Called this company 6 times to get a hold of a salesman to get a price for a new truck. We are funded and ready to buy, but no trucks available in our area. Made 2 requests to have a quote emailed to us for a truck. Still nothing! Remember the definition to insanity? Do the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome? I'M DONE. Taking my business elsewhere.
I have to say this place is awesome! I found this truck online and we are located in SW Florida. I was skeptical dealing with a business in Southern California and thousands of miles away from me. I am new to the vehicle transport industry and don’t know the ins and outs but I am quickly learning this. We picked up the truck at the Miller Factory in Pennsylvania and had a great ride home. The level of service Kamy and his team gave on pre sale and post sale was on the same level we give our customers. Kamy walked me through the process and was very accommodating to all my questions and needs. We had a few warranty issues once we got back to Florida and started using the truck. Once again Ray was exceptional in handling this and getting warranty repair setup and was great answering my questions. When we need another truck I will definitely be buying it from Kamy and his team. 5 star customer service even though I am thousands of miles away these guys are the best!!!

This place is by far the most outstanding towing service parts supply A to Z that I've used so far in my time in California. Had some issues with got in sacramento California I randomly googled S.C Towing Equipment service for help, and I'm definitely glad I did.
The service was great, the workers were genuine and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal and care for my truck. They weren't out there just trying to get me to buy parts like a lot of other places are in the practice of doing. Workers were just extremely nice people, definitely easy to talk to but also very skilled in their craft. They made it a point to make sure that I felt welcomed and provided a family centered atmosphere that could even be felt by first time goers like myself.
The work was quick and precise. Like I mentioned earlier, these guys are definitely skilled in their craft. Only one guy worked on my car, but he got it done as fast as any team I've seen before.
