Brandon is such an awesome tow truck driver! When he reached out to me, he quickly figured out exactly where I was and got there as fast as he could. He handled our completely dead Tesla all by himself and let me and my kids sit in his tow truck. Then something unexpected happened—while we were sitting in his truck, this speeding truck came flying up from behind us. I was thinking, "Why is that truck getting so close?" But before I realized it, it slammed into Brandon's truck with this huge crash, completely smashed his mirror, and then just sped off! Me and the kids were totally shocked. I jumped out right away and yelled to Brandon that his truck got hit, he just made one quick call and went right back to helping us with our car. I really hope he can get his truck fixed soon! So, so grateful to him!
I left my husband with a very stuck vehicle and was quite worried... luckily, Brandon at 5 Star Towing came (in his free time!) to help and all is well. husband and vehicle were out before dark. 5 Star has always gone above and beyond.

Had two 2500’s one pulling a trailer both bottomed out and Brandon shows up and just handles it like a pro, the experienced showed, went above and beyond would definitely recommend them over everyone in this area.

Brandon rescued us when we carelessly let our EV run out of juice before the top of Donner Summit & gave us and our car a complimentary ride to Boreal where we plugged in enough to get us to the top. (There are 2 220v chargers at the end of the Woodward building). Such a nice man!
We had an unexpected car issue on the road, and the assistance we received made all the difference. Brandon was incredibly helpful and kind from the very beginning. He not only took care of the situation efficiently, but also offered us a ride to a more accessible location, which helped us a lot.

Brandon in the rotator was professional, friendly, quick and safe. Pulled me off I80 and took me to Stockton faster than other companies and was fun to talk to. He kept his cab clean and tidy which was a huge plus.
