I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the forklift driver at this location. I arrived on time as scheduled and was the only customer waiting to have my motorcycle loaded. I waved at the driver several times as he passed by, but he completely ignored me. Through the open gate, I could see him drive up to the motorcycle and then just stand there talking to another employee instead of doing his job. He clearly saw me waiting but deliberately made me waste my time. This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable.
terribly inconvenient auction for receiving cars. Very often, there is an appointment, loading is delayed. Very little space for loading! There is no space for those waiting to enter for loading.

Trying to get a check for my car i turned over to them has been a nightmare. First the tow driver issues me a check for the wrong amount, then they reissue a check through fedex but for some reason they mail it to the service shop where my car was being worked on which is 1 hour from where i live. and now im still waiting a week and a half later for my check.
Vanessa was extremely rude and disrespectful, and I will do my best to avoid doing business with this company, especially with that person. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any company.
Man they are so slow here over a hour waiting over the schedule appointments no where to park ridiculous they need more then just one good loader operater bad service
if you are trying to pick up a vehicle be ready to have the worst experience at this location ...there is no parking for car haulers yard to get loaded too small and allways crowded because of the slow loading workers ...took me 5 hours to load 4 cars...next time i will try to avoid this place for good
