaged my vehicle during the tow causing extensive damage.
This company made a fake invoice/receipt from B&A Towing.
They won't provide insurance information and will continue to ignore you.
They are refusing to take responsibility and will not help you if your car gets damaged. Avoid at all cost

Towing Savers absolutely lived up to their name. I was stuck in Anaheim with an overheated engine and they arrived within 30 minutes. The driver was knowledgeable and even gave me pointers on finding the problem and gave me solutions. Great value, excellent customer service, and no hidden fees. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Amazing service!! I got into a collision, and they got to me faster than the other driver's tower! Not an ideal situation, but if I ever need to I know who I am giving a call.
I didn't notice I was running on E and ran out of gas late at night. Not ideal, to say the least. But Towing Savers came through and delivered some gas for me and stayed to make sure I got back on the road. Amazing service, thank you for being concerned about my safety.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I called and specifically asked “I have a dead battery. Can you come charge my battery?” I expected them to bring a battery charging machine. Nope they came in a run down van. Plugged in my car and as soon as the light came on he ripped the plugs out. Did not check at all that we were good to go.We drove for an hour after to try to make the battery charge. Nope still next time we went to drive the car was dead. I called to report my experience and the first representative was great. Super kind. The supervisor on the other hand just wanted to argue and tell me “you don’t know, when your wrong your wrong.” Very condescending. I explained how a battery worked as in my hometown I WORK AT A AUTOSHOP. I even went to get the battery/alernator checked and was told by a machine and by a mechanic eye that both are fine. Horrible service I paid for nothing. I told the supervisor all I wanted was my complaint documented and he proceeded to argue with me. I told him I wanted going to go back and forth and asked if I could please just get this noted. I didn’t mention I was quoted about $140 and told them that a tow is less. So they said okay $85. Super scammy. Just gross people. They don’t care if your car will die again. They just car that it gets you far enough away from them. I let them know this is why they did not receive tips. All in all this will make me really appreciate the Disney security who jumped my car and waited with a actual machine to make sure my battery’s got the charge. Thank you. I hope the Disney security spend the fat tip I gave them well. As for this company. Your better off going to a corner and screaming at strangers for a tow. They will likely care more and give a better experience.
Very rude & scammy. They just want money & barely want to help. He said the longer it takes to jump my cap the higher the price is going to get. So I said I just want a jump, nothing extra. & he said “well if it takes longer than idk what to tell you” so anyways he came & right when he plugged in the cables we jumped it & it turned on & right away he unplugs everything very fast & dangerously & get out of there. Didn’t even leave it plugged in for 10 seconds to let it charge a tiny bit. Very unprofessional & again, just rude. Had to get the price down from $140 to $85. $140 to get a car jumped is ridiculous. Do not use this service.
Waited 1 1/2 Hours and NO SHOW!
Initially they took my credit card info and said it would be a 30min wait for tow to arrive. Called and called no one answered back.
Towing Savers towed my Hyundai this monrning from Harbor Boulevard where my engine died. I called three other places and none was available until this one. The price reasonable too.
I call up for a tow truck & received a professional positive response & the driver arrived in a timely fashion with a positive attitude, very professional experience this will be my # 1 go to business for tow.

Called this morning to towing savers the lady over the phone was polite and answered all of my questions, gave me an ETA of 30-45 min and the driver came after 35 min to tow my car to my mechanic the driver was super nice and the most important professional I'm happy i called this company to care of my business fast and professional thank you
Service was absolutely great I've been waiting 25 minutes to the driver he came was polite the truck was clean he pick up me at the gas station and took me to my mechanic highly recommended
Nick the tow truck operator was quick and professional in changing my tire. Explained to me the break down of the billing and it could be reimbursed through my insurance company saving me money as well.

Triple the time estimate that they give you over the phone. I waited 2 hours for a driver that was supposed to take 40 minutes to arrive. The driver was a subcontractor from B&A Towing - check their reviews for some horror stories. Equipment was faulty compared to the AAA drivers I usually get. Drivers door panel was missing on the inside and the light bar did not illuminate the tow truck bed. My vehicle did make it back eventually though. The driver had to ask me what the fee was and then complained that he was only making $30 bucks on the job. They also charge a $39 fee for credit cards.
