I got the truck stuck in the mud, and transmission went out at the same time. Guy and Johnathan teamed up and got the truck in a safe location and towed it to our shop mechanic 30 miles away. They were very professional in getting my truck towed.
Damaged my vehicle and refuses to take responsibility. We have 2 witnesses during the time of the damage. Been over a month and they're still doing the run around.
UNHELPFUL CALL CENTER. Dispatched a company to us that damaged our car. Driver took off and blocked my number after several attempts of trying to get my car fixed. Gave me the run around and refused to pay for the damages. Won't give me any information to start a claim. Now I need to go to small claims court to hunt all the companies down. CAREFUL OF THIS CALL CENTER. THEY CONTRACT WITH CROOKS AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DAMAGES.
Canceled service quickly because i didnt know if it was all wheel drive and because i was right around the corner from the vehicle. RIGHT around the corner. Even though their quoted time was an hour and a half away. Then they lied to AAA saying i said i was an hour and a half away. Dont waste your time with these people
Guy is amazing! Another person had jumped our car but it immediately turned off again. We called Guy and he knew exactly what the issue was and stayed with us until everything was resolved. He also gave us some tips for the future! Would absolutely call again

Was told over the phone it would be $134 for a lock out service. My daughter was stranded and I had to send someone. They arrived and charged her $220!!! They didn’t seem very happy when I refused to pay up front over the phone for the service because I believe companies should get paid when they service is performed… so I guess making my daughter pay more was their alternative. And they made her pay via zelle - what legit company uses zelle?!?! I worked in the tow industry for 5 years… shameful business practice!!!
Came and helped me when I really needed it and we’re very well under my budget within the area I was in. Tow truck driver Jose was an awesome conversationalist while we towed my car back to my house. 10/10 would recommend.

Was told it'd be 20 minutes and $100 for a 3.1 mile tow. Fine, it was the best price I could find since the first place I called never actually got back to me. Maybe an hour later I was called back and asked what I was quoted, told them $100, they said it'd be $150 because of a service charge I wasn't informed of. At this point they already had my card information and I didn't want to be out $50 with no tow, so I begrudgingly agreed, and they said they'd have someone to me soon. 2.5 hours later, after I tried to call 3 times and was sent straight to voicemail, I finally received a call that the tech was here, after I'd already given up and gotten a friend to call AAA for me on their card. Was still charged a cancellation fee despite their complete and utter lack of communication with me and refusal to give an accurate time or price. Definitely will not be recommending or using this company again, the whole thing felt like a scam to just get money out of me.
I suggests don’t give them your card number before give you service. I ordered towing for my car on Sunday the original price she gave me it was $140 then I negotiated for $90. She said if driver couldn’t find your car will be $45 charge. I said ok I find some one to give me battery charge cable. I call them then I told them I don’t need anymore tow but you can charge my card for $45 as you said. They charge my card $90 next day !!!!!
Driver was good. The service was good. I was quoted one price than charged almost twice as much when i arrived at my destination. Do not use. Happened on 8/30/2021. Save yourself the cash.
Our company made a reservation at 11AM and I had to continually call back after the representatives would provide inaccurate information. Tow truck never came at the ETA given, spent the 3 hours waiting with no service. Bunch of liars and unprofessional people.
I just called them for information . as i had locked my keys in my honda . they were pretty spendy. 49.95 service call and 130. To 180 dollars just to come and unlock my car. WOW..
This company is great. I had to coordinate everything by phone (due to my location) and did not have any issues. They were very flexible with the pickup. There were multiple issues on my end that caused the driver to be turned away one day and 2 additional days delayed pickup. Once my truck was ready, they were able to pick it up within an hour.
Highly recommend this company for your towing needs.
My experience was excellent. I was well pleased with the service they give. Nick (the tow truck driver) was very helpful and super friendly. Joe ( the dispatcher) was helpful and easy to talk to. Great Service!
Had a commercial work truck blow out a tire off the 57 freeway, called Spark towing to get the truck picked up and brought back. At first they were very friendly and then the tow truck driver called about an hour later saying they would be charging us $225 an hour from the time the tow truck driver called to say how far out he was, which was still 3 hours. He then informed us that he could be there quicker if we paid him more an hour which again we would be paying for him before he even arrived. Another tow truck company hustling customers. I will not use this company nor do I recommend anyone else use them. Call someone else.
Tow truck came at a reasonable time. When I was almost to my drop off the driver asked me how much I was quoted then told me the app for payment isn't working. That he would drive me to an atm to give home cash. He kept pushing even though I told him I would call the company. All my tows never hassled in that way.
Had to help the driver figure out his setup to tow my Harley Davidson Streetglide. I have a sprain wrist. The setup for a motorcycle tow was a little sketchy but worked. If I didn't give him suggestions about what to try on his setup, the tow might not of happened? Plus they raised the price at the drop off.
I was told it would take 40 to 60 minutes but arrived 2 hours later. They were throwing numbers around, got a different price each time I talked to them. Then I was told by Tim and I quote, "That's what is wrong with you women, you are all crazy, it's too early in the morning for this man." NEVER call these people for your towing services. They are unprofessional, rude, sexist liars.

I called this place at 3:30 yesterday and they told me they can come move my car , the lady said the tow guy would call me 10 mins before showing up but I waited over 4 hours and no one showed up, then I check my bank account and I'm charged $49 for a cancellation fee which I never put or they never called me or showed up. I called back and told them about the situation and the guy on the phone was super nice about it and told me to call in the morning to resolve the issue. Now it's the morning and I call and it's the same lady and when I began talking she hung up on me. Worst service I've ever gotten. Ima need my money back
Paid $135 for a driver to tow my truck to pepboys. Gave them a set time that was agreed upon and that they would hand my keys over to pepboys whom I had already called and told them the vehicle was on the way. Driver shows up high smelling of weed and abandons my truck in front of pepboys and drives off with my keys. Show up to pepboys an hour later for to fill out paper work. Casually called him to tell him about his mistake get told an hour. Finally got my keys 5 hours later. No calls from anyone on an update of time and started blocking my calls great business model.
Did not have very good experience with this company because they didn't give me a quote how much it be when I first call . They charge me $150( special equipment) to tow my less a mile , after I told them my car wouldn't start and battery dead . All this could have avoided. But thanks to Alex from Flow Towing for your help and understanding and listening to my frustrations.
Last night I crashed my Honda civic, and there weren't any tow trucking services available but this one, so I called and in no time at all they came and helped me with my car. Overall really good service and pricing as well they work well if your on a budget which was a big bonus too
